High-Tech Soft Compony located at Low Yat plaza Kuala Lumpur is an componythat sells computer hardware and many kind of software .This compony providehardware such asprinter,scanner,modem,keyboard,mouse,speaker,monitor,cpu,usb,memory card andhard disk.This compony also sells software such as word

processing,spreadsheet,database,business software,photo editing software,antivirussoftware and adobe photoshop .Our compony also provide addition service such asrepairing computer,upgrading,installation,format at such lower price .our componyalso hired staff that have great knowledge in it department.This compony way of works efficient,fast,and professional. High-Tech Compony already open it 34branches all around the world.

However, this store use the manual system in order to get the cuctomer personalinformation. Eventhough this store sells softwareill but this store still use themanual information form to fill in all data priviously .There are no many problemoccurred while using this .But as the number of client increase,the problem tend toexist.But now this compony has created an application that allows the staffs to keyin all the customers data.Below are the example of the previous manualinformation.

As we mentioned at the early , High ±Tech Soft Company usedthe manual system to get the client¶s personal data and thepayment detail. As the customer increase ,this method hasbecomes a problem. This system has slowed down thecompany¶s activities and cost a lot of chaos. In order toovercome this problem ,we need a really smart and systematicsystem that can save the client¶s detail and the payment detailsefficiently and replace the manual system to solve the problem

.Below are the problem of using the manual system informationform.



Takes time to search the data.When client want to upgrade or repair the computer it is

hard to find the last record of their service. Every time whenit hard to check the category whether the customer is aregular client or a new client .The staff have to search thethick and bulky book to find the information. This will take along time and need to hired more staff to serve the customers.

H igh risk in missing the data S ometimes the staff might forget to write down the client¶s

information due to so many customer. They might betrespassers from other company that try to steal thecompany¶s information. There might be nature disaster thatwill cause the data to be destroyed such as earthquake,building collapse,or fire. The staff might lost the data andthere is no copy.



W asting space and money The company have to prepare one special room to make it as

data room . The more the client year by year ,the more the data willall be packed together and eventually the company have to build

bigger room to keep the data .The company have to spend a lot of money to buy the record book to save all the company ant the

client¶s data. The company have to invest money to make the room prove from any harm and risk of getting stolen.S eems unprofessional and last seasoned

This will affect the company s reputation since this companysells software and computer hardware and involve in high

technology marketing. People will expect that this kind of storehave the latest technology and software and they should not beusing manual information form. Customer will not trust that theirpersonal information will be kept properly if using manualinformation form.



The main reason of our project is to provide more trustable ways to keep all the data andto overcome all the problem such as wasting time looking for the data ,having to face therisks that the data might be stolen and to make our company's image more high standard.This solution should make all the worked become more easy and manageable.Otherobjectives of our system are as follow:

To build a computerized graphical user interface system for keeping the datainstead of using manual system.To avoid wasting time in order to look for the customer s information or to organizethe company s account statement.It is also easier to search and locate for the customer s information without using alot amount of timeTo provide easy way for the staff to get the customer data and don t need to use

plenty of paper.To make the staff easy to organize the data in GUI application.To minimized data redundancy and inconsitstency



2 . Second frame :

In the second frame we have the list of all the product software andhardware. The software product is adobe photoshop cs4, Microsoft office ,

Norton v4 antivirus , Window 7 Home premieum , and operating system.The hard ware product is S canner , printer , mouse , keyboard , speaker. Weseparate this two product using panel which is pnl hardware and panelsoftware , to view the product¶s price we use setTooltip.text. In this frame thecustomer have to click on the checkbox to choose the product and insert theamount they need. In this frame we use Jlabel , Jtext ,Jpanel, check box, andJS crollPane, in this frame we also use radion button for the customer to

choose for their payment method.In this frame there are 4 button which is button AGREE, D IS AGREE,CALCULATE, and , S UBM IT.



Even though at first there is no problem in using manual information form seem not to have any problem, but as the customer increase, thissystem intends to show problem.This system consume more time and money.This system can act as a back up system if there is problem in theGUI application.GUI application make all the data more organize and simplify the staff job.All the data needed can be get and done in a short amount of time if we use the GUI application.The time and money will also will be save and the customer will feel more easy to buyhardware,software,install any software and the customer will be moresatisfied.Customer will also have faith in the company if the company use

this kind of technology.This GUI application will earn more trust fromthe client.The client will be more confident that their data will be

protected and all the client information can be get and save in short amount of time.
