The Brotherhood CZ-SK relationship is truly special because of: the proximity of Czech and Slovak languages (the same talent show broadcast in both countries at the same time) CZ-SK relationship is truly special because of: the historical ties and interconnections (the nations used to form a single country until 1992 which was rather a political decision than the peoples wish...) Rivalry : The relations between Slovaks and Czechs are very good with some friendly rivalry in ice hockey or football (like two siblings arguing about who got a better toy...) Music: The Slovak bands Horke sle, No Name or Polemic are extremely popular, especially Horke sle.Those bands have thousands of fans throughout the country. Polemic Horke sle No Name Beer I think that beer in the Czech Republic is different then in Slovakia. In my opinion Slovak beer (pictures) is better than Czech beer. But most of Czechs will tell you that Czech beer is the best. Food The food in Slovakia is very tasty and we love for example Haluky with bryndza something like Italian gnocchi with sheep cheese and bacon.
