End Time Transfer of Wealth

Many leaders in the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) movement

have estimated the cost of reaching billions of people for Christ and

bringing in the Kingdom of God on earth so that Jesus will be able to

return to Earth to rule the nations will be in the trillions of dollars.

They believe God will pay for the massive cost of the worldwide

Seven Mountain Mandate with what they call the “End Time Transfer

of Wealth.”

Here is some of what we saw about the “transfer” of wealth earlier in

this series –

“Social transformation is standing on two pillars: the church in the

workplace and the transfer of wealth. Without both of them, we

will not see our cities transformed. The pillar of the church in the

workplace arises from the foundation of the biblical government of

the church, and the pillar of the transfer of wealth arises from the

foundation of breaking the spirit of poverty.” Peter Wagner, The

Thinking About Unity 5 Another document, the “Writ of Assistance,” includes a demand for a

transfer of wealth from the “treasures of darkness and the hidden

wealth of secret places.”

“WRIT OF ASSISTANCE

This matter comes before this Court seeking enforcement of its

prior decisions in favor of The People of God, the Plaintiffs.

The Plaintiffs seek to employ a Writ ancient in its application and

consistent in its purpose. In its origins, a Writ to assist the

subjects of the King in fulfilling their duties to the King, and in

more recent time “a mandatory injunction; (the) effect of which is

to bring about a change in the possession of realty – it dispossess

the occupant and gives possession to one adjudged entitled to it

by the court”. (63 P2d 756,759). The Writ of Assistance is a

process issued by a Court of equity to transfer the possession of

lands, title or possession to which the Court has previously

adjudicated, as a means of enforcing its decree. (110 P2d

554,556)

Accordingly, The Court Finds:

1. The People of God have sought and obtained from the Court

a Decree of Divorce wherein the Plaintiff was found to be

entitled to have sole right, claim, and interest, in and to all gifts,

possessions and inheritance from Plaintiffs’ Father and

Defendant was forever banned from the title, control or use of

such gifts, possessions or inheritance. (Psalm24:1) (Psalm

115:16)


2. The People of God have committed, and do continue to

affirm their commitment, to avoid any contact or participation

with the Principality of Baal and its vast extensions, and to be

trustworthy in the use of the gifts, possessions and inheritance

to which they are entitled.

3. The People of God are entitled to the blessings of Abraham,

(Galatians 3:13-14) and are entrusted with those blessings to

be a blessing in the earth (Genesis 12:2-3). This Court holds

that the blessings of the Plaintiffs’ Father are to make The

People of God truly rich and He intends no sorrow or toiling to

be added to it. (Proverbs 10:22) Additionally, this Court finds

the wealth accumulated by those following the Defendant’s

practices lawfully belong to the Plaintiffs remaining in right

standing with this Court. (Proverbs 13:22) (1John 3:8)

4. In addition to this Court’s Decree of Divorce entered against

the Principality of Baal in favor of The People of God as

Plaintiffs, this Court finds that previous proclamations of this

Court support the issuance of this Writ of Assistance, including

the following:

a. The thief must repay sevenfold, and must give all the

substance of his house; (Proverbs 6:30-31). He must restore

seven times what he has taken.

b. The wicked man, though he piles up silver and has

plentiful garments, the just will wear them and the innocent

will divide the silver. (See Job 27:13-17)


c. The Plaintiffs’ inheritance is from the Father who purposed

only that His House be filled with splendor because the silver

is His, and the gold is His and it is to His House that He

grants peace and prosperity (See Haggai 2:7-9) Page 1 of 2

d. It is the Will of The Father of the People of God that the

Plaintiffs alone receive the “treasures of darkness and the

hidden wealth of secret places.” (Isaiah 45:2-3)

e. While the Defendant claims as his own vast possessions,

this Court has ruled, and does here again rule that “He who

by charging excessive interest and who by unjust efforts gets

gain and increases his material possessions gathers it for

those who are kind and generous to the poor”, the Plaintiffs

here. (Proverbs 28:8) While the Defendant has gathered it,

this Court rules “he must give it” to The People of God who

are “good in God’s sight.” (Ecclesiastes 2:26)

The Highest Court having fully considered the Plaintiffs’ plea for a

Writ of Assistance to enforce its prior rulings and proclamations,

and finding the request timely made, does this day issue this Writ

of Assistance on behalf of The People of God, Plaintiffs:

1. Giving The People of God this day power to gain wealth to

confirm this Court’s covenant to their fathers. (Deuteronomy

8:18)

2. Ordering that all those empowered by this Court to enforce

its rulings and proclamations forthwith grant full assistance in

the transfer of all wealth, possessions, properties, and gifts


belonging to the Plaintiffs as The People of God, to employ the

Power and Might of this Highest Court to perform this Word,

calling into obedience all enforcement authorities to continue in

this transfer until it is fully completed and The People of God

are in unchallenged possession. (Psalm 103:19-21) This Writ

extends to all the extensions and manifestations of the

Principality of Baal, however named or designated, known or

hidden, and however related to this Prince of Demons.

(Matthew 12:24)

It is the unlimited authorization of this Writ to bind this strongman

and the entire house over which he has rule, to authorize the

carrying off of all property in his possession or delegated under

him to any part of his principality or in any way related to him, and

to plunder his house. (Matthew 12:29)

Therefore, let the Writ issue, and from this order there shall be no

appeal.” Hapn.us

“I can still remember the day I got up early and went from our

bedroom to the couch. As I lay down and began to meditate and

get my mind set on the Lord for the day, an interesting thing

happened: a blackboard appeared before me ... I began to see

words appear on this blackboard. The hand of God seemed to be

writing before me, just as He wrote in the days of Daniel. I saw the

following words: anti-Semitism, militant Islam, covenant conflict,

women arising for My purposes, lawlessness, the transference of

wealth, overthrowing thrones of iniquity and prayer for war.


‘Prepare for war’ seemed to be the illuminating cornerstone of the

vision. I said, ‘Lord, what are You showing me?’ ‘This is the future

war of the Church,’ He said. I saw one other topic that caused my

spirit to leap: Prayers that outwit the devil. I have since written a

book called Prayers that Outwit the Enemy (Regal Books, 2004)

to help God’s people pray in a more strategic way ... When this

blackboard appeared in front of me and I meditated on what God

was saying, I knew He was asking me to write something that

would help the Body to prepare for the days that lie ahead.” (The

The Transference of Wealth and the Prophets

“Dramatic kingdom connections between the prophets and

business leaders were reported, leading us to say that this is a

new season. Prosperity will come with these alliances.

These connections will impact the formation of alternative

economic paradigms that will both influence world markets and

systems, as well as form new ones. For many years, we have

prophesied about a coming “Lion’s Market”—an alternative

economic structure formed within the body of Christ ... Concerning

the church, a shift in understanding of the connection between

tithes and offerings and blessing will cause poverty to be broken

off many believers (see Malachi 3:8-10). Pastors will become bold

and unashamed to teach on the subject of finances, and both the


people and the church will be blessed.” Cindy Jacobs, Word of the

In 2006 Dutch Sheets wrote that he heard the Holy Spirit “very

clearly” say, “The great transfer of wealth begins this year.” That

means, according to Sheets, that the Church is now into the 11th year

of the end time transfer of wealth. Sheets also wrote in 2006 that the

Holy Spirit said to him, “The greatest shift into the Apostolic Age

comes this year. For this year, they will begin to see the abundance

of fruit come forth.” Identitynetwork.net

We will look at more about how the NAR leadership views the End

Time Transfer of Wealth in the following chapters.


Rafael Cruz is the father of U.S. Senator and former Presidential

candidate Ted Cruz. Rafael Cruz believes strongly in the end time

“transfer of wealth” that will come about from government leaders like

his son.

“The pastor referred to Proverbs 13:22 a little while ago, which

says that the wealth of the wicked is stored for the righteous. And

it is through the kings, anointed to take dominion that that transfer

of wealth is going to occur. God, even though He’s sovereign,

even though He’s omnipotent, He doesn’t just let it rain out of the

sky – He’s going to use people to do it.” Rafael Cruz, New

Those words preached from the pulpit of a Texas megachurch prior

to the 2012 election of Ted Cruz to the U.S. Senate from Texas have

been quoted many times through the years. Both Ted Cruz’s race for

the Senate and Rick Perry’s run for President in 2012 introduced

many Christians and journalists to what we know as the New

Apostolic Reformation, the Seven Mountain Mandate, and the

concept of the great “transfer of wealth” from the wicked to the

righteous.

