Set up a network of organizations that can work together for Hep B, but also could be applied to other diseases.

Timeline

11/08 – learned about Hepatitis B

12/08-2/09 – worked on project proposal

2/09-5/09 – recruited volunteers and tried to find more partners

4/09 – Awarded Strauss Scholarship

5/09 – Awarded CGI U Outstanding Commmitment Award

6/09 – Wednesday clinic opens, 1st screening event at Mongolian Church

7/09-10/09 – 35 volunteers, 148 patients registered, over 400 people educated, weekly Wed clinic, organized or participated in 10 events

12/09 – 2nd clinic opening at AHS
