The closing ceremony of the camp was organized on 23rd June, 2018. Senator Najma Hameed, Member Senate Stand-ing Committee on Education was the Chief Guest. She appreciated the enthu-siasm of the participants and distributed certificates among them.

Pakistan Girl Guides Association National Headquarters organized a National Sum-mer Camp for Guiders and Leaders from 18th to 24th June, 2018 at Ghora Gali Campsite, Murree. 45 trainers and staff members belonging to all chapters of Pakistan Girl Guides Association partici-pated. National Disaster Management Authority organized International Conference and 6th Regional Technical Group Meeting from 20th to 22nd June, 2018 at Serena Hotel Islamabad. Purpose of the conference was to devise pre-emptive strategies for disaster-risk reduction and ensure the safety of lives and properties.