“Before the king went to battle, the priest came and blessed the

king and blessed the warriors. The king needed the blessing of

the priest in order to be successful in battle … There are some of

you, as a matter of fact, I will dare to say that the majority of you,

that your anointing is not an anointing as priests; it’s an anointing


as king. And God has given you an anointing to go to the

battlefield. And what’s the battlefield? The battlefield is the

marketplace, to go to the marketplace and occupy the land, to go

to the marketplace and take dominion ... That dominion is over

every areas: society, education, government, economics ... Kings

who are anointed to go to war, win the war, and bring the spoils of

war to the priests so the work of the kingdom of God could be

Rafael Cruz was the guest of New Beginnings Pastor Larry Huch who

also proclaims the massive “transfer of wealth” from the wicked to the

righteous.

“The Rabbinical teaching is, especially amongst gentiles who God

opens their eyes, that in a few weeks begins that year 2012, and

that this will begin what we call ‘the end time transfer of wealth.’

And that when these gentiles begin to receive this blessing, they

will never go back financially through the valley again. They will

go and grow and grow. It’s said this way - that God is looking at

the Church and everyone in it and deciding in the next three-and-

a-half years who will be His bankers, and the ones who say ‘here

am I Lord, you can trust me,’ we will become so blessed that we

will usher in the coming of the Messiah.” Pastor Larry Huch, New

Benny Hinn wrote an article entitled “Your Supernatural Wealth

Transfer Is Coming” where he addressed the end time transfer of

wealth.

“The Word of God says, "Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that

favour my righteous cause" (Psalm 35:27). That means, those

who support the Gospel, here spoken of as His "righteous cause,"

will shout for joy and be glad! We are seeing glorious victories on

earth today as the Gospel is being preached to the nations of the

world, and millions are coming into the kingdom.

That verse continues, "Yea, let them say continually, Let the

Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his

servant." It is God's will that you prosper!

In fact, the Word of God explains that we are coming into a time

when we will see a glorious transfer of wealth for the preaching of

the Gospel, for the financing of the end-time harvest. The day will

come when the wealth of the sinner will be given to the righteous:

"A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and

the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just" (Proverbs 13:22).”

Hinn teaches that there have already been six “wealth transfers” on

earth and God is about to send another one. The previous six Hinn

lists are –


1. Abraham Genesis 13 (from pharaoh to Abraham)

2. Isaac Genesis 26 (from Abraham and Abimelech)

3. Jacob Genesis 31 (from Laban)

4. Joseph Genesis 41 (from pharaoh and Egypt)

5. Israel Exodus 3 (from people of Egypt)

6. King Solomon 1 Kings 10 (from the nations)

Hinn believes the next massive transfer of wealth will be for the

righteous on earth –

“Next in line for a great wealth transfer is you! "The wealth of the

sinner is laid up for the just" (Proverbs 13:22). Here is why—the

Lord wants to give you the wealth of the sinner to establish His

covenant: "Thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that

giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his

covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day"

(Deuteronomy 8:18). His covenant is the Gospel of Jesus Christ,

His Son, for the nations! God will give you the wealth of the sinner

so you can support the preaching of the Gospel to the world!

This wealth transfer is just around the corner! The Lord said,

"Though he heap up silver as the dust, and prepare raiment as

the clay; He may prepare it, but the just shall put it on, and the

innocent shall divide the silver" (Job 27:16-17). Get ready!

God Almighty is looking for people He can trust with this wealth.

That is why Paul the apostle wrote, "He which soweth sparingly

shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall


reap also bountifully" (2 Corinthians 9:6). This promise deals with

God giving to us today as well as in the coming days of wealth

transfer.

These true riches are coming to the body of Christ.

As you sow today, you prove yourself faithful. Remember what

the Bible says about faithfulness: "He that is faithful in that which

is least is faithful also in much" (Luke 16:10). If we cannot be

trusted with small amounts of money, how can we be trusted with

true riches?

Today, as you sow your seed into God's kingdom, remember that

He is watching your faithfulness. What you sow declares your

How much money does Hinn believe will be transferred in the next

great “transfer of wealth”? The Christian Post quoted Hinn as

claiming – “It is estimated by many leading financial analysts that

during the next three decades more than $16 trillion will transfer from

one generation to the next. As I’ve been sharing with you in recent

months, the Word of God clearly tells us that we are coming into a

time when we will see a glorious transfer of wealth for the preaching

of the Gospel and for the financing of the end-time harvest” –

“Hinn argued that before each ‘historic financial blessing,’ God

asked people for an offering.

‘Right before giving them their supernatural wealth transfer, He

first asked them to give an offering. Every household was


commanded to bring a lamb to sacrifice. Then, after making the

sacrifice and applying the blood over the door and on the

doorposts, God told them to go and receive the wealth of the

Egyptians.’

The televangelist asked people to join him in preparing for this

great transfer of wealth, and asked them to "prayerfully sow a

sacrificial seed and take an extraordinary step of faith."

Hinn continued: ‘I know you may have other plans for that seed,

but I'm asking you to seek and obey God as He shows you a

divine destiny for that seed. And as you sow it into the Lord's

C. Peter Wagner is probably the most powerful voice in the New

Apostolic Reformation movement concerning the end time transfer of

wealth. He wrote Dominion! How Kingdom Action Can Change the

World in 2008 (Chosen Books) and explained how “wealth” would

play a vital role in God’s plans –

“Jesus taught us to pray that God’s Kingdom would come and His

will would be done on earth as it is in heaven. To that end, in

these present times the urgent mandate of God to the Church is

to actively engage in transforming society. This means placing

Christian leaders into positions of leadership influential enough to

share our culture. Such Kingdom action can change the world!

The New Apostolic Reformation, with its roots going back to 1900,

is today’s new wineskin. The Second Apostolic Age began in

2001, and today’s apostles are the church leaders who most hear

what the Spirit is saying to the churches. They are now hearing

the clear mandate of God for social transformation.

Social transformation is becoming the current overriding objective

for the people of God. This has developed through the history of

Christian social involvement, from Constantine to the Reformers,

then to the Lausanne Movement, and now our current situation.

“Transformation” needs careful definition and accurate

measurement when it occurs. For many traditional evangelicals, a

significant paradigm shift is necessary to embrace this movement,

but such a shift is happening even now.


Dominion theology provides the biblical paradigm for

understanding how the Church must involve itself in the cultural

mandate as well as the evangelistic mandate. God’s will is not

only for us to save souls, but also, more broadly, to transform

society. “Dominion” starts in Genesis 1:26, and the theme is

carried through the Bible. Jesus became the second Adam and

regained the dominion over creation that the first Adam lost.

Dominion is also called Kingdom theology: “Your Kingdom come,

Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” God’s will being

accomplished on earth as it is in heaven depends on His people

becoming empowered by the Holy Spirit and moving into action.

The Body of Christ in general is currently much more aware of the

Holy Spirit’s power than it was in the past, due largely to the

insights surfaced by the Pentecostal and charismatic movements.

The Church is expected to war. Cosmic powers of evil have been

assigned to thwart the Kingdom of God on earth, but they can be

confronted and defeated. Apostles are designated to lead the

Church into war because it takes a government to overthrow a

government. Jesus invaded the kingdom of Satan when He came

to earth, and He said that the kingdom will be taken by violence.

Some Christian leaders have promulgated an unfortunately

antiwar movement, but the dangers of this need to be exposed.

For society to be transformed, bondages related to the land must

be identified and broken through informed intercession. In war the

victors plunder the enemy’s camp, and God will cause this to


happen as never before.

The Kingdom of God is not confined to the four walls of the local

church. The ekklesia is the people of God, whether they are

gathered in their congregations on Sunday as the nuclear Church,

or whether they are scattered in the workplace Monday through

Saturday as the extended Church. The extended Church, just like

the nuclear Church, is founded on apostles and prophets, but in

the extended Church these are different people who operate

differently under a different rule book. However, it is these

extended church leaders who will be most effective in

transforming society. Workplace apostles are called to take

dominion in business, government, arts and entertainment, media,

family and education.

Solomon says, “Money answers everything” (Ecclesiastes 10:19).

We have not taken such wisdom seriously enough. Three things,

more than anything else, have changed society throughout

history: violence, knowledge and wealth—and the greatest of

these is wealth. Our churches have been under the spell of

poverty since the monastic movement began, and this spirit must

be broken in order for wealth to flow. Our most reputable prophets

have prophesied a great transfer of wealth from the unrighteous to

the Kingdom of God. Our ministries need to move from donor-

based financing to revenue-based financing, and wealth must be

distributed skillfully through sophisticated philanthropy. God gives

His people the power to get wealth (see Deuteronomy 8:18).


This is an exciting venture that will come about as we walk in

unfeigned obedience to what the Spirit is currently saying to the

churches. We are poised as never before in history to fulfill Jesus’

Great Commission of discipling the nations.”

