In today's hyper-connected business climate, decisions need to be made quickly and need to leverage the insights of individuals across the entire business. Having a workplace environment that allows employees to come together at a moment's notice, regardless of location, is vitally important in creating a culture of innovation and responsiveness.

Lastly the explosion of mobile devices, cloud applications, and the widespread availability of ubiquitous internet access is changing the definitions of the work.
