Building the Future, One Person at a TimeGreat communities encourage a place where all people

have access to live, work and thrive. Community Vision’s

mission is to foster a community in which all individuals

can reach their full potential regardless of age, income,

disability or background.

Our goal is to build a spacious, accessible and

welcoming community asset that provides innovative

support services in a central location. By providing a

home with other nonprofits that serve individuals and

families experiencing developmental disabilities, we

can help people benefit from a wide variety of

services, including:

• Supported and Self-directed Living

• Home Ownership

• Family Support

• Asset Building

• Youth Programs

• Employment Development and Services

• Technology Assistance

• Parent Education and Training

• Community Resources

Multnomah County.

SEVEN CORNERS WILL FOSTER COOPERATIVE ENERGY THAT RESULTS IN:

• Innovation and collaboration in designing and delivering services. We

will house three like-minded organizations that serve adults experiencing

disability, families with children (young or adult) experiencing disability and

our surrounding community. By sharing this space, we will encourage

a sharing of ideas and excitement around the work we do.

• A welcoming and fully accessible building that can support any level of

mobility or transportation needs as well as features that individuals can

explore to discover what might best meet their support needs in their

own homes.

• A catalyst for systems and service providers to recommit to providing services

and support grounded in principles of respect and self-determination.
