The Business Case for Entering the 2015 Candidate Experience Awards

Talent BoardA non-profit organisation

The mission of the Talent Board is to facilitate the evolution of the employment candidate experience principally through the annual production of The Candidate Experience Awards.

The CandE Awards is a free, annual competition process where employers:

•Benchmark their candidate experience against other companies.

•Participate in a 3rd party survey of their candidates to see what their candidates really think of their process

The Talent Board provides confidential and specific feedback on how they can improve their candidate experience.

The entire process is confidential, we never share your data and only announce the names of winning organisations. If you do not reach the bar no one will ever know you took part.
