Have your entire HVAC system inspected at an Alliance Truck Parts location on a yearly basis to ensure its operating efficiently. Early detection is key; even small leaks or damaged components can spread harm to the entire system, adding up to expensive repair bills and increased downtime.

If you notice a leak, immediately take your truck in for an inspection at your nearest Alliance Truck Parts location. Do not use any leak fixing products — they are only a temporary fix and can actually increase your repair bills due to excess debris in the system.

A dirty or clogged air filter dramatically reduces the airflow into the cab and can cause bad odors. Check and replace your filter regularly to ensure it is clean. The best way to tell if your filter is in good condition is to remove any debris, then shine a light through it, and if you can see the light, the filter is probably clean.

Proper airflow is essential for getting the most efficient operation out of your HVAC system. Alliance Truck Parts blower motors quickly and quietly create even air flow across your cab. Each replacement blower motor is built with heavy-duty components for reliable heating and cooling.

Water and other contaminants can drastically reduce the life and performance of your A/C system, leading to unexpected downtime for repairs to multiple components. Alliance Truck Parts receiver driers are built to filter out these harmful elements and reduce moisture, prolonging the operating life of your entire A/C system.

Your A/C system’s heater core is necessary for delivering warm, comfortable air to your cabin even in the coldest conditions. Alliance Truck Parts heater core assemblies are built to resist damage from high pressure or road vibrations, ensuring quick heated air delivery every time.

Keeping your cab comfortable in the hottest weather requires a heavy-duty condenser that can quickly cool the air. Alliance Truck Parts condenser coils are built to ensure the most efficient heat exchange and best airflow so your cab cools down quickly and evenly every time.

ALLIANCE TRUCK PARTSRECEIVER DRIERS

■ Extended-life components withstand long run times up to 20,000 hours for maximum long-term durability

■ Durable construction prevents damage from extreme vibration and poor road conditions

■ Low-noise blade design ensures quiet operation and reduced noise in the cab

■ High flow capacity reduces system head pressure to help prevent compressor failure

■ Spring-loaded filter mechanism creates tension on the filter pack to prevent leaks and internal wear and tear

■ Specialized XH9 superior filter traps harmful system moisture and contaminants for prolonged drier life

■ Steel construction withstands punishment from even the harshest weather and road conditions

■ Pressure-tested and quality-certified to ensure leak-free operation and easy installation

■ Large copper tubes allow maximum coolant flow rate for rapid heat delivery and increased performance

■ Brazed copper joints and silver-soldered pressure points prolong core life by creating a heavy-duty seal that prevents leaks and resists damage

■ Multi-flow design prevents component wear and tear by reducing system head pressures and engine fan run time

■ Zinc-plated cross-flow tubes are corrosion-resistant for increased coil life

■ Compact 14 fin-per-inch design allows free-flowing air for maximum cooling performance

The compressor is the heart of your truck’s air conditioning system so it has to be built to last. When you need a replacement compressor, choose low-maintenance Alliance Truck Parts A/C compressors to ensure your cab is always comfortable. Each unit is built with heavy-duty components and durable features for long life and dependable performance in any make or model of truck.

ALLIANCE TRUCK PARTSA/C COMPRESSORS

■ All wear surfaces are made of cast iron for maximum durability, including:

– Permanent cylinder liners

– Piston rings

– Crankshaft

– Shaft seal plate

■ Resists damage and prolongs compressor life with heavy-duty components, including:

– High-load ball bearings to handle high pressure loads without failure

– High-strength aluminum alloy pistons and connecting rods that are permanently secured by steel wrist and dowel pins to resist road damage

– Pressure relief valves that guard against abnormal pressure conditions

– Field clutch diodes that prevent electrical damage caused by voltage surges

■ Swedish steel reed valve assemblies are highly finished for maximum performance and porting to reduce the effects of liquid slugging

■ High-quality lubricating system ensures the compressor is lubricated regardless of the amount of oil mixed with the refrigerant, enabling smooth operation, increased durability and high-temperature performance

■ Seven-cylinder design minimizes vibration for reduced noise and improved performance
