A Note from the Manager...Summer has flown by once again! All areas of the club have been very active due to a great membership. Phase II is 99% complete with a few "Punch List" items remaining and our new furniture which is expected in late September.
We had a great year at the pool. Thanks go out to Isaiah, Aaron, Dakota and Vania for managing our pool operation. Sharing the "Tavern" when the pool opened was quite the experience; however, all went well. The new decor and kitchen remodel was received very well and enhanced our food and beverage services.
The Oaks Fireworks Extravaganza set a new record, serving over 1800 people. The fireworks show was the best yet! Unfortunately, we had some issues with the company that provided the bounce houses and the issues have been resolved for next year. It is important and a priority that the entertainment for our Oaks families and children will be at a premium level.

nMEET THE EMPLOYEES
Eliborio NavarreteGroundskeeper
Melise EubanksExecutive Sous Chef
Everyone enjoys the lovely flowers that add to the beauty of our golf course. This month we feature Eliborio Navarrete who grows and landscapes much of these beautiful plants. Borio, as
he is nicknamed, has been with the Oaks since 2013 and always has a smile on his face. When he gets off work, he heads out to his small farm to tend to chickens, roosters and goats with plenty of
help. Borio and his wife have five children.
Melise has been with the Oaks for six years and is our Executive Sous Chef. She says "the most satisfying part of her position is ensuring our members have a pleasurable food experience when
dining at the Oaks." She recently went on her destination wedding trip to New Orleans! She enjoys gardening and "fun in the sun" at nearby lakes.