Wagner wrote The Great Transfer of Wealth: Financial Release for

Advancing God’s Kingdom (Whitaker House) in 2015. Cindy Jacobs

wrote the Foreword –

“This book brings timely balance and kingdom perspective to the

subject of wealth. There is an abundance of biblical text to support

the truth that the Lord desires to prosper us so that we can be a

blessing to others. God desires us to have what Peter Wagner

calls ‘prosperity with a purpose’! The Lord wants His kingdom to

come and His will to be done on earth, as it is in heaven, so He

offers His people access to lavish supernatural resources … If we

are ever going to transform our nations, it is going to take wealth.”

What is the process for bring in this great transfer of wealth from the

wicked to the righteous? Wagner wrote an article for Elijahlist.com in

2004 titled “The Great Transfer of Wealth: Are You Ready?” –

“I brought up the fact that since 1992 we have been hearing from

God, through respected prophets, that He desires to release great

amounts of wealth to His people for the advance of His kingdom,

namely through evangelism, church planting, caring for the poor,

and transforming society. Why, then, hasn’t it happened as yet?


My answer is that first God was probably waiting until the

government of the church got into place on the foundation of

apostles and prophets, which did occur beginning in 2001.

Secondly, He is probably waiting until the proper strategy to

handle these funds is functional. This is only beginning to

Wagner presented what he called “four essential links in the chain of

wealth-transference: Providers, Managers, Distributors, and Field

Marshals. The Providers are believers and unbelievers who have

money in huge quantities. Wagner said this money will be delivered

by what he called “supernatural transference.” He gave Israel in

Egypt as an example –

“God released huge amounts of wealth from the pagan Egyptians

to His people. They did not earn this money from making bricks

without straw. It was a supernatural transference. On the other

hand, the second way that God will use some providers is to give

them what could be called "power to get wealth." This is like

making bricks for a profit, but it would more likely take the form of

a gold mine or a technological breakthrough or a patent on a

lifesaving drug. The Bible says that "[God] gives you power to get

wealth" (Deut. 8:18) and "The Lord your God will bless you in all

your works and in all to which you put your hand" (Deut. 15:10).

People who are now making money will go to new levels, through

the power of God, that they have not even imagined!” Peter

Wagner said “field marshals” are apostles who are currently planting

churches. He said that the “distributors” are in place, “but they have

not yet been recognized as such because they will only go into action

once the funds are available.” Wagner believes that many apostles

who are members of the International Coalition of Apostles will be

among them.

Wagner wrote that “managers” is the missing link –

“Why would God release huge amounts of resources that could

go down a black hole? Few distributors or field marshals, who for

the most part would be nuclear church apostles, would have the

business skills to receive the funds and handle them in such a

way that they would not all be used at once, but that they would

provide a constant stream of revenue for advancing the kingdom.

Unquestionably these kinds of skillful managers do exist within the

Body of Christ, but they are not yet part of the chain, strategically

connected to distributors and field marshals.” Peter Wagner,

Wagner believes the transfer of wealth will move from “Donor-Based

to Revenue-Based” when managers “who will be mostly workplace

apostles rather than nuclear church apostles” have taken their

position in the wealth transfer process. Wagner calls it “a new

wineskin for financing the Great Commission.”


Two other NAR apostles speak highly of Wagner’s insights into the

transfer of wealth –

“God is a God of abundance. To view Him in any other way is a

distortion of reality – the greatest reality of all: the nature of God …

Peter Wagner has given us great strategies for renewing our hearts

and minds to be fully immersed in God’s purposes for planet earth.

By implementing these practical strategies, we will be positioned to

help facilitate The Great Transfer of Wealth, which will lead to the

greatest harvest of souls the world has ever seen.” Bill Johnson,

Dr. D.K. Olukoya wrote a book in 2005 titled The Wealth Transfer

Agenda (Battle Cry Christian Ministries) –

“Wealth or riches occupy an important place in God’s end-time

programme for the world. Unknown to most believers, wealth is

not just needed for personal survival; God needs wealth for the

execution of the divine programme. For example, the preaching of

the gospel cannot be successfully carried out without money.

To fully accomplish and execute God’s goals for the end times,

individuals and churches will receive amazing financial

empowerment. Towards this end, the Church of God will very

soon become the controller of the economy of the world. God who

is the author of wealth, will ensure that abundant wealth is

channeled towards where real action is taking place – the church.

Much as the devil can come up with emergency plans to destroy

millions of people all over the world, God has also come up with

the plan for the massive conversion of souls. For this plan to be

effectively executed, so much money will be required. No wonder

the Bible says:

Zech. 1:17: Cry yet, saying, Thus saith the Lord of hosts; My cities

through prosperity shall yet be spread aboard; and the Lord shall

yet comfort Zion, and shall yet choose Jerusalem.

This is the hour when the passage above will be actualized. This

is the time when more money than has ever been made available

for the preaching of the gospel will be released unto the church.


God is going to raise up individuals and churches as end-time

treasurers. This is the essence of the mystery of the wealth

In his 2015 book Last Great Wealth Transfer (Morris Cerullo World

Evangelism), Morris Cerullo listed three great wealth transfers: the

transfer of the control of Egypt’s wealth into the hands of Joseph, the

transfer of the wealth of Egypt into the hands of the Israelites as they

were being led out by Moses, and the transfer of the wealth of the

heathen world into the hands of Solomon –

“God recorded these for several purposes:

• To let us know that the medium of exchange to ensure the

blessings from God to our lives is important to him, whether

it is cattle, livestock, grain, oil, wine, or money! As Solomon

said: … money answereth all things (Ecclesiastes 10:19).

• To encourage us that His will is to bless us (3 John 2).

• To teach us about the things He has done so that we will

erect spiritual memorials to His glory.

• To TEACH us principles from the lives of great men of God

of the past that translate to power for us to receive in our

present life.

God not only transferred wealth in the past, but He has promised

that in the future He would take the wealth of the wicked (the

world) and transfer it to the righteous. A good man leaveth an

inheritance to his children’s children: and the wealth of the sinner

is laid up for the just (Proverbs 13:22).

Partner, this precious promise reveals the heart of God and His

will for His people.


God wants to bless us with the wealth of the world for two

reasons. First, it does not belong to them. The Bible says, For

every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand

hills (Psalms 50:10). Second, that we might use mammon for the

glory of God, to preach the Gospel to the far reaches of the earth.”

In his Foreward to Cerullo’s book, John Avanzini wrote –

“Plainly put, it will cost billions of dollars to reach the billions of

souls in Mission To All The World. Don’t be dismayed at these

astronomical numbers, for the cost of the end-time harvest comes

as no surprise to God.

When the Lord speaks of the fields being white to the harvest, He

also alerts us to the financial implications: … pray ye therefore the

Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers … (Luke

10:2).

Notice the prayer is not that the laborers merely be called but that

they be sent. One of the greatest tragedies I have witnessed in

the worldwide harvest of souls is that there are so many people

who are called and so few dollars to send them forth.

Now, at long last, a light comes on at the end of the tunnel of time

as a divinely inspired dream once again is sent to God’s end-time

prophet. It is a dream of world evangelism on a scale never before

imagined. A dream of outreach that without God’s supernatural

enablings would financially collapse the Church.

However, with the vision also comes a faithful promise of God’s

long-awaited answer to the shortage the Church has been caught

up in. It is God’s great, end-time wealth transfer.

As Dr. Cerullo so accurately stated, the greatest gathering of

wealth ever known to man is, at this very moment, in storage here

on earth. The billions and trillions of dollars that the mega fat cats


of this world have stacked up are ready for redistribution by God

himself!

With more people alive on planet earth today than have lived and

died since the world began, this store of mega wealth awaits a

can-do, can-believe-it people. And thank God that army of people

is on the earth today!


Matthew Ashimolowo wrote The Coming Wealth Transfer:

Believing The Prophecy, Applying The Principles, Preparing To Be A

Millionare (Mattyson Media) in 2006 –

“In the past forty years major ministers and ministries have been

speaking of the coming wealth transfer. This includes the likes of

Dr Oral Roberts, Kenneth Copeland and Dr Kenneth E. Hagin. In

more recent times, the voice of people outside of the Word of

Faith Movement have been added to this prophecy. C. Peter

Wagner indicated that in several meetings and places where he

has been, such prophecies had been coming forth and that this

great wealth transfer will take place through the evolution of four

kinds of people within the body of Christ.

A new generation of Wealth producers, Managers, Distributors

and the Generals of God who will use the wealth for the

advancement of the Kingdom of God.

In this 21st century, everything happening around us makes this

prophecy believable, acceptable and necessary for progress. The

Kingdom of God must be advanced.

Anyone reading would laugh at the thought that a wealth transfer

is on the horizon, that the financial topography of the church will

change with the church being involved.

