‘FM’ Ball Valves are available in variety o f seat materials e.g. PTEF, Filled PTEF, Devlon, Nylon, Peek and PCTEF.

‘FM’ Metal to Metal seat Ball Valves are available with optional tungsten carbide / chromium oxide coated ball and seat

rings - hardness of 70HRC suitable for extreme conditions of temperature, pressure and abrasive media.

downstream sealing is relieved of the load.• Pressure energized seat rings with spring assistance for preloading ensure leak tight

performance even at low differential pressure. • Long operating life with low torque.• Anti blow out stem construction.• Anti static device standard.• Soft seating recommended for service temperature upto 260ºC. Metal to Metal seating

offered for higher temperature services.• Metal to Metal seat ball valves for high temperature corrosive and abrasive slurry service

have Tungsten carbide / Chromium Oxide coating by plasma spray technique on ball and seat to achieve approx. hardness of 70 HRC and hence providing 100% tight shutoff even at full pressure and elevated temperature conditions. High hardness of sealing surfaces results in low operating torque.

Seating design incorporates spring - loaded metal seat holders with soft seat inserts to maintain constant seat-to - ball contact effecting tight shut-off even at low pressure.

The spring - loaded seating design will automatically relieve excess cavity pressure in to the line when the cavity pressure exceeds line pressure.
