Update status• Currently 9 foam enterprises

joined HPMP phase I. the 2 enterprises finished machine purchasing process.

• Most selected alternative blowing agents are water and CP while MF is also selected due to availability and operating cost.

• DIW announced that foam enterprise whom want to change to alternative blowing agent can use HCFC 141 B until 31st Dec 2016 only.*

Ban use of HCFC-141b in the manufacture of

foam and import of preblended HCFC 141 B polyol in all applications,

except spray foam (January 1, 2017)

Ban use of HCFC-141b in spray foam

Toward HPMP phase II

• 1st Jan 2017 estimate 350 MT of HCFC 141 B include the amount in preblended polyol is likely to be allowed to SPF application – request clear criteria of SPF to control HCFC 141 B using for imported and local product

• The SPF demonstration project which is under MLF approving process will provide technical information to SPF enterprise the suitable alternative blowing agent choice.

• Update HFO supply and technical information are necessary for next step to HPMP phase II.

โดยทาการทดลองผสมสารเคม preblended polyol และสารเคม Isocyanate (PMDI) ทอณหภมหอง (25°C

โดยประมาณ) โดยใชอปกรณเครองผสมเพอทดสอบเวลาในการเกดปฎกรยาเคมเปนโฟมแขง ดงน

เปนสตรทมอตราสวนผสมโดยปรมาตรของ Pre-blended polyol ตอ Isocyanate อยในชวง 1 ตอ 1 ถง 1 ตอ 1.1

• เวลาการเกดครม (Cream time) = 3 - 5 วนาท (เมอสารเคมทงสองสวนผสมกนภายใน 3 - 5 วนาท นายาจะ

เปลยนเปนสครมและเรมเกดฟองฟ) และ Tack free time ไมเกน 15 วนาท ทอณหภมของเคม 10 องศา

เซลเซยส

• เวลาบม Cure time = 60 วนาท (ภายใน 1 นาท หลงจากการพนนายาเคมโดยใชเครองสเปรยโฟม สามารถท

เดนเหยยบไดและโฟมตองไมยบหรอเนอโฟมจะตองไมตดรองเทา)

• เมอ Pre-blended polyol ทาปฏกรยากบ Isocyanate ขนรปเปนโฟมแลวม Free rise density มากกวา 20

kg./m.3 ขนไป ทอณหภมของเคม 10 องศาเซลเซยส