This will start with a supernatural intervention of God. He spoke it,

Forbes listed Ashimolowo as one of the richest pastors in Nigeria in

2011 estimating his wealth between $6-10 million with most of that

coming from the sale of more than 60 of his books and from his

media company, Matthew Ashimolowo Media. Ashimolowo and his

wife are also pastors of Kingsway International Christian Centre in

London.


Ashimolowo mentioned Oral Roberts, Kenneth Copeland and

Kenneth Hagin in his book as men who had been speaking about

the “transfer of wealth” for decades –

“The Bible says the Gospel must be confirmed with signs and

wonders to capture the attention of the multitudes. For example,

in 1954 we brought television cameras into our big tent crusades

for the first time, where each night there were as many as ten

thousand people inside the tent, plus those standing outside.

They were there because we were praying for the sick, and the

sick were being healed.

And we had it filmed! TV stations coast-to-coast and throughout

Canada, Japan, and other nations carried the services, and

millions of people watched miracles happen right before their

eyes. It turned those nations upside down!

That’s nothing compared to what I see happening in the future.

God has always had a remnant—a group of people to take the

Gospel to the unsaved. And I see that remnant rising up and

infiltrating the earth with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

I envision huge crusades being conducted with mass miracles

taking place. And I see them being televised throughout the

nations of the world, causing a witness so big, so powerful, that it

will capture the attention of nations with the message that Jesus

saves, heals, and delivers!


For crusades like these to happen, we need to start believing God

for finances and understanding that tithing has a purpose—so

God can open the windows of heaven and pour us out more than

enough, according to Malachi 3:10–11. Then as our needs are

met—as finances, resources, and workers are in place—we can

send out the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all the nations as a

“I see a remnant of believers forming who are going to get into the

teaching, preaching and healing message of Jesus Christ. And

according to Proverbs 13:22, a portion of the finances of the world

are going to be loosed into their hands in the end-time transfer of

wealth so they can do it.

In Exodus 12:35-36, the Lord gave the children of Israel favor with

the Egyptians and had jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and

raiment transferred into their hands the night of their exodus from

Egypt.

They didn’t understand the purpose for the money at the time, but

later in Exodus 25:8 we see the purpose. God said, ‘Build me a

sanctuary—a place where I can dwell.’ They used the riches to

build it.

Now, God was not just talking about church buildings here. When

someone can turn on their television and get born again and have

Jesus move into their heart—a sanctuary where He can dwell—


it’s because of Christians’ money that provided the equipment and

the television time.

I see anointed believers:

• starting to believe in the transfer of wealth,

• understanding that money has a spiritual purpose and a

mission, and

• willing to be God’s distribution centers—allowing Him to use

us to get the Gospel message around the world.

Jesus said in Matthew 24:14: This gospel of the kingdom, shall be

preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then

shall the end come …

This is our time! The end-time transfer of wealth must begin.

Because we have planted our seeds. I believe that a supernatural

outpouring of finances can come to the body of Christ.

Once that happens, Christians will be like a bullet shot out of a

gun, like Niagara Falls coming down, or a tornado sweeping

across the earth. We will be people who will be listened to for

God, and most importantly, the message of Jesus Christ will be

Richard Roberts continues his father’s position on the end time


“I hear from many people about their struggles, and I am so

thankful for a God who does not want those who seek Him to lack

any good thing (Psalm 34:10). Today, there is a lot of talk about a

soon coming transfer of wealth from the hands of the unrighteous

over into the hands of the righteous (Proverbs 13:22). In fact, I

talked a lot about it in my letter to you last month. I tell you, this

kind of provision for God’s people has to happen.

You may say, “Why?”

I’ll tell you why… Because it is going to take a major transfer of

wealth to finance ministries all over the world as they prepare for

the great end-time harvest of souls to come into God’s kingdom.”

Kenneth Hagin was known as the “father” of the “Word of Faith”

movement. He started preaching soon after becoming a Christian in

1933 and worked with Oral Roberts, T.L. Osborn and Gordon Lindsay

in the Voice of Healing Revival during the 1940s and 50s. In his 1985

book The Believer’s Authority (Kenneth Hagin Ministries), Hagin

wrote about questioning in the 1940s what kind of authority Christians

had –

“Do we have authority that we don’t know about—that we haven’t

discovered—that we’re not using?’ … As a result of my studies, I

concluded that we as a Church have authority on the earth that

we’ve never yet realized—authority that we’re not using. A few of

us have barely gotten to the end of that authority, but before

Jesus comes again, there’s going to be a whole company of

believers who will rise up with the authority that is theirs, and they

will do the work that God intended they should do.” Kenneth

Hagin was well known for proclaiming – “You can have what you

say!” He wrote a book by that title (RHEMA Bible Church, 1979).

Hagin quoted Mark 11:23-24 about the woman who touched Jesus’

garment –

“The woman who touched Jesus' garment received exactly what

she said. The Bible says, "for she said, If I may touch but his

clothes, I shall be whole" (verse 28). What she said was her faith

speaking. I know it was, for Jesus said, "Daughter, thy faith hath


made thee whole" (verse 34). What you say is your faith

Hagin quoted from several Old Testament examples about Israel and

wrote –

“You always get and have in your life what you believe for and

say. If you do not believe what you are saying, you should not say

it, because if you say something long enough, those words

eventually will register on your spirit and will control your life …

People often come to me asking, ‘Will you tell me why I can't get

healed?’ I always smile and say, ‘Yes.’ Their eyes get big and

they say, ‘Well, if you can, I wish you would.’ I say, ‘You just got

through telling me you can't.’ You can have what you say. Their

words give them away. You can locate people by what they say.

Their confession locates them. When I pray for people, I try to get

a confession from them before I pray for them. I ask them, ‘Will

you be healed now as I lay my hands on your head and pray?’

‘Well, Brother Hagin, I—I—I sure hope I will.’ And I always have to

say, ‘Well, you won't. You won't.’ You see, I've located them. I

know where they are now. They're not in faith. They're in hope.

‘Will you be filled with the Holy Spirit now as I lay my hands upon

your head and pray?’ I ask them. ‘Well, I sure hope I will, Brother

Hagin.’ And I always have to say, ‘Well, you won't be.’ I've located

them. Those who have a quick confession of faith receive almost

In his CD series How to Write Your Own Ticket With God, Hagin

wrote about Jesus appearing to him in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1953 –

“Then the Lord Jesus Himself appeared to me. I saw him as

clearly as I would see you. He stood within three feet of me. He

discussed things concerning my ministry and finances, and He

even discussed things concerning our United States government.

All of these things came to pass just as He said they would. He

concluded by exhorting me, ‘Be faithful, and fulfill thy ministry, my

son, for the time is short.’ This vision took place in December

1953.

Jesus turned around to walk away, and I said, ‘Dear Lord Jesus,

before You go, may I please ask You a question?’

He retraced His steps, stood close to where I was kneeling, and

said, ‘You may.’

I said, ‘Dear Lord, I have two sermons I preach concerning the

woman who touched Your clothes and was healed when You

were on earth. I received both of these sermons by inspiration. I

preach them everywhere I go. And every time I preach them, I

seem to be conscious in my spirit that the Holy Spirit is trying to

get another sermon from this fifth chapter of Mark to me-a sermon

that would complement the first two.

Then, at times of prayer when I have a great anointing,’ I said, ‘I

will come to the place where it seems I am going to receive that


message into my spirit, but somehow or other, I fail to. If I am right

about this, I wish You would give me that sermon.’

He said, ‘You are correct. My Spirit, the Holy Spirit, has

endeavored to get another sermon into your spirit, but you have

failed to pick it up. While I am here, I will do what you ask. I will

give you that sermon outline. Now get your pencil and paper and

write it down.’

I opened my eyes to ask for paper and pencil. I didn't see Jesus

any longer; I saw the people who were praying with me. When I

closed my eyes, there Jesus stood as before. This was a spiritual

vision.

Jesus said, ‘Write down: 1, 2, 3, 4.’ With my eyes shut, I wrote

down 1, 2, 3, 4. I knew the sermon had four points.

He said, ‘If anybody, anywhere, will take these four steps or put

these four principles into operation, he will always receive

whatever he wants from Me or from God the Father.’

I need to explain here that these four steps He gave me can be

put into operation immediately, and you can receive anything in

the present tense, such as salvation, the baptism of the Holy

Spirit, healing for your body, spiritual victory, or finances. Anything

that the Bible promises you now, you can receive now by taking

these four steps.

However, some things, such as some financial needs and the

manifestation of some healings, etc., may take time to develop.


