Founded in 2012, the Performance Based Building Coalition is the nation’s

only non-profit industry coalition exclusively dedicated to developing the

market for social infrastructure public-private partnership (PPP) projects

in the United States. Consisting of over 70 public and private sector mem-

bers, the PBBC’s mission is to pass federal tax legislation that will create

a new category of exempt facility bonds for government owned buildings,

while simultaneously educating the public sector on all aspects of execut-

ing a PPP project.

All proceeds from this event will be used to further the coalition’s mission

of removing the obstacles currently impeding the use of private investment

in the construction, renovation and replacement of our nation’s aging and

dilapidated public buildings, thereby improving the quality of life for

building occupants and providing fiscal responsibility to taxpayers.

Situated on over 222 acres of handcrafted land and located just twelve

minutes from Manhattan, the new Trump Golf Links at Ferry Point is the

tention of hosting major championships, Trump Ferry Point is the only

tournament-quality golf course in New York City.
