private event space within our pool, Caliza. it is the perfect location to host an event

for up to 50 guests. included in this packet are different options for the space.

We manage all food and beverage, including alcohol, of events held in the Red Loggia through

Caliza Restaurant. We also look forward to introducing you to our exclusive vendors for your

rental and floral needs.

our event Coordinators will assist in selecting appropriate floral arrangements, special linens

anduniquethemeddécor.TheseitemsareavailableexclusivelythroughourvendorsthroughAlys

Beach. please refer to our vendor list to select alys Beach exclusive vendors.

guaRanTees

Werequireanupdateoftheguaranteednumberby9 a.m.threebusinessdayspriortoeach

specificevent. guarantees for events scheduled monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, must be

provided by the previous friday. in the event the update is not received as scheduled, the

anticipated number will be used as a guarantee. all food and beverage events are billed at the

guaranteed attendance number or the actual number of guests serviced, whichever is greater. alys

Beach will prepare for 5%overthefinalguarantee.Sevendaysinadvance,aminimumguarantee

policyof80%oftheoriginalexpectednumberapplies.Toproperlydocumentyourevent,a

separatebanqueteventorder, that you will review and sign, will indicate the anticipated

attendance number.

F A Q s

Can we provide our own music?

No, music must be what Caliza Restaurant is playing.

Can we bring in a projector or amplification?

No, audio visual equipment is not permitted.

Can we take pictures on Alys Beach property if we rent the Red Loggia?

An Alys Beach home must be rented in order to take photos around property.

Are we allowed to bring in a cake?

Yes. There is a $3 per person cake cutting fee.

Can we split the check?

No, one credit card must be used to pay for the event.