Then the four steps become principles that you must put into

Kenneth Copeland shared what he learned from Kenneth Hagin

and Oral Roberts –

“I was at Oral Roberts University as a student and I was listening

to him and listening to Brother Hagin. I’m listening to these men of

God and watching them – I mean I watched them like a hawk to

see how they lived and how they walked by faith. I knew they lived

by faith, but I wanted to see how they did it … These men were

walking, taking advantage in the spirit realm of what had been

bought and paid for them by Jesus Christ of Nazareth, and it was

available to every believer.” Kenneth Copeland, Believers Voice of

Copeland wrote The Laws of Prosperity in 1974 (Kenneth Copeland

Publications) –

“God first began dealing with me about the laws that govern

prosperity in 1967 … It didn’t occur to me that the Bible was

written by the most successful individual alive—God!

John was a wise old man, strong in the Lord, and he said, ‘I wish

above all things that you prosper and be in health.’ [3 John 2)

Through our traditional ideas, we have been lead to believe that

prosperity is bad or ungodly. However, John writes that we should

prosper and be in health and then it says in verse 11, ‘Beloved,

follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth

good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.’ If

prosperity is evil, why would He want us to prosper? You see,


there is nothing wrong with prosperity in itself. Money is not the

root of all evil. The love of money is the root of all evil (see 1

Timothy 6:10), and there are people committing this sin who don’t

have a dime! I want you to realize, however, that prosperity

covers much more than finances … To prosper spiritually, you

must be born again. When you accept Jesus as your Savior and

make Him the Lord of your life, your spirit is reborn and brought

into fellowship with the Father, the Almighty God. This then puts

you in a position to receive from Him all the things promised in His

In his 1986 book Giving & Receiving (Kenneth Copeland Ministries),

Kenneth Copeland wrote – “The Body of Christ should be the

wealthiest, most powerful and most influential people in all the world.

But what have we done? We have turned the management of the

world’s finances over to the devil, and believing his lies is an

indictment against us all.”


Gloria Copeland, wife of Kenneth Copeland, sat down with Pastor

George Pearson on the Believer’s Voice of Victory broadcast to

discuss the “supernatural transfer of wealth” into people’s lives. They

quoted from a sermon Kenneth Copeland delivered at the Branson

Victory Campaign in March of 2012 –

“The largest, most significant transfer of property, goods, wealth

and people from the hands of the devil into the hands of God’s

people who are prepared to receive it … I am telling you, the

biggest transfer of property in the history of mankind has just

begun and it is swinging into … It has moved over into its final

stage, saith The LORD … And those who will listen to Me and

follow Me and trust Me—those who I have taught My WORD and

have given the authority to walk in these things it is the most

outstanding thing that human eyes have ever seen … And the

time is now. Your time has come. Your hour has come. So rise

and do those things by faith that you know to do and all that

belongs to heaven will come into your hands for your joy.”

“It is definitely God’s will for all of His children to prosper! That’s

why He inspired the Apostle John to write, ‘Beloved, I wish above

all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy

soul prospereth’ (3 John 2).

Notice there, however, that John didn’t just say, ‘I want you to

prosper.’ He said, ‘I want you to prosper as your soul prospers.’

He tied financial prosperity to the prosperity of your mind, will and

emotions.


God’s plan is for us to grow financially as we grow spiritually. He

knows it is dangerous to put great wealth into the hands of

someone who is too spiritually immature to handle it …

God’s part of the covenant is to prosper us—spirit, soul and body,

as well as financially. What is our part of the covenant? It’s not to

see after that prosperity. If we do that, we’ll get sidetracked. Our

part of the covenant is to seek first His kingdom, His way of doing

Dennis Burke worked with Kenneth Copeland Ministries before

starting his own ministry and has been a guest speaker for the

Believers’ Voice of Victory broadcast and has been featured in the

Believers’ Voice of Victory magazine. He wrote How To Seize The

Transfer of Wealth in 2000 (Dennis Burke Publications) –

“To the person who understands the idea of covenant, it is no

mystery that the New Covenant brings all the blessings of God

into the life of the believer. It places you in a position to receive all

of God’s goodness and provision.

As the focus of God’s love, you have been brought into this

covenant by simple faith in the sacrifice of Jesus, and have been

given the right to receive all that this covenant includes.

The more you understand how God thinks about you, the easier it

is to be obedient and stand on His Word. Psalm 115 gives us

powerful insight into the way God thinks:

The Lord has been mindful of us: He will bless us; He will bless

the house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron. He will

bless those who fear the Lord, both small and great. May the

Lord give you increase more and more, you and your children.

May you be blessed by the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.

The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord’s; but the earth He

has given to the children of men (verses 12-16).

God’s thoughts are fixed on you! He has remembered you. He

has not forgotten you or the things you are facing. God is looking

Morris Ruddick wrote an article for the Global Initiatives

Foundation titled “The Power Shift and Kingdom Wealth.” Ruddick

wrote that Jesus’ earthly mission “released restoration and

redemption that would shake the nations.” He quoted Acts 4:24-26,

““They raised their voice to God with one accord and said, Lord, You

are God, who made heaven and earth and all that is in them; who by

the mouth of your servant David have said, ‘Why do the nations rage,

and the peoples plot vain things? The kings of the earth took their

stand, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord and His

Anointed.’” –

“Why indeed do the nations rage? It is because Jesus set in

motion the conflict of all ages, which will result in the greatest

power shift of all ages, as God’s sovereignty over His creation is

restored, His covenant confirmed and His people become the

head and not the tail. This conflict encompasses everyday life and

extends from the spiritual to the community (social and

governmental) to the economic. It involves the principle that is

clearly outlined in Genesis and then is seen throughout the rest of

the Bible: dominion. God made His people to rule over the works

of His hands. And that rule involves principles governing what

Jesus referred to as the Kingdom of God. So, to grasp the

significance of this issue of Kingdom wealth, it is essential to

understand the dynamic of the power shift underway. It is a power

shift that will restore Almighty God to the central role in the

everyday life of people. It will involve a central role for His


emissaries. It will dispel the non-Biblical myth of the separation

between the sacred and secular --- because He is central to ALL.

It is a power shift that is mobilizing a mature Body with God’s

Kingdom perspective and purposes guiding their steps. It will

reorient the perverse and the godless orientations of our age with

the result that interlinks secular enterprises with overriding

Kingdom objectives. And it will be this interlinking of secular

enterprises with Kingdom objectives that will be the gateway for

the release of the flow of Kingdom wealth.” Morris Ruddick,

Ruddick explained that thinking about “Kingdom wealth” is similar to

being “God’s economy” that starts like a “grain of mustard seed:

small, innocuous, but potent and unstoppable in its growth.” Ruddick

gave Isaac’s sowing seed during a time of famine and reaping “in the

same year a hundred-fold” as an example of receiving blessing and

wealth from “God’s economy” even when that defies the way the

world views the foundations of wealth.

Ruddick believes that “Kingdom wealth” will evolve from “the three

biblical dimensions of Kingdom riches: spiritual riches, community

riches and economic riches” –

“We have entered a time in which these three dimensions will

operate in concert with one another as Kingdom entrepreneurs

who have specialties in each begin working together. And these


Kingdom entrepreneurs will change the world, as we know it

today.” Morris Ruddick

Ruddick addresses unity within the Body of Christ as being vital to the


“As the Body has been awakened, matured, informed and

connected, there has been a convergence tied to a fresh and

major move of redemption and restoration. This convergence will

actuate the Deuteronomy 8 principle of the “power to get wealth

that He might establish His covenant” as a transfer of wealth tied

to the power shift in process emerges. This dynamic will serve as

a catalyst for unfolding a level of redemption and Kingdom

restoration that will be unlike anything seen in recent times.

But there are two other key scriptures, which together with

Deuteronomy 8:18 form the broader perspective encompassing

the transfer of wealth. The first is the Proverbs 13 principle that

the “wealth of the wicked is stored up for the just.” The second is

from Isaiah 60 and marks the expectation of what will unfold with

the restoration of Israel.

We have entered an era in which numerous end-time conditions

are being aligned. This alignment includes four key emerging

factors tied to the wealth transfer.

When they mature and converge, they will be significant catalysts

to the release of enormous wealth and resources into the hands


of those at the forefront of strategically advancing the Kingdom of

God. These four dimensions include

• the restoration of God’s economy;

• a new outworking of Body-unity whereby community initiatives

become Kingdom initiatives;

• strategic partnerships between spiritual, community and

economic Kingdom entrepreneurs, and

• the restoration of Israel.

Ruddick ends the article with an explanation about why there is so

much focus today on the importance of the end time transfer of

wealth –

“Centuries and centuries ago, seats of power rested with those

with the military might. Then there was a time when those who

reigned and conquered were those controlling the organizational

religious establishments. Most recent centuries have seen rule

and authority controlled by national governments. But during the

most recent decade or so, the real seats of power have been tied

to economic power. That's why so much of the focus today, in

terms of God's agendas and the building of His Kingdom, involves

the mobilization of economic Kingdom entrepreneurs.

