The leader of every sales organization will typically have a clearly defined area of sales force improvement for the new year. It might be to close more seven figure deals, sell more of a certain product line, and to increase customer

satisfaction.

Weldon Parts just conclud-ed its annual sales meeting in Oklahoma City. This year it was a 2 ½ day event where eighteen manufactures were in attendance. The sole pur-pose was for the manufac-tures to demonstrate the fea-tures and benefits of their products and to tutor our salesmen in the selling points of their product. The manufac-tures used both hands-on samples and PowerPoint presentations to accomplish their goals. For the first time the meeting was video record-

ed and will be edited and post-ed in a manor for other employ-ees to gain additional knowledge just as soon as possible, thanks to Zach Smith,

one of our social media people.

Those represented were Amerex, Atro, Betts, ConMet, CV Logistics, Dayton, Dorman, Federal Mogul, Federal Signal, Firestone, Kit Masters, Maxxima, Prestone, Shur-CO/

Donovan, Stemco, TTAC, Tramec/Sloan, and Wix. Each presentation was graded by each of our sales reps. There were three areas:, Product Prepared-ness, Product Information, and how well they cov-ered the bullet points on how to sell their product. In most cases there will always be questions that still are of interest so we requested that each manu-facture coordinate field work with each rep and their

respective manager.

I have already been sent information showing the scheduling of field work and just received a website address that is giving additional information asked. That hyper link is; https://www.iafc.org/files/downloads/VEHICLE_SAFETY/STATEemergVEHcodes/Oklahoma.pdf

Thanks to everyone, I feel we had a very positive sales meeting that will prove to be beneficial for all involved. I truly believe that product knowledge is a

major factor that separates us from others.

—Dean Clinton, sales manager

Within the past few months, Weldon Parts Inc. has boomed on social media

sites, gaining an actively engaged audience. “Within only a few months, We

have reached over 500 likes on Facebook and 160 followers on Twitter, and we

anticipate even more in the upcoming year” Being on there allows us to receive

instant feedback from other perspectives, and also gives us a chance to have a

virtual relationship with current and potential customers. It gives us instant

access to positive or negative feedback. We try to do weekly trivia games with bi-weekly giveaways, as well as location highlights, and

sometimes even posting “Flash Back Friday” posts, to sort of interact with our fans and give them a little Weldon history. Our social media

guru’s Zach, Sara, and Mckayla all make up a good team, and make our social sites the go to for great interaction. Social customer service

is the future of customer satisfaction, and we can only anticipate the best in the near future.

This movie masterfully displays just how deep the values of family

and honor are embedded within the Furious characters. Paul Walker

is fantastic in his last ever movie, alongside Vin Diesel and new

addition Jason Stratham as the movies antagonist; this movie really

deserves to be seen. Fan or not, there is no denying that Furious 7

will take you on a roller-coaster of a ride; emotionally and visually,

culminating in the best, most enthralling Furious movie to date

which will live on in fans' hearts forever.

Now on the run from Jeanine (Kate Winslet) and the rest of the power-hungry

Erudites, Tris (Shailene Woodley) and Four (Theo James) search for allies and

answers in the ruins of Chicago. They must find out what Tris' family sacrificed

their lives to protect and why the Erudites will do anything to stop them. Side

by side, Tris and Four face one seemingly insurmountable challenge after an-

other, as they unravel the secrets of the past and ultimately...the future of their

world.

This is completely true: a couple of years ago, I had an old (about 1989) set of encyclopedias I put on a garage sale, hoping

to get rid of it. It finally sold on the final day, after I put a sign on it that said "VINTAGE SEARCH ENGINE". I got 50

REAL LOVE

One morning I went by to visit my son Troy’s grave… it’s almost been two years when my son passed away at the age of 42.

Standing there in the early morning air thinking about Troy someone pulled up. I then knew I was not along. I turned and seen a

very elderly white haired lady trying to walk toward a grave carrying in her little hands some flowers. Someone had brought her

there when I turned to walk away from my son’s grave. I walked by the little elderly lady, she was down on her knees pulling the

weeds from that old grave, but I couldn’t help to see the tears that ran down that elderly white haired lady’s face. She then

looked up at me with a smile and I looked into her eyes and smiled back to her. We both did not speak to each other that quiet

morning. I walked away thinking to myself that’s
