THE CCO CALLS COLLEGE STUDENTS TO SERVE JESUS CHRIST WITH THEIR ENTIRE LIVES
The CCO is now partnering with churches across the country!

Potential new ministries
WHEN THE CCO STARTED IN 1971, OUR VISION for reaching college students had a specific geo-graphical focus: an approximate two-hour radius
of Pittsburgh. Over time, we expanded east into metro Phila-delphia and New Jersey and west into the state of Indiana.
Over the years, we have had requests from churches and schools all over the country to do ministry together. We have prayerfully declined many overtures, believing the time was not right.
But God seems to be doing a new thing in the CCO.
We are in serious conversations with churches from Florida, California, Michigan, Texas, Missouri, North Carolina, and South Carolina. This fall, we hired a staff person to reach out to students at The Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. In 2017, new CCO ministries will launch at the University of Kansas and the University of Memphis.
This is an exciting time for the CCO, and we covet your prayers. We are trusting God for contributions to the Next Generation Fund to make these new ministries possible.
We can’t wait to hear the stories of God’s transforming power in the lives of college students from Brooklyn, New York to Lawrence, Kansas to Memphis, Tennessee and beyond!
CCO MINISTRY IS DISTINCT IN THREE WAYS
1We develop students to be passionate leaders who serve Jesus Christ in their studies, jobs,
communities, and families.
2We serve together with the church, inviting students into the lives of local
congregations.
3We design each ministry to fit the needs of every campus we serve.

“My ultimate goal is to open a global chain of hospitals and orphanages. I want to start in Africa and branch out into the Middle East, Asia, South America, and other places that
need stable institutions.”Sarah Gethers, Duquesne University,

“I want to serve Jesus Christ in every step I take, breath I breathe, and word I say. Ministry is a full-time job, whether you are working in a factory or in a church.”
