With school approaching, it is sadly time to say goodbye to the class of 2014. Kevin wants to thank and congratulate these recent grads with a “Senior Fitness Kick Off.” This event will take place this Monday, August 12th in the new gym and on the turf field from 11:30-2:30. There will be a special send-off ceremony and lots of food. Everyone, please bring your parents. This event will be an open house to show parents how hard we’ve been working all summer and how far we have come with Kevin’s help.

Q: What is your favorite part about going to summer Kevin King workouts?A: I like going because it’s the only place I really socialize during the summer. It’s hard but I love how I feel afterwards.Q: Do you feel you’ve made progress this summer?A: Sports have become easier. I was on Vand’al’s LAX team this summer and played better than I ever have. Also, Kevin has taught me alot about nutrition to build muscle. Combined with exersice, it has helped me become much stronger.
GIRL POWER!
The girls who come to Kevin’s are powerful, disciplined, and dedicated ladies. They work their butts off everyday, showing the gym that girls can be just as strong as guys. Oftentimes, the girls work even harder. You’ll usually see them doing plyo, tackling full body workouts, and swinging ropes. All of the above take greater endurance, and overall fitness, than lifting. Shoutout to Anda and Andreea Gavrilescu, Julia Noble, and Maria Steen, ladies who come to Kevin’s consistently. #Beastmode
