• Build one New club – a club lead, a mentor, and a sponsor

• Visit your club and submit the report on time (11/30 and 5/31)

• Attend Training

• Conduct Area Council Meeting• Why? – locate contest chair, discuss club leads, develop new leaders, follow

up on their DCP• How? – Your choice – in person, conference call, email forum, etc.• Report any issues IMMEDIATEDLY

• Attend DEC meeting 6-8PM, (Dinner served at 5:30)• Every 2nd Tuesday at Serra Mesa Library (Except Aug DEC is on 8/4)
