ThinkHirePricingWe offer a negotiable Direct Hire fees ranging from 20% to 25%, for direct hire services based on several factors:

Volume Skill Set Requirements (Niche, Availability of Candidates) Exclusivity We offer Senior Executive Retained Search Services for 30% of budgeted Salary Allocation.

Retained Search Fees are to paid in three equal disbursements upon designated milestones
