CHAPTER ONE

"Everyone has his own specific vocation or mission in life; everyone must carry out a concrete assignment

that demands fulfillment. Therein he cannot be replaced, nor can his life be repeated, thus,

everyone's task is unique as his specific opportunity to implement it."

DR. VIKTOR E(MIL) FRANKL

Our creator has, what is called, "divinely appointed" all things for its specific time and purpose according to his good pleasure, Romans 8:28,. What does this mean for the Artisan? It simply means, every created thing has a predetermined set time, order and disposition according to God’s schedule. Colossians 1:16-17 nothing was made without first having a purpose to make it.

CHAPTER TWO

“A name pronounced is the recognition of the individual to whom it belongs. He who can pronounce my name aright, he can call me,

and is entitled to my love and service”.

HENRY DAVID THOREAU

The A.N.A.T.O.M.Y of your team gains its placement and index through its name. The strength in a name is in that long after we leave or disperse for whatever reason, the name lives on. Regardless of nature either good or bad. Regardless of success or failure. The name is declared by the tasks one performs. A name requires a team to live up, out and into it nature.

CHAPTER THREE

The question ''Who ought to be boss?'' is like as ''Who ought to be the tenor in the quartet?''

Obviously, the man who can sing tenor

Scripture gives us a reference in the parable of the talents. Each talent was given according to one’s ability. There are creational gifts referred to in Romans Ch. 12. And spiritual gifts expressed in I Corintians Ch. 12. In your team's A.N.A.T.O.M.Y you will need to identify and assess their creative (natural) and spiritual (super) gifts.

CHAPTER FIVE

“The salvation of a single soul is more important than the production or

preservation of all the epics and tragedies in the world”.

C.S LEWIS

It will take a lot of field training and event exercise to bring this part of your team’s ANATOMY into a formidable weapon. All warfare is based on deception as quoted by the great Sun Tzu author of “The Art of War”. Where your enemy uses lies and intimidation, your greatest weapon will be invincibility.

CHAPTER SIX

“If he have faith, the believer cannot be restrained..

He betrays himself. He breaks out. He confesses and teaches this gospel to the

people at the risk of life itself.

MARTIN LUTHER

Everyone is a minister. Everyone needs ministry. Everyone has a ministry.By definition it means something that serves as

an agency, instrument, or means. I would like to wordsmith this out so you can see its significance.

Ministry:~:Mini-s-try= “our small supernatural effort” Scripture states that our ministry as a believer is to

restore or reconcile, 2nd Corinthians 5:18.

CHAPTER SEVEN

“In order to get from what was to what will be, you must go through what is.”

ANONYMOUS

Be aware of growth cycles and the elements that promote growth. These cycles are consistent with the 4 seasons, cold, heat, sowing and reaping, which were biblically ordained by God with regards to fruitfulness and multiplicity.

Page 16: The Anatomy of a Praise Team

Another practical way to observe the metamorphosis of growth cycles is to use this simple tool:

Forming – Storming – Norming – Performing – Mourning

There's a quote by John Maxwell that says "Everything rises and falls on leadership." I believe this statement gets it's relevance from historical evidence that chronicles man's triumphs and failures associated around leadership.

The concept of making music is the easy

part, while the making of members requires more than practices and rehearsals.