There is an awesome alignment in process. It is an alignment that

will release the greatest move of redemption and restoration the

world has ever seen. Restoration and redemption tied to a

massive power shift: the power shift of all ages. God’s sovereignty

over His creation is being restored, His covenant confirmed and


His covenant people becoming the head and not the tail. This

Francis explained why she chose to use the Hebrew word CHAYIL

for some of her ministries –

“CHAYIL is a Hebrew word that is rich, powerful and glorious. Its

many meanings are found in 243 references in the Bible such as:

strength, active, activated, courage, power, force, dominion, elite

army, wealth, efficiency, praiseworthy, excellence, wisdom, virtue,

moral worth, honor, ability, capable, special forces, great, mighty,

troops, host, valiant, valor, warriors, company, trained, noble,

preference, favor, full, goods, retinue, riches, substance, territory,

influence. According to Strong’s concordance its three key

Francis says that it’s time for a new movement on earth to overpower

current global movements of terrorism, violence, corruption, poverty,

perversion and victimization of the weak. She calls the new

movement the CHAYIL Glory Movement and says it will be an

outpouring of God’s glory “manifesting in love, hope, mercy,

goodness, power and salvation.” Francis says the seven CHAYIL

Pillars are worship, wisdom, power, honor, favor, wealth, and

influence. Francis quoted Luke 21:27 and 3:6 and Matthew 9:36-38 –

‘At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with

Francis wrote in the Preface to her book, The Ultimate Secret, that

God wants His people to prosper –

The five principles Francis writes about in The Ultimate Secret are:

Francis also explained what she means by the “Law of Creation” and

the “Law of Dominion” –

of faith. The Law of Dominion is the authority that God has

blessed you with so that you can rule our world. God named

Himself ‘King of kings and Lord of lords.’ He has exalted you to be

His king and lord on Earth with power and dominion to develop a

great world of possibilities and societies. The words king and lord

mean ruler; mean the power and authority to control your life (your

world) for an ultimate goal. Like God, man has the ability to

control, affect change and influence his environment through what

Francis spoke to the Asian Marketplace Conference in July 2009

about the “Power To Create Wealth” and talked about the “Isaac

Anointing” where he was blessed during a time of famine and

became a “millionaire” when everyone else was having famine. She

also talked about the “Jacob Anointing” where Jacob created a new

product during his crisis –

“When God anoints you in your business or in your career,

because remember Joseph did not have his own business, he

was a CEO, but wow talk about innovation and creation and

seizing the opportunities through crisis when everybody was

billionaire. So, let’s be hopeful that with the anointing of Jesus

Christ you will live above your circumstance and create a new

Francis Myles teaches on the “end time transfer of wealth” from

the perspective of the “Order of Melchizedek.” Myles, who says Jesus

appeared to him in his bedroom in 1989 and healed him from an

incurable disease, has written several books in the “Melchizedek”

series. The first book was The Order of Melchizedek: Rediscovering

the Eternal Priesthood of Jesus Christ and How It Affects the Church

Mammon and Poverty have no hold on, place in, or power over

read that money was brought and laid at the feet of the early

Apostles, and they distributed it as they saw fit. Please note that

the wealth that was laid at the Apostles’ feet was for distribution

and not for them. The Apostolic has a grace gift to attract wealth

to fulfill its God-given mandate.

Wealth has always been a turning point for most churches, either

for good or for bad, but with the restoration of the Apostles, God

will release greater clarity on how to manage wealth ... God gives

the power to get wealth. The first step to receiving power, or

ability from God to obtain or acquire wealth, is to have vision for

the wealth. The amount of wealth that existed on the earth from its

creation is still on the earth today. It has only changed its form or

switched hands over time, but it is still on the earth.

You need to have a vision that includes a strategy to transfer

some of that wealth out of the hands of the wicked, and into the

hands of the righteous (the Church). As a ‘Kingdom’ businessman

or woman, you can’t be satisfied to be in business, just to be in


business. You need a large enough vision that would turn God on,

to give you the ability to achieve your goals. You need to know

where the wealth is located (which market) and come up with a

strategy to transfer that wealth.

Don’t let your present ability limit your vision. You must know

where the resources of wealth are in the earth, and devise a plan

or strategy to obtain it. God is going to help you in that. But if you

just to be in business for some other reason without having a

vision to transfer the wealth in the earth from the wrong hands into

the right hands, you are not going to trigger God’s blessing in any

major way.

Please understand that wealth is always being transferred from

one place to the next, for certain periods of time. As a result

‘Kingdom Businesses’ need to recognize certain shifts in the

market, and move with it. Your power to get wealth is only as

good as your vision or your ability to see where the wealth is.”

“Many of us have heard of the ‘7 Mountain Mandate.’ It gives

Kingdom people a vision for stepping outside the church mountain

to reclaim other significant societal mountains such as business,

education, family, government, media, and arts/entertainment. We

are to reclaim and restore what Satan has claimed as his domain.

So how do you take the business mountain? How do you take the

land? Joshua, the leader who took the Israelites into their

promised land, gives us a prophetic picture, as recorded in

Joshua 23.

Nearing the last days of his life, Joshua calls the leaders of Israel

together. He reviews how Israel was given the Promise Land and

how it was divided among the tribes. And he reviews the promise


God made to them when they were first about to go into the land

to take it. ‘And the Lord your God will expel them from before you

and drive them out of your sight. So you shall possess their land

Boneck interviewed apostle Todd Bentley for a KBA webinar on

the subject of “God’s Glory Releases Supernatural Wealth and

Finances.” Bentley talked about receiving a “word” from God during

an “angelic encounter” –

“I had an encounter, an angelic encounter in fact, with an angel of

finance just recently here in Charlotte and the Lord began to

speak to me again about a promise I received about how His glory

was going to come. I ended up talking with Bob Jones about it—

secret places that you may know that I the Lord and am the God of

and that’s always been the promise. And we have some specific

promises about debt cancellation, financial breakthrough and how

when the glory of God comes … the word ‘glory’ translated

literally means ‘wealth, riches, honor, treasure, favor’ … When

the glory of God comes and the glory of God gets on you … there


is always a release of supernatural finances … Throughout

Scripture you always see financial breakthrough and blessing

Raymond and Deborah Larson wrote SHIFT- The Transfer of

we have shifted from going out, to gathering. Oh we go out by

special evangelistic outreaches done by a few. However, there is

not a sense of daily strategizing on how to reach people daily with

all of Christ’s followers desiring to win souls and change cities.

There is a new great ‘diaspora’ coming, but it will not be a sending

forth into other countries only. This movement will thrust believers

from out of the four walls of the organized church back into the

Wanda Hodge Keller is retired from the banking industry and

wrote the book Hidden Treasures – Getting into the Vault in 2015

(CreateSpace Independent Publishing Platform) from the perspective

of both a former banker and a Christian involved in ministry –

Myles Munroe, founder of Bahamas Faith Ministries International,

wrote Kingdom Principles: Preparing for Kingdom Experience and

Expansion (Destiny Image Publishers) in 2006. Munroe wrote that

God gave the first man a “kingdom” (dominion) and is the kingdom

mandate that “validates man’s desire for power.” Munroe added that

man’s failure through disobedience resulted in the loss of his

“kingdom mandate, his gift of divine power … Therefore, mankind’s

search is not for a religion or for Heaven, but for his kingdom. This is

why religion can never satisfy the deep hunger in the heart of man …

The hunger of the human heart is for the lost kingdom.” (Kingdom

Munroe, who died in a plane crash in 2014, believed that Christians

have misunderstood Jesus Christ, “and, therefore, misrepresented

Him the most” –

“A careful and honest look at the biblical Script will reveal that the

fundamental message of this greatly misunderstood Book is about

a King and a Kingdom. The Bible is not primarily about a religion

or rituals, but about the establishment of a kingdom rulership on

this planet from the heavenly realm. It is about a divine project of

governing earth from Heaven through mankind. In practical terms,

the Bible is about a royal family mandated to colonize earth from

Heaven. The kingdom assignment is the priority of God the

Creator and the object of mankind’s inherent pursuit.”


The publisher’s description of Munroe’s book states that “the

Kingdom of God is the true message of the Gospel and the only

message that Jesus preached.” Munroe taught that as “Kingdom

citizens and children of the King, we too are kings.” Based on that

principle of Christians being kings, Munroe developed a series of

Kingdom principles called “Five Reasons To Give” –

1. If we all are kings, then we should give to each other.

2. When we give to the Body, we give to Christ the King.

3. Every time we meet one another, giving should be automatic.

4. The wise men knew there was a greater King on earth. That is

why they brought Him gifts and worshiped Him. He is still on

earth—in the hearts and lives of His citizens. So whenever we

give, we do so as if giving to Him.

