~ 1 ~ The West Liberty Star August 13th, 2018 Free Our Hometown News Issue 19 Bible Verse of the week- West Central Ohio Community Concert Band played at Mac-A-Cheek Castle It was a perfect evening for the Castle Concert and Ice Cream Social held at Mac-A-Cheek Castle. The audience enjoyed fourteen musical selections by group. “The Star Spangled Banner”, “Just a Closer Walk With Thee”, “El Captain”, to name a few. “The Armed Forces Salute” was a good one because each time they named the armed service anyone who served under that branch stood up. Besides the patriotic songs my favorite was “Moon River“ which I remember singing in the high school choir. The Dairy Queen people gave out DQ gift certificates in a fun drawing and Micah Proudman helped director William Barrett pick the names. Soloist- Myles Bowers Margaret Piatt Dairy Queen workers dishing out sweet treats! Micah Proudman helps William Barrett Leni and Jim Heizer enjoyed the Concert on the Lawn Be strong and courageous! West Central Ohio Community Concert Band played at Mac-A-Cheek Castle

It was a perfect evening for the Castle Concert and Ice Cream Social held at Mac-A-Cheek Castle.
