Whatrsquos your opinion on teeth whiteningWhether you use kits or go to the dentist they use the same ingredients dentists just have a stronger solution So what teeth whitening does is open the pore place bleach in the tooth which breaks up bigger molecules into smaller molecules so instead of those molecules absorbing light they reflect light which makes your teeth look whiter Itrsquos not actually bleaching like you would when you dunk a white shirt in bleach It doesnrsquot cause any permanent sensitivity it causes temporary sensitivity It doesnrsquot do anything to the enamel either