5. When you give to a king, you make a demand on what he

possesses. Giving begets giving. When we give to the King of

Heaven, we obligate Him to give in return. This is not a

presumptuous statement but the expression of a principle He

established. When we give, He gives; when we withhold, He

withholds.

Here is an expansion on those principles about giving from Munroe’s

book –

1. Giving is a fundamental principle of the Kingdom of Heaven

2. God is a giver

3. The power of kings is displayed in their wealth


4. The purpose for a king’s wealth is to secure his reputation—his

glory

5. The glory of a king is his power to out-give another king

6. Giving places a demand on the king’s wealth

7. Giving requires a response from the king

8. Giving to a king attracts his wealth to the giver

9. Royal protocol requires that a gift must be presented when

visiting a king

10. The gift must be fitting for the king

11. The gift reveals our value or “worth-ship” of the king

12. Worship demands a gift and giving is worship

13. Giving to a king attracts his favor

14. Giving to a king acknowledges his ownership of

everything

15. Giving to a king is thanksgiving

16. Giving begets giving

17. Giving activates royal obligation

18. Give Him your life and receive His life


Chuck Pierce with Glory of Zion International Ministries wrote

about the Transfer Wealth for Harvest –

“THE TRANSFERENCE OF WEALTH.

In Deuteronomy 8:18 we find: "And you shall remember the Lord

your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth that He

may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers." He

spoke this to them as He prepared a people to get ready to go

into the land He promised. He knew they would be in spiritual war

with the god of Mammon. When you study Canaanite history, you

find that the ruling god of the Canaanites was Mammon. You also

find the Lord waited 470 years for a corporate people that could

go into the covenant boundaries that He had established with

Abraham and unlock all the inheritance within those boundaries.

Now here is a generation that He is releasing to appropriate all

the promises He had spoken. The assignment or mission that

Joshua and the tribes of Israel had to accomplish was

transference of the wealth from all of the inhabitants of that region

into God's covenant, Kingdom plan. Therefore, the god of

Mammon had to be defeated and the wealth held by its false

worship transferred.


WHAT IS THE WEALTH?

There are several ways to look at wealth in the Bible. However,

the Lord tells us in Deuteronomy 8:18, ‘it is He who gives you

power to get wealth that He may establish His covenant that He

swore to your fathers .’ Power means vigor, strength, force, or

capacity -- whether physical, mental or spiritual. Wealth means

material substance, strength, and the spoils of war necessary to

accomplish God's plan on earth. The Bible has two basic attitudes

to wealth. Wealth is acknowledged to be a blessing from God. All

the patriarchs became very wealthy. Solomon's wealth was seen

as God's favor. Job had wealth, lost it, and then regained a

double portion. Jesus also admonished us to multiply whatever

we have (Luke 19). However, He did warn us that the pursuit of

riches and pleasure could keep our faith from maturing. Jesus

viewed money or wealth as a spiritual power (Matt. 6:24),

therefore warning us not to let it become a rival with God. The

issue of wealth should only be for the advancement of God's

Kingdom. With one of the greatest spiritual Harvests ever

witnessed by a generation on earth approaching, we need to

begin seeing a transfer of wealth just as we read about in the

book of Joshua. This is a season in history where wealth needs to

be channeled into ministries that serve people and spread the

Gospel.


HOW DO WE MOVE FORWARD IN THE HARVEST?

I really believe there are three main issues: apostolic authority,

apostolic people, and strategic intimate prophetic intercession.

Joshua and God's covenant people had to gain daily strategy over

how to advance and "possess" God's promised inheritance to

Abraham. In other words, if they were going up against a city or

people, they had to get their instructions from the Lord over how

to take the spoils of war. This is a type and principle of harvest.

Within every field on earth, there is a harvest. When you study

harvest in the Bible, you find that there was a short window of

opportunity to gather the crops of the field. I believe we are

entering into that window of opportunity and must begin to pray

accordingly. When there is a people that understand God's

apostolic authority and gifting and know how to advance in

strategic warfare with revelation they can unlock the Harvest fields

that are held by the enemy. The word apostle means, "One sent

to accomplish a mission." I believe this is our mission this hour.”

Bishop Bill Hamon has been involved with the apostolic

ministry for more than 60 years. Hamon declared that the Holy

Spirit had chosen 2008 as the beginning of the “third and final

apostolic reformation” which would include a great transfer of

wealth to the Church “for kingdom purposes” –

“The Lord Jesus has revealed by His Spirit some insight and

application concerning His timely purpose being activated in 2008.

I have been prophesying for 10 years that a "Saints Movement" is

coming to the Body of Christ. The Saints Movement is a time

when the saints, believers in Jesus Christ, recognize and act on

the understanding that Christ has empowered and commissioned

each of them to be the Church 24/7--manifesting the Kingdom of

God wherever they live and work. Every believer has the ability to

manifest the supernatural in a miraculous way, and every saint is

called to demonstrate the Gospel of the Kingdom (not just the

Gospel of salvation) in their sphere of influence.

In my book, The Day of the Saints, I prophesied what would be

many of the truths and ministries of the Saints Movement. Some

of these include: every saint manifesting the supernatural;

ministers in the marketplace and in all arenas of society; saints

becoming the Church 24/7; and people of all ages becoming

activated as ministers for Christ. In the last several years, we

have seen these things happening in the Body of Christ, such as

through the increased emphasis of signs, wonders and miracles


and of ministry in the marketplace (sometimes called the "Faith at

Work" Movement or other similar terms).

Now in 2008, God has brought new revelation and application.

The Saints Movement is the catalyst to launch the Church into the

Third and final Apostolic Reformation. The First Apostolic

Reformation occurred in the 1st century with the launching of the

era of the New Testament Church. The Second Apostolic

Reformation, which is known to historians as the Reformation,

transitioned the Church from the "Dark Ages" to beginning the

period of the restoration of the Church (see Acts 3:21).

This Reformation will bring about a paradigm shift in the goal and

purpose of the Church. Most Evangelical and Pentecostal

theologians see no purpose for the Church other than to win more

souls to Christ so they are made ready for Heaven. Now we are

receiving revolutionary, reformed thinking from the heart and mind

of God. The expanded goal and vision of the Third Reformation

Church is to co-labor with Christ in His passionate desire for the

fulfillment of Revelation 11:15:

"...there were loud voices in Heaven, saying, 'The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of

His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!'"

The First Apostolic Reformation and purpose of God was for

Jesus to shed His life's Blood for the salvation of sinners. God

was in Christ Jesus reconciling the world unto Himself by


purchasing them with His Blood and making them members of His

Body of Christ, the Church.

God's Second Apostolic Reformation and purpose was to restore

and build His Church to the full maturity and ministry of Christ

Jesus. This is accomplished through Christ's fivefold ministers, of

which the last two, prophets and apostles, were restored to

recognition and began fully ministering during the Prophetic-

Apostolic Movement, from 1988 to the present. Apostles and

prophets have existed throughout Church history but often weren't

recognized or allowed to fully function. The fivefold ministers are

for the purpose of equipping the saints to demonstrate Christ's

Kingdom--the Saints Movement.

Christ's Third Apostolic Reformation and purpose is to use His

restored Church to fulfill God's original mandate to mankind--

subdue all things, take dominion and fill the earth with a mankind

race in God's own image and likeness, bring more and more of

God's Kingdom and will to earth, and transform nations into sheep

nations (those who do the works of Christ. See Matthew 25:31-

46). This is the end result of the saints taking the Gospel of the

Kingdom into every aspect of society.

2008 is the year of new beginnings. It is the beginning of the new

Third and final Apostolic Reformation. This Third Reformation will

bring as much transition and fulfilling of God's purpose as the First

and Second Reformation did. We have been prophesying and


interceding about this shift for many years. It is with firm

conviction that I believe this is now the time for it to fully be

underway. Whenever a move of God occurs, there is much action

and anticipation ahead of time, during the "birthing" process, and

even greater activity afterwards. In later years, historians pick a

date they consider to be the "official" start of that new move. Many

currents were headed toward Reformation prior to the year 1517,

and several key things happened after that date, but 1517 is the

year chosen by historians to signal the beginning of that major

move.

