Note: Here is an explanation of the items contained in each category. Marketing Materials

These are items such as invoices, warranty wraps, cable ties, plastic pouches, etc. Essentially all of the materials Service Providers need to run their daily operations effectively and efficiently.

Application Guides Both Hot/Moderate Climate Application Guides and Cold Climate

Application Guides can be located in this section. These materials are provided to Clubs/Service Providers free of charge so please use them only when absolutely necessary.

Price Sheets Hot/Moderate/Cold Price Sheets will be located in this section (both

Contractor and Retail). These materials are also provided to Clubs/Service Providers free of charge so please use them only when absolutely necessary.

Promotional Material These are items such as Battery Service branded slinkeys, stress balls,

key chains, flashlights, etc. Essentially, this section includes all types of fun giveaway items for promotional events and campaigns.

Apparel This section includes all Battery Service/AAA Battery branded apparel

such as polo shirts, oxfords, caps, etc. Uniforms

This section includes all Battery Service/Club Assist branded uniforms such as polo shirts, oxfords, pants, caps, etc.

Battery Tools This section contains various battery related tools that are intended for

use by Battery Technicians.

SD Card/SD Card Readers This section SD Cards for the MBC-5500 Tester and SD Card Readers

which help SD Card data get transferred onto laptops or desktop computers (and uploaded onto the my.clubassist.com portal).

Note: To sort the items by item number or by price, please click on the “Sort By” menu and select the appropriate sorting option. To see a description of each item, please click on the item image.

Note: Each Account Manager, Logistics Manager, Technical Trainer and Sales Route Representative will have a custom list of cost centers on this page (snapshot below) that is specific to their region/territory. If the materials you are securing should be paid for by one of your AAA Clubs, please select that Club’s cost center on this page. These could be replenishment orders for invoices, warranty wraps, cable ties, and other marketing materials being requested by one of your Service Providers. Note: Under no circumstance do we bill a Service Provider directly for any marketing/promotional materials. Rather, we bill the Service Provider’s respective AAA Club and the Club in turn bills the Service Provider. If you would like to absorb the costs for an order under your region’s specific Marketing Funds budget, please select that cost center on this page (i.e. Items you may want to use as giveaways at promotional events such as slinkeys, pens, stress balls, optical mice, etc.).

To cancel an order, please email [email protected] by clicking the “Email Us” Tab on the website. In the email, please specify the order number. You can also call our Battery Service Store Customer Support Team at 877.618.0622. All orders must be canceled within two hours of being placed.
