Our experienced en- gineers have put in place controls and processes to guarantee the quality every time. The fully integrated manufacturing process (certi- fied by Tüv-Süd: ISO 9001 certificate n° 50 10011475) includes; 3D Cad assisted mould design, extra fine die-casting production meth- od with the latest in high generation technology, final visual quality check and a customized packaging service. The systematic raw material purity analysis and alloy composition checks on the final product are in accordance with the worldwide accepted standard (US MIL-A-18001). The result of this is a highly valued, perfectly finished product, with excellent quality that is appreciated by boatbuilders, shipyards and marine equipment suppliers around the world. Some of our main customers in the oem market include Boat builders (Az- imut, Ferretti, Benetti, Aprea, Janneau, Beneteau, Sunseeker etc.); Engine manufacturers (Selva, Yanmar, Weber Motor, Beta marine, Alamarin Jet, Boudouin,) and Shaft/Propeller manufacturers (SPW, Teignbridge). Tecnoseal chose the monk seal as a symbol of its commitment to the environment as this marine mammal is an endangered spe- cies and less than 500 still survive in the wild.
