Tom has expertise in early project development and project management and has been involved on a wide variety of projects, including gas pipelines, gas compressor stations, commodity and specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, cogeneration, process controls, and civil and structural related projects across multi-industries. Tom's experience in operations management includes responsibility for engineering resources ranging from 25 to 250 professionals and experience in sales and business development. Tom is a Registered Professional Engineer in Louisiana and a member of the Chi Epsilon National Civil Engineering Honor Society, inducted in 1984. In 2019, Tom achieved a Level 7 Certificate (Regulated Qualifications Framework, RQF, accredited at master's level qualification) for Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence (LETAPAEWE).
