Healthy Fruit-infused Water Organic water helps limit the amount of carbonated drinks,
cut down sugar filled beverages that we consume, and a perfect substitute for fruit juices, pre-made iced tea, soda, and
energy drinks, it would also limit
the amount of disposed water bottles.
Preparing your organic water is really simple and extremely good option. Just grab your
favorite safe and reusable water container (preferably glass or clear plastic). You may also use empty bottles of Gatorade and
Vitamilk—it is a much more beautiful display. Then, slice your chosen fruit/s (apple, cucumber,
oranges, jackfruit, pomelo, calamansi, etc.) or veggies and herbs. Put it in the bottle, add water or ice if you want. Leave the fruits, veggies, and herbs in the bottle all day. They detoxify your water.
