The SaniPro 2000 was developed with the design concept that your Medical Professionals' time is of the highest value and should be spent wisely, not wasted on figuring out complex procedures required in the other methods for decontaminating and sanitizing PPE masks.

The SaniPro 2000 automated controls and presets allow you to

load and start the cycle with the

push of a button.

BASIC OPERATION• Items to be treated are placed evenly in a single layer on the 12 wire shelves.

• Load the cabinet, close the doors and presses the start button.

• The oven circulates hot air and moisture mist.

• Once the temperature of the items being treated reaches 149°F/65°C and themoisture saturation levels of 80%, the treatment cycle timer starts.

• After a 30 min cycle is complete, the oven automatically shuts off and a light willilluminate to indicate the cycle is complete.

• The heating & misting units shut down and the fans will continue to circulate.

• Opening the door auto resets the timer and stops fans.

• A stop button is provided to stop the heat cycle prematurely if required.

Fast Cycle TimeThe PSA SaniPro 2000 allows you to process 100 Masks every 45 Minutes forN-95 and KN-95 and or other comparable respiratory masks. Treatment cycle time isfactory pre-set at 30 mins for Ease of Use and eliminates operator error.

• Electric heating elements and a gentle forced hot air system keeps a constant air flowing over treated material.

• A powered, misting unit adds and maintains appropriate moisture saturation levels throughout the treatment cycle.

• Maintains the CDC recommended guidelines for relative humidity levels throughout the Moist Heat Incubation (MHI) treatment cycle.

• Twelve (12) removable open-wired stainless-steel shelving units with a 4” height separation for proper air flow and moisture circulation that slide out for the easy loading/unloading.

• Engineered to the highest quality and safety standards (NSF7 Open Container)

• Cabinet’s exterior and interior 100% stainless-steel construction

• Unit is mounted on a frame rail with fitted locking casters for easy maneuverability and increased safety.
