Kroc Project ParkA new one-level parking garage is being constructed in the west end of the current Kroc Center parking lot, adding 140 additional parking spaces. To maximize the use of the available parking, patrons are encouraged to help by carpooling or using alternative transportation. Please allow disabled/handicapped patrons and those in need to have access to the spots closest to the building.

Entry to all Fitness and Aquatic classes requires a class

token. Class Pass tokens can be picked up starting 2-hours before

class time at the front desk. Drop-in classes are available to mem-

bers, day pass guests and non-members.

Flex Fee Classes are available to members and guests. Purchase at

the front desk up to 2 hours prior to class. Bring your receipt for

entry into class. Gold members receive a 10% discount.

The rock climbing pinnacle offers a variety of climbing routes for

people of all skill sets. Climb passes can be purchased at the front

option for older kids, ages 7–10. While you

work-out or attend a class, let our Child Watch staff keep your kids

busy with fun structured activities including games, crafts, arts and

Wii tournaments. Drop-off and pick-up in the Kootenai room.

On Fridays, kids in Club 7-10 can dive into the pool!

Children will be supervised by Camp Kroc staff for an

hour. Drop-off and pick-up in the Kootenai room.

ShaKe and tone This high intensity class is an exciting blend of dance, mat and light weight work. Enjoy an exhilarating dance and weight workout set to the beat of motivating music. Burning calories has never been so fun.

turboKiCK™ Aerobic Kickboxing brings martial arts moves into a group exercise atmosphere by combining non-competitive, no contact, aerobic and anaerobic drills using variations of martial arts skills.

teen hiP hoP, aGeS 11-19 Teens—learn to step it up, spin and strike a pose as you hip hop with Shanner, a world-class dance instructor. Meet friends who love to dance and have a good time in a class designed just for you.

hiP hoP Men and women alike can learn new moves and dance to an urban beat. Learn hip hop choreography and create your own unique dance style while you enjoy this upbeat cardio class.

GrouP StrenGth Strengthen and tone all the major muscle groups with a variety of resistance exercises combined with cardio intervals. This class will use dumbbells, elastic bands, gravity based moves, and/or stability ball.

ZuMba™ This class is a fusion of Latin and International dance music themes that create an exciting, unique and fun fitness class! The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. FOr mOre ZumBA, See Gym

ZuMba™ tone This course teaches you how to blend body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. You’ll learn how to use weights to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.

StretCh & tone Enjoy stretching and toning all muscle groups while you develop flexibility, strength and stamina. This class will enhance your physical and mental strength by linking flowing sequences of movement and breathing techniques. Benefits include increased range of motion, concentration and muscle tone. Modifications will be given to allow students of all ability levels to participate. A slower gentle approach is offered in the Gentle Stretch and Tone class. If you have any health conditions please let your instructor know prior to class.

Gentle StretCh and tone This class combines gentle stretching and toning movements with breathing techniques and is designed to improve flexibility, balance, range of motion, concentration, and muscle tone. The class emphasizes proper alignment during movement postures making it a perfect fit for the beginner or advanced student who wants to move and learn at a slower gentler pace. boot CaMP FitneSSThis challenging strength and conditioning class will get you into peak physical condition by integrating functional strength training, cardio intervals and core strengthening. A wide range of indoor and outdoor drills (seasonally) will be the focus of this class.

PiCKleballThis sport for all ages is played on a badminton court with a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. no class pass required!

trx® SuSPenSion traininG® This Fitness coach led, flex fee class is a revolutionary training program. Suspension Training® is an innovative method of leveraged body weight exercise. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. Ages 18+.

deeP water Cardio SCulPt Kick it up a notch with this fast, no-impact class designed to build cardiovascular strength while creating muscle tone. Participants must feel comfortable in deep water. Flotation belts and other equipment are provided on a first-come, first served basis.

aqua blaSt This high intensity water aerobics class provides routines for stretching, toning, and cardiovascular improvement. The cushioning effect of the water reduces stress on the joints, and its cooling effect keeps the body from overheating during strenuous exercises.

boot CaMP h2o Boot Camp H2O is a high intensity water based fitness program. It is UNIQUE because it is a rigorous cross-training of swimming, water polo, water aerobics, modified plyometrics, and traditional strength and cardiovascular exercises.

wave runnerS Wave Runners is a high intensity water based fitness program that provides the benefits of little to no impact on joints, expands lung capacity, as well as providing the benefits of weight and resistance training of a traditional gym. This program is unique because it is a rigorous cross-training of water jogging, swimming, water aerobics, modified plyometrics, and traditional strength and cardio-vascular exercises.

aqua danCe Do you like to dance for exercise? Do you like movin’ to the music? This class will provide moves and mood to hip hop, techno, disco, big band, rock and roll, and western music. Have fun getting fit by dancing in the water with the benefit of low impact on joints and muscles, while providing resistance for strength building.

aqua ZuMba!™ Are you ready to add a little spice to your day? Our own Michelle and Kaila are pleased to teach this exciting form of Zumba! Zumba is a “feel-happy” work out that is good for the body and the mind.

