• Information is secure, even considering that data can be shared in multiple places and directly between peers

• It is meant to create trust relations between peerswithout having to resort to a central entity

• This emerging technology has far reaching potential applications including in manufacturing, transportation and finance – particularly around invoicing and payments, and smart contracts. As our customers move in this direction our longer-term roadmaps will as well.

• Venmo, Zelle, Cash App… money just by providing your phone number

• Apple pay through iMessage, Facebook Pay, WeChat… sending funds instantly to family and friends as easy as sending a message

• Peer-to-peer transactions – reducing the complexity of the cash collection in the field

• We see application today in Direct Store Delivery, Retail Execution and Mobile Sales as a viable payment method

Wearable Technology

• Smart electronic devices that can be incorporated into clothing or worn on the body as implants or accessories

• Field is rapidly expanding, as is its value to business, as it moves beyond consumer electronics smart watches and activity trackers

• Non-disruptive experiences will help improve productivity and streamline execution in areas such as delivery, merchandising and warehouse operations. This is an area we are investigating today.
