REW Energy AG

• Formed by a merger of three procurement companies: the former ce Consumer Electronic,

HPI Hoechst Procurement Intl. and 3KV GmbH. Followed by a majority interest in the C-parts

manager Mannesmannröhren Logistic GmbH (MRL) and the acquisition of IT-procurement

service provider TND AG as well as a majority stake in REW Energy AG - a purchasing and

logistics service provider for energetic refurbishment.

• HPI emerged from the central purchasing Hoechst AG,

MRL emerged from the material economy of Mannesmann AG

• In Europe HPI is leading provider of procurement and processing services