Cardio Core Enjoy all the benefits of a land workout without the impact on your joints. This class is taught in a shallow area and enables the participant to work at their own pace, providing an overall body workout and focus on core muscle strength.

aquatiC SPortS 360 Aquatics Sports 360 provides an opportunity to participate in special aquatic activities led by our enthusiastic aquatic staff. Try water polo one week, all new Skwim the next, open water buoy swimming, games and more. Bring your family and friends to enjoy this new drop in activity. Ages 11+

water For lunCh Join us weekdays and choose Water for Lunch followed by a quick bite at your desk. Workouts are designed to rotate between long slow distances, sprints, and will even mix in some IM days. This class can be taken as a monthly program.

MaSterS adult SwiM teaM Are you an adult (19–108 years old) interested in stroke improvement, swim team workouts and camaraderie? The coach and team members invite you to join the team and turn your determination into liquid speed. Fitness, competitive, and triathlete swimmers are welcome. This class can be taken as a monthly program. Learn more in the Summer Program Guide.

+ Children 3 & under must wear a swim diaper and plastic pants with full elastic legs and waist.

+ Parents are ultimately responsible for the safety and well being of their children.

+ Please shower to remove any lotions, makeup or perfumes prior to entering the pool.

+ Do not use the pool if you show any signs of illness or had diarrhea in the last two weeks.

+ Lifeguards are the final authority on rules and regulations in the pool area.

Please note: Maintaining a clean and healthy swim environment is of the utmost importance at The Kroc Center. You can help by having your family follow the tips listed above. The Kroc pool will close immediately for 30 minutes to 24 hours if an illness or bathroom incident occurs in the swim area. Health and safety protocols are conducted prior to reopening the pool.

Pre & PoSt PreGnanCy water worKout Pregnant and postpartum ladies, this class is just for you! Get your heart rate cookin’ and help make your pregnancy and post pregnancy experience a healthier one! Our gentle stretching and exercise may help your birthing experience and recovery go more smoothly. You can reduce your blood pressure, fatigue, backaches and other discomforts you may be experiencing. Feel the relief of water buoyancy.

aqua SCulPt Use the natural resistance of water, along with breathing and relaxation techniques, to improve balance, core strength, stability, and enhance flexibility, and heighten mind-body awareness. Instruction can be

modified for all levels.

arthritiS Gentle aerobiCS This class is a gentle step down from our other water aerobic classes. You will still benefit from the overall body workout at a slightly gentler pace.

arthritiS aqua Fit Participants are guided through a series of movements designed by specialists, geared to reduce the pain and stiffness associated with arthritis. Participants exercise to improve flexibility, strength and range of motion. Swimming skills are not required.

river walK ClaSS Power walk your way to a healthy lifestyle. Incorporate music and resistance motion with and against the current of our lazy river.

oPen toddler/PreSChool tiMe Mon/wed/Fri, 10:30–11:30aM Parents with children 5 and under can explore the play area of the Cove Pool together. All members and day pass users welcome! Class Pass not needed to play.

Unless otherwise noted, the minimum age for fitness classes is 13-14 years with an adult,

and 15+ without an adult. Exceptions may be made with permission of instructor. Drop-in

classes are free for gold members. Class Passes for Silver members and non-members are

available for purchase at the front desk. All attendees are required to pick up class token up

to 2-hours prior to class. Instructors are subject to change.

SuMMer SwiM CaMPThis class is designed to enhance swimming strokes and fitness in young athletes. Campers will play Splash Ball, Skwim (Ultimate Frisbee in the water), plus learn competitive swim strokes and competition techniques, as well as participate in other aquatic activities. Focus will be on intramural skills and over all body conditioning.

SPlaSh SPortSSplash Sports offers a fun way for youth to play, workout and improve their aquatic skills during the hour prior to Open Rec Swim. Kroc Aquatic Staff will lead individual and team activities such as Splash Ball, Splash Dance, and Splash Relays in the shallow water Cove Pool. Sign-up for the class and play every day or any day that fits your schedule. Daily attendance is encouraged but not required to enjoy this affordable and fun class.
