After your purchase, you will receive an email that contains four important items;Your Licensed Email Address (USERID), Your Password, and APT URL.You will download the software from the APT URL directly into the TARGET phone.The TARGET phone MUST have Internet connection.No computer or cables are required!All Spyphone software requires physical access to TARGET phone. BEFORE YOU BEGIN

DOWNLOAD

Press “Home” button and go to main menu. Select Cydia. Slide if it does not appear in the first window.

Select User (Graphical Only). a) Select Manage -> b) Sources -> c) Edit -> d) Add.

Enter your APT URL, and press Add Source. Let Cydia verify the URL.

The TARGET iPhone MUST have INTERNET connection. The iPhone Target MUST already be Jailbroken with the Cydia icon showing before you can install Spyera SpyPhone.

If you download the software

from the wrong URL,

your Activation Code will not work.

You can find the correct APT URL in

the email which we send you after

purchase.

INSTALLClick the Cydia source URL you added previously. Then click Install.

Click Confirm, then wait until the phone finishes downloading.

Once Spyera is installed there will be SPYERA icon on your menu. Click the Spyera icon.

If you don’t want to hide CYDIA icon please remove the SPYPHONEsources from Cydia, so there is no trace of having installed SPYPHONE.

You will see your Spyera code. Write down, you need it for registration process for web account.

After you write down your Spyera code, Hide the icon. You can hide Spyera or both spyera and CYDIA1011

1- Open Cydia -> Manage -> Sources -> Edit -> Click on the SPYPHONE source APT URL you want delete-> Click on --> Delete. After you done this no trace of SPYPHONE will remain.

MOVING SOFTWARE INTO A NEW DEVICE

If you wish to move the software to another (compatible) phone, you need to do installation steps and get you

new Spyera code from new target phone. After you get your new Spyera code login to your web account and

go to settings section. Enter your new Spyera Code and enter your web login password and press LINK button.

NOTE: ALL WEB REPORTS WILL BE DELETED WHEN YOU LINK YOUR WEB ACCOUNT WITH A NEW DEVICE.

UNINSTALLING SOFTWARE

You do not need to access target phone to uninstall the software.To uninstall the software simply login to your web account, go to Settings section.Enter your password and click Uninstall button on your web account.You software will be deleted on target phone remotely and automatically .

6NEXT PAGEGUIDE TO SETTINGS

SPYERA SPYPHONE offers a number of settings that allow you to customise the operation perfectly foryour situation. This section explains how to use these settings correctly.All the settings here can be changed on your web account.

REMOTE CONTROLIf you want to change the settings you do not need access to the phone, you can login to your web account andchange settings. You can settings event delivery time to make delivery more or less frequent and chooice whatevents you want to capture.

OVERVIEWSPYPHONE makes Connections to the Internet to deliver Event data from the mobile on which it is installed,to your web account. Event data contains Call Logs, SMS contents, Apps Logs, Web History,Pictures and GPS coordinates.

Making a Connection uses power and data, which you want to minimise.However, fewer connections means less frequent reports. SPYPHONE offers you settings to achievereal-time monitoring or to minimise Connections to one per day.

RECOMMENDATIONSThe default values are sufficient for most situations and we don't recommend that you change thesewithout careful consideration. For mobiles that generate a lot of events, for pre pay mobiles that havesmall amount of credits or where you don’t mind waiting for events to be delivered, then you can increasedelivery time to 12 hours. This will minimise Connections and will deliver 2 times in 24 hours.In some countries, the credits on a pre pay phone can be remotely topped up, so expense may not be anissue and you can use any setting you like.

SPYPHONE can be used as a tracking device as it offers two forms of location sensing. Cell ID and GPS.Not many devices have GPS, but all devices have Cell ID. Cell ID is useful for answering the question,

“Was the device where it was claimed to be” . You would need to know the Cell ID of the claimed location,or be able to revisit the location to check the Cell ID. More useful is a GPS device, and in this case, youwill receive GPS coordinates. You can take these coordinates and use a mapping program, such asGoogle Earth to find out where the physical location is.

The recommended way to use location reporting, is to switch it on only when required. Switch location trackingon and off using SMS command. This will cause SPYPHONE to detect the Cell ID and Cell Name Events.For devices that have GPS, there is Position Update Interval setting.This determines how often SPYPHONE will look for the device coordinates.Long intervals use less battery power, but report fewer coordinates.Remember that all these can be adjusted remotely, so feel free to experiment

PROBLEMDid you just update your iPhone & iPad, jailbreak with Redsn0w, and try to add packages in Cydia only to find this message:Error Couldn’t configure pre-depend dpkg for ncurses, probably a dependency cycle.

SOLUTIONIt is caused by installing ICY. Rejailbreak and do not select ICY. Please use CYDIA only.

PROBLEMWhen I try to install on CYDIA I got Error :The request modification cannot be applied due to required dependencies or conflictsthat cannot be automatically found or fixed.

SOLUTIONYou don’t have supported OS version on your device. Please check compatible OS list on our web site.

PROBLEMI cannot get get events on the server.

SOLUTIONThis can happen for several reasons outside the control of the SPYPHONE software. - The phone is out of credit. - The SIM has been changed to a different Network from which you set it up with. - The most likely cause is that the phone cannot make a connection to the Internet.

PROBLEMWhen I login to my web account, there is a message says : “Your account is expired” or “Is not Activated Yet”

SOLUTION

Make sure you used your licensed email address for registration process. If you use any other email address,It will not recognise by our system. Please use your licensed email address only. It can be find in welcome email.

If you are sure you have used your licensed email, please wait a few hours after first registration. It may take time to sync yourweb account with our payment system to recognise your payment.
