Thanks to knowledge and expertise of the affiliated companies in different sectors and to a constant and constructive dialogue with institutions, Valore D delivers programs and projects that help companies to achieve concrete and measurable results.
Area of activity: Inclusive organisation
Programs focused on creating a work environment and organizational models that meet people needs while improving productivity and sense of belonging. WelfareLab® focus on welfare, smart working and happiness at work. The approach is pragmatic and result-oriented, we provide associates with effective tools and clear indicators to increase and monitor the degree of diversity and inclusion in their organizations.

Projects of social innovation have the aim to generate impact on country’s growth and progress. Thanks to multi-year collaboration and exchange with its associates Valore D has been able toreview and monitor the development and deployment of over 1,000 best practices. This extensive know-how has made Valore D a reliable and trusted partner for the institutions. The enhancement of gender balance, the inclusion of different generations and cultures, represent a factor of innovation, competitiveness and growth for companies as well as for Italy.
