Subject: This is the first thing people see of an email so it should explain what the email is about.

Re: This shows that the email is replying to another email.

FW: This shows that an email is forwarded, this means an email has been sent to another person without changing it at all.

Cc: This means carbon copy and it means you send it to other people.

Bcc: This means a blind carbon copy, this is the same as a carbon copy but the people cannot see that you sent it to different people.

Attachment: This is when you can attach any file to the email and send it to other people.

To set up a signature you need to go into options and it will say email signature. Whatever you right in there will be at the end of every email. This is use to give information such as phone numbers and so on. Also it can be used to finish the email like yours sincerely or thanks.

To set an automatic reply you need to go in options then on the left it says automatic replies then there will be a box for text and anything you put in there will be set as an automatic reply. This is used to reply to emails even if you are not there to email them.

You can add contact by going into the contacts tab and adding them using all the information you know about that person. E.g.
Address, email address, names, phone number etc..

This is the language and layout of how you write an email. Email etiquette is different depending on who you are sending it to.
In the office emails should not contain any slang or foul language. Also it should be concise and get to the point quickly. Also the subject should be what is in the email so they will know if they need to read it.

You can create folders by going to manage folders and create the folder by typing the name and choosing where you want it to be. You can store emails in folders by selecting them the pressing the move button then choose the folder you want the emails to go in.

I store my messages in specific folders so I can sort through them all and find what I need easier. Also when I get attachments from emails I save them in my personal drive so I can use them later.
