DESCRIPTION

This presentation was initially made in Gateshead as an Ignite presentation to answer the question. What are the best pieces of advice you ever received or wish you had received in your career. Some of them are very personal and benefit from the narrative. Some are universal truths. It's an update of a previous WIP version I posted. I cover all aspects of how to start out in business, the issues that business start upsa will; face and how creative businesses benefit from good processes. I touch on Lean Business methodology and Agile processes, the importance of decision making and being decisive and the value of relationships in business.
