There are 5 Kingdoms: Plants, Animals, Fungi, Protists, and Bacteria

PLANTS

Plants comes in trees plants and bushes. A plant comes in two groups, vascular and nonvascular. A sunflower looks like one large flower, but each head is composed of hundred of tiny flowers called florets which ripen to become the seed.

ANIMALS

There are two kinds of animals:vertebrates and invertebrates. Invertebrates are animals without a backbone/spinal column.Vertebrates are the exact opposite.They have a backbone and spinal column.Some vertebrates are:Fish(group: Pices), Amphibians such as frogs and lizards(class: Aphibia), Reptiles such as crocodiles and marsupials(class:Reptilia), and Birds(class: Aves). Some invertebrates are:Protozoa(phyla:protozoa), Echinoderms such as starfish, brittle star, and others(phyla: echinodermata), Annelids such as earthworms(phyla:annelida),Mollusks such as octopus(phyla:Mollusca).

FungiFungi absorb nutrients from plant or animal matter around them.they produce long, slender threads called hyphae.Hyphae releases enzymes that break down food into substances that fungi can easily absorb.Also,fungi are not plants.Some fungi is mushrooms,yeast,and mold.

Bacteria

Here are three facts about bacteria.

Fact 1: All the bacteria in our body's weighs about 4 pounds.

Fact 2: The smell of rain is caused by bacteria called actinomycetes.

Fact 3: Mobile phones have 18 times more bacteria than a toilet

handel.

Protist

Protist are in 3 groups amoeba, algae, and paramecium.Protists are also called Protista.They are usually composed of a single cell or a cell colony containing similar cells.You will almost find all of them in the water or moist habitats.

These are the Five Kingdoms:Animals,

Protist, Bacteria, Fungi, and Plants.
