Summary
Establishing a robust regulatory infrastructure is a prerequisite to the safe operation of NPP and requires a long term process.
KINS is doing thorough regulatory activities including safety reviews and inspections based on safety assessment and regulatory technical research.
KINS with more than 30 years experience well understands the duty of the international community and the role of the regulatory body in terms of “Collective Responsibility”.
A Way Forward
KINS will strengthen the cooperation with international organizations to support emerging nuclear nations in an effective, efficient, and timely manner.
