Collecting intelligence through human sources and by other appropriate means, except that he shall have no police, subpoena, or law enforcement powers or internal security functions;

Experienced candidates should have a minimum of two years work experience in adult education in the classroom, online, and in blended environments and, thus, practical knowledge in teaching adults. They recognize how technology enables learning and are dedicated to keeping up with innovations, research, theories, technologies, and trends in the education field. Experience in rapid prototyping, iterative design, or in other practices that streamline development processes is desired.