I believe and am declaring that 2008 is God's set time for the full

release of the Third Reformation. At Christian International, we

saw a birthing of the Saints Movement at our Watchman

Intercessor Conference in April 2007, as prophesied by Cindy

Jacobs, one of the speakers that week. I witnessed to that word

and was glad we have finally seen it. It coincides with one

interpretation of the 490 years (70 weeks x 7 days per week =

490, with each day symbolizing a year) that Daniel prophesied

concerning the time period to the coming of the Messiah and

ushering in the Church (see Daniel 9). Many believe this is also

the period of time from the beginning of the restoration of the

Church to the time when all presently restored truth and ministries

would be activated into fulfilling God's end time purpose.


Church historians designated the year 1517 as the birth date of

the Protestant Movement, which was the beginning of the period

of Church restoration. AD 1517 + 490 years = AD 2007. This time

period covers all the restoration movements from the Protestant

Movement through the present Prophetic-Apostolic Movement to

the birthing of the Saints Movement in 2007. Others may have

their own views on interpreting this Scripture, but I believe it is

clear that God's Spirit is saying this is a very significant time.

In 2008, God is releasing special supernatural grace and power to

those who are willing and ready for Church Reformation. They

will be those who demonstrate the Kingdom of God for the transformation of nations. Expect to hear much preaching

and see many books being written on the saints taking

dominion, the Kingdom of God, transformation, wealth for

Kingdom purposes, the Third and final Apostolic Reformation, and

God's purpose for His Church, His Kingdom and planet earth.

All of the hundreds of apostles and prophets that I know around

the world are sensing and saying the same thing, although some

may use different terminology to express these things. I cannot

emphasize enough the importance of understanding and

participating in the major transition and new thrust of the Holy

Spirit taking place in the Church today. As the leader of Christian

International, we are gathering our leaders and ministers in early

March (open to all) to strategize how to best position ourselves to


cooperate with this great move of God, and I encourage others to

do the same.

I want to add a word of wisdom to all who read this. All

Christendom, from Catholics to Charismatics, believe in the

second coming of Christ--when He will translate the bodies of the

living saints and resurrect the bodies of those who have died. The

a-millennialists and post-millennialists believe this all happens at

one coming of Christ at the end of the Church Age. The

dispensational pre-millennialists believe in two comings, one for

the Church and one for the general resurrection, and then the

great white throne judgment.

Most see a seven-year period between Christ coming FOR the

saints and Christ Jesus coming back WITH the saints. Some

believe the Church will be resurrected and translated to Heaven at

the beginning of those seven years, some believe it will happen

three and a half years later, and some believe it will occur at the

end. The wonderful and amazing thing is all of them teach that the

saints are coming back to join the reign of Christ's Kingdom over

all the earth. Regardless of the different eschatological beliefs, all

Christians will end up back on the new earth, where all the

kingdoms of this world become the Kingdoms of our Lord and His

Christ.


Those whom Jesus has made kings and priests unto God shall be

the overcomers who reign with Christ on the earth. Please do not

get stuck arguing and debating over what will happen during the

seven years. Let us set our vision and goal beyond those seven

years to Revelation 11:15. It is the time to give all of our life

and labor to be co-workers together with Christ in demonstrating and enforcing His Kingdom in all the

earth. We will not cease until we can join the voices in Heaven

victoriously, declaring that the kingdoms of this world have

become the Kingdoms of our Lord Jesus and His anointed one,

the Church.

2008 is a historical time for the Church. Be an overcomer and

make the transition. Allow nothing to keep you from being a

participant in this day of divine visitation and reformation. Begin

now to earnestly pray, prepare and work for God's Kingdom to

come, and His will to be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Amen

and Amen.”

about the end time transfer of wealth and how Christians can “be on

The Coming Wealth Transfer

‘But the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.’

Proverbs 13:22, NKJV

In the last days there will be a transfer of wealth into the hands of

the righteous for the purpose of funding a great harvest of souls

and for believers to have greater influence on society in the name

of Christ. This will happen in at least four ways.

(1) Supernatural transfer. Like the Israelites leaving Egypt,

Christians and non-profit organizations will receive major gifts

from individuals or foundations to carry out their Christian

mission. In 2004, the Salvation Army received one of the

largest gifts for Christian ministry: $1.5 billion from Joan Kroc,

the now-deceased wife of the founder of McDonalds.

(2) Power to make wealth. God is going to inspire believers

throughout the world with clever inventions that will generate

wealth. This phenomenon has already begun: ‘But remember

the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to

produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore

to your forefathers, as it is today’ (Deuteronomy 8:18).


(3) Social entrepreneurship. Just as Joseph was entrusted with

the resources of Egypt to solve a societal problem, God is

going to transfer money to believers who are solving societal

problem. God will fund private enterprises because the

government alone is not able to solve society’s many crises.

(4) Wealthy individual ‘conversions.’ Finally, many wealthy non-

believers will become Christians in these last days and will

begin to use their wealth for Kingdom purposes.

The transfer of wealth is designed to accelerate God’s activity on

the earth, not to make believers wealthy. Pray that God uses your

work to accelerate His kingdom on earth. And pray that God

raises up good stewards of the wealth He will pour out.” TGIF:

Why Transfer the Wealth?

The leaders of the New Apostolic Reformation are in agreement that

God will soon transfer the wealth of the wicked to the righteous.

Estimates of how much wealth range from the tens of trillions to

hundreds of trillions of dollars. Many in the NAR believe God is doing

that now. Why? The stated purposes for this end time transfer of

wealth, according to the leaders quoted above, include:

1. “to accelerate God’s activity on the earth”

2. “breaking the spirit of poverty”

3. “so the work of the kingdom of God could be accomplished”

4. “we will usher in the coming of the Messiah”

5. “for the preaching of the Gospel, for the financing of the end-

time harvest”

6. “not only for us to save souls, but also, more broadly, to

transform society”

7. “God’s will being accomplished on earth as it is in heaven”

8. “to fulfill Jesus’ Great Commission of discipling the nations”

9. “The Lord wants His kingdom to come and His will to be done

on earth, as it is in heaven, so He offers His people access to

lavish supernatural resources “

10. “for the advance of His kingdom, namely through

evangelism, church planting, caring for the poor, and

transforming society”


11. “we will be positioned to help facilitate The Great Transfer

of Wealth, which will lead to the greatest harvest of souls the

world has ever seen”

12. “it will bring about societal transformation”

13. “God needs wealth for the execution of the divine

programme. For example, the preaching of the gospel cannot

be successfully carried out without money”

14. “To let us know that the medium of exchange to ensure

the blessings from God to our lives is important to him, whether

it is cattle, livestock, grain, oil, wine, or money”

15. “To encourage us that His will is to bless us”

16. To teach us about the things He has done so that we

will erect spiritual memorials to His glory

17. “To TEACH us principles from the lives of great men of

God of the past that translate to power for us to receive in our

present life”

18. “that we might use mammon for the glory of God, to

preach the Gospel to the far reaches of the earth”

19. “huge crusades being conducted with mass miracles

taking place. And I see them being televised throughout the

nations of the world, causing a witness so big, so powerful,

that it will capture the attention of nations with the message

that Jesus saves, heals, and delivers”

20. “as our needs are met—as finances, resources, and

workers are in place—we can send out the Gospel of Jesus

Christ to all the nations as a witness”


21. “We will be people who will be listened to for God, and

most importantly, the message of Jesus Christ will be

received”

22. “a whole company of believers who will rise up with the

authority that is theirs, and they will do the work that God

intended they should do”

23. “This dynamic will serve as a catalyst for unfolding a

level of redemption and Kingdom restoration that will be

unlike anything seen in recent times”

24. “it will be an outpouring of God’s glory ‘manifesting in

love, hope, mercy, goodness, power and salvation”

25. “to transform society so it reflects the values and the

virtues of the kingdom of God. That is well and good”

26. “Wealth is the inheritance of God’s family and is to be

used for His kingdom purpose. Purpose-driven wealth is pure

power with powerful authority”

27. “to begin to create and recreate a world with success as

He intended for all mankind”

28. “The Apostolic has a grace gift to attract wealth to fulfill

its God-given mandate”

29. “As that prospering grows God allows influence to

increase and from that produces cultural transformation”

30. “God wants to use you to release into the atmosphere of

heaven, the things which are needed for His Kingdom to arise

to the fullness of our potential”


31. “This is a season in history where wealth needs to be

channeled into ministries that serve people and spread the

Gospel”

32. “When there is a people that understand God's apostolic

authority and gifting and know how to advance in strategic

warfare with revelation they can unlock the Harvest fields that

are held by the enemy”

33. “to fulfill God's original mandate to mankind--subdue all

things, take dominion and fill the earth with a mankind race in

God's own image and likeness, bring more and more of God's

Kingdom and will to earth, and transform nations into sheep

nations “

34. “to reclaim the seven societal mountains/cultural

spheres, and to exercise authority and influence over their

respective gates and gatekeepers”
