We were already running a successful business before engaging the services of PMVA. However the cost of running a Property Management business was escalating and everyone was so busy trying to keep up with the demands of maintaining the service standards to our clients. We were constantly looking for ways to improve but it got to a stage where every proactive, value adding idea was put on the back burner while we tried to keep up with the insurmountable workload of administration tasks that consumed us on a daily basis. We needed to take a step back and examine the tasks our Property Managers were doing and the way in which they were completing them. In late 2015 we were convinced we needed to add another employee to our team, just to keep up with the back office administration. We initially decided to try outsourcing and hired a Virtual Assistant who worked from home. She was mostly unsupervised and it didn’t’t take long for us to realise that we may have made a bit of a mistake in trying to outsource by ourselves. Even though we had used a reputable company to hire our PMVA the time it took to train them was inefficient and what we saved in dollars we soon lost in hours. We then decided to take action and engage the professional services of PMVA.
Tiffany Bowtell has been in the Property Management industry for years and knew exactly what we needed. She took over all the training and management of our new PMVA Aimee. Using technology and mapping out the way we do business has allowed us to offshore the majority of Property Management administration work. Tiffany Bowtell is an international property management expert, business coach, keynote speaker, certified trainer, and author. She is a master in her field. Her career in property management and training has spanned over twenty years. Tiffany has worked in all facets of the property management industry and held the position of Head Trainer at Console for four years, before becoming a Console Gold Certified Partner. She is the director of two successful companies, the Property Management Institute of Training (PMIT) and the Property Management Virtual Assistant (PMVA), these companies provide advanced training and support to property management businesses throughout Australia.

Jeffrey Espineda is our Philippines based Team Account Manager. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and has extensive experience in leading and motivating teams of up to thirty staff within the BPO industry in the Philippines for the past ten years. He is highly trained in all aspects of the Property Management industry and works very closely with all our clients as well as training, guiding and mentoring our PMVA’s. Jeffrey is proficient is all Property Management technologies and has been extremely inventive and innovative with supplying Property Managers with new technology insights and how they can benefit from his knowledge.
