JOIN THE NORWAY CURRENT SUPER BOWL CONTEST!The Norway Current, along with local area businesses, is sponsoring a contest in honor of Super Bowl 50! At the bottom of each business ad, you willfind a trivia question along with the merchant’s best guess. Readers will have the option to Agree or Disagree. The reader with the most correctanswers will win a Super Bowl Gift Basket or gift certificates from participating merchants! In the event of a tie, winner will be selected by random drawing.Contest begins with the January 27th and February 3rd issued. Deadline for reader entries is Friday, February 5th. Norway-Vulcan music students presented several school concerts and performances during the Holiday season. Among the performers were the High School Chorus, Vocal Jazz, 7-12 grade band, VMS Chorus, 5-6 grade general music classes as well as the K-4 grade elementary students.The elementary students delighted a standing-room only audience, with their presentation of “The Nutcracker: A Choral Adaptation”.
