It is the two century solar cycle which governs thesolar physics of the sun. Both the eleven year cycleand the bicentennial component of the total solarirradiance(TSI) have shown an accelerating declineas shown in the graphic. This has not beencompensated by a decrease in the emission to spaceof the earth thermal energy.

The average TSI for solar cycle 23 is already lessthan the TSI for solar cycle 22. This lack of balancebetween the combined effects of the two solar cycles(the short range eleven year cycle and the longerrange bicentennial component)and the earth thermalenergy will mean a rapid global temperature declineover the next few years which will continue well intothe 22nd century. It is confidently predicted that boththe eleven year components of solar cycles 24 to 26as well as the bicentennial component of the TSI willdecline rapidly leading to the start of a new Little IceAge. There will be no further global warming thiscentury. Instead of worrying about global warminggovernments should be preparing now for worldwideglobal cooling and the fast approaching new ice age.Indeed an unstoppable global cooling is in progresswhich is not in anyway connected with humancauses.

Ice age conditions will develop and indeed arealready developing worldwide with plungingtemperatures for example in eastern europe where anestimated 600 have died in the last nine months dueto the cold with temperatures in places fifty degreesbelow. In India at least 140 have died and inBangladesh at least 80. (one wonders why it is thatmuch of this is not reported in the Guardian orthe Daily Telegraph. Is it becauseof politics?).Glaciers are advancing worldwide with increasingsnowfalls worldwide. Glaciers in California,Montana, in Alaska in Washington State are allincreasing. In Argentina the massive Perito Morenoglacier is growing. Over 90 percent of the 10 000plus glaciers in the Himalayas are growing. Lastwinter in the town of Ischgl in the Austrian Alps 17000 were trapped for two days in ten feet of snow!The Austrian weather centre ZAMG said some placesin Austria had not seen snow so deep for thirty years.Advancing glaciers and increasing snowfalls are suresigns of an approaching ice age. While there has beenvery hot weather in Victoria in Australia recently, last

year in northern Australia Canberra airport recordeda temperature of only 1.6 celsius, the lowest wintertemperature ever recorded. Is it because they want to promotenon existent global warming supported by somepoliticians?

There have been record low temperatures inBermuda. The Mid West in the US has been lockedin a deep freeze. In International Falls, Minnesota thetemperature dropped to minus 30 in late January thisyear! At Crane Lake in Minnesota it was 35 degreesbelow. Up to 16 inches of snow fell in Nevada, NewMexico, Colorado and in Utah. Hydro Quebecreported record electricity consumption due to theextreme cold. Half of the global northern hemispherehas been covered with snow. More than 4500 peoplehave been treated since the onset of winter in Russiadue to frostbite or hypothermia. Over 200 have diedin Russia due to the freezing conditions so far thiswinter. No reports of all this in the Daily Telegraphor the Guardian. Why?

Man made climate change does not exist. Theclimate changes are natural mostly as a result ofchanges on the sun. The Russian Academy ofSciences in a recent release said that man madeglobal warming is a myth. As far back as 1979 theUS National Academy of Sciences(NAS) rejectedany mention of the so called greenhouse effect! In arecent paper the US NAS have said that it is the sunand ocean cycles that are the causes of climatechange. Nobel prize winner in physics Ivar Giaeverin a recent conference in the US reported inScientific American magazine said that man madeclimate change is “pseudoscience”.

The IPCC assumptions about man made globalwarming have been repeatedly shown to be false.

1) Over the last 17 years global average temperatureas measured by both thermometers and satellitessensors have displayed no warming. Over the sameperiod carbon dioxide levels have increased by tenpercent. So large increases in carbon dioxide havetherefore not only failed to produce dangerouswarming, but failed to produce any warming at all!So humans cannot possibly be responsible for recentextreme weather.2) Temperatures as measured by ice core data andtree ring data have shown the earth to have beenseveral degrees warmer than today over the last tensof thousands of years. The MWP (Medieval WarmPeriod 1000-1300AD) was in places four degreeswarmer than today. Carbon dioxide levels have been20 times higher thantoday, even in previous ice agessuch as the Ordividian era. Warming in the late 20thcentury was no differentthan in the late 19th centuryand early 20th century when fossil fuels could haveplayed no part. Data from 400 000 years of ice core

measurements and using over three decades ofsatellite measurements, which are the mostaccurate,show no warming between 1978-1998.3) If global temperature is controlled primarily byatmospheric carbon dioxide levels, then changes incarbon dioxide should precede parallel changes intemperature. In fact the opposite is the case at alltime scales. Temperature changes precede carbondioxide changes by about five months during theannual seasonal cycle and by about 700-1000 yearsduring the ice age climatic cycling.

Despite the expenditure of vast sums of money overthe last 25 years (more than $100 billion) to date noscientific study has established a link betweenchanges in any significant environment parameterand human caused carbon dioxide. In reports of theNonGovernmental International Panel on ClimateChange (NIPCC), thousands of scientific papers inrefereed journals have found no link between human

causes and climate change. All the post 1850 globalclimate changes have been described as due tonatural causes.

The IPCC:As a branch of the United Nations, the IPCC is itselfan intensely political and not a scientific body. TheIPCC charter requires that it investigates not climatechange in the round but solely global warmingcaused by humans(which is actually non existent!).Faced with widespread propaganda aimed at publicopinion and young persons and by strong lobbyingfrom powerful self interest groups such asgovernment research scientists, alternative energyproviders and financial marketeers, politicians havehad no choice but to fall in line. Politicians aremindful to assuage the green intimidation andbullying to which they are increasingly subjected.Also major media outlets have provided unceasingsupport for measures to “stop global warming”. ThisCanute like behaviour seems to be also driven by theliberal and green personal beliefs of some reporters.Canute did not stop the tide and neither will humansstop climate change. It is sheer arrogance to think so.However increasingly major scientific institutions areexpressing skepticism including the Royal Society,France`s National Academy of Sciences in additionto the Russian Academy of Sciences and the USNational Academy of Sciences already mentioned,these last two institutions having been on record asrejecting the greenhouse effect outright. TheAmsterdam based InterAcademy Council(IAC),which is made up of the president`s of many of theworld`s national science academies, recentlyconducted an audit of the IPCC in 2010.

It found that the IPCC does not properly peerreview its reports,the selection of scientists whoparticipate is politicized, the summary forpolicymakers is the product of negotiation amonggovernments and is not written by scientists.
