Senior Application Checklist
1) Complete your application online
2) Request transcripts to be submitted to your colleges/universities electronically through Docufide at
Parchmentwww.docufide.com
3) Request ACT/SAT scores be submitted to your colleges/universities through the testing agency's website

UW System
• UW System institutions begin processing applications September 15 for the following fall semester. Since most institutions have application priority dates or deadlines after which applications may no longer be considered, it is generally to your advantage to apply as early as possible after September 15.
UW Online Process
Apply Online at: https://apply.wisconsin.edu/
Submit a separate application to each UW School.
Application fee is $44 which you are able to pay online or you may send in a check
separately to the campus.
Personal statements/essays are very important.
Private & Out-of-state SchoolsAll colleges and universities have an online application site.
This is the preferred method.
A Secondary School Report form may require additional information to be filled in by your School Counselor.
