Lock-In!Grab your group (and your bunny slippers) and spend the night at The Keller Pointe! The Keller Pointe can accommodate groups of up to 350 people. We have plenty of activities to make an

enjoyable and memorable night for all!

• Lock-Ins may last up to eight hours.• There must be a minimum ratio of one adult supervisor (age 21 and older) per 10 children (age 17 and younger) maintained in each area being utilized by the group.• The Lock-In can begin as early as 30 minutes after the building closes to the public.• The Lock-In must end at least one hour prior to The Pointe opening to the public.• Enjoy the indoor pool for the first two hours of the Lock-In,

then the aquatic center and locker rooms will be closed for the remainder of time.• Lock-In participants have access to the lobby, meeting rooms, gymnasium, indoor pool, locker rooms during pool time, and restrooms.• Use of the fitness center, indoor track, exercise studio, administrative offices and babysitting rooms is prohibited.• Lock-In participants may have access to the catering kitchen for a $25 kitchen usage fee.

AvailabilityBear Creek Rooms are available for rental from 5:00am to 1:00am. Please Note: The building closes at 10:00pm Monday through Thursday, 9:00pm Friday, 8:00pm Sat-urday, and 6:00pm Sunday after which extended hour fees will apply.

Payment must be made at the time of booking the rental. The Bear Creek Rooms offer 2,400 square feet of space for any type of social gathering, meeting, par-ty, or wedding. Individual rooms break down to 800 square feet per room. Accommodations can be made for up to 160 seated people.

Reserving is Easy,Just Follow These Steps...1. A refundable deposit of $100 to reserve a room or $500 to reserve the building is needed.

2. Complete The Keller Pointe Facility Reservation Contract & Payment.

Confirmation concludes with the $100 deposit fee and one half of the total rental fee, which must be paid in full at the time of the reservation. The second half of the rental fee will be due 30 days prior to the initial rental date. The deposit will be refunded if the area used has been left in good order and all conditions of the contract have been met. An additional $150 deposit for alcohol consumption is required, along with the cost and scheduling of a police officer on site. A police officer is also required for any after hours teen events. All rentals have a minimum rental time of two hours. Refund Policy: A written, signed notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund minus $25 service charge. If reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled date, all refunds will be forfeited.

Room RentalsThe Keller Pointe features multiple banquet rooms available by reservation. Rooms are great for wedding receptions, seminars, bridal showers, business meetings, luncheons, dinners, and more.

Individual rooms can accommodate approximately 50 people. These rooms are adjacent and may be combined into one large room which may hold up to 160 people. Room rental includes the use of the outside patio and furniture upon request.

Cross Timbers: With direct access to the kitchen ($25 fee), this room is excellent for receptions, luncheons, showers, or any other parties where food is served! This room also features wireless internet, round or rectangular tables, and great lighting.

Double Springs: An excellent room at The Keller Pointe. This room fea-tures wireless internet, round or rectangular tables to suit your event needs, great lighting, and tile floors.
