Extensive renovation of the house was completed in 2007, and it now serves as a Welcome Center and Museum for Salem Academy and College. Also located in the building is the Office of Admissions, the Office of Communications and Public Relations, the Center for Teaching Excellence and Innovation, and seminar and lecture rooms. Salem Square Inspector’s House (1810) Houses administration and the Office of the President. Home Moravian Church (1800) Main Hall (1854) Houses the Office of the Dean of the College; the Martha H. Fleer Center for Adult Education; the Graduate School Admissions Office; and classrooms for humanities, social sciences, education, and business. Rondthaler Science Building* (1951, expanded 1960, 1993) Houses mathematics, psychology, and science departments and includes laboratories and computer facilities. Rondthaler-Gramley House (1888) A beautifully restored home used for social events, meetings, and overnight guests. Lizora Fortune Hanes House* (1930) Houses the Office of Institutional Advancement. Elberson Fine Arts Center* (1964) Houses the School of Music and the department of art; includes Hanes Auditorium, Shirley Recital Hall, the Drama Workshop, practice rooms, studios, and a video conference center. May Dell* An outdoor amphitheatre used for commencement, convocations, and performances. Fogle Flats Apartments for upperclassmen in early twentieth century rowhouses. McHugh Sisters Flats* (2015) A four-story apartment- style college residence for approximately 90 students. Salem Academy* (1930) Founded in 1772, a four-year college preparatory school for girls.
