Get connected Go Wi-Fi® Find your Wi-Fi network name and password on the yellow sticker on
the side of your Wi-Fi Gateway, or use the Smart Home Manager app.
Go to your wireless network settings on your device
and refresh the network list.
Select your Wi-Fi network name. Enter the Wi-Fi password.
Wired ConnectionConnect an Ethernet cable from your computer, notebook, or printer
to an open yellow Ethernet port on the Wi-Fi Gateway.

Managing your calling features & voicemail
Accessing voicemail
Calling FeaturesYour digital phone service comes with great calling features and convenient voicemail access to help you manage your reachability and protect your privacy.
Here are just a few of the features you can use: Call Blocking Features allow you to block or screen calls the way you want to.
Block certain numbers—including the last incoming number. Or allow only
certain calls to ring through while blocking others.
Call Protect helps reduce unwanted calls from scammers and robocallers,
displaying them on your caller ID.
Call Forwarding Features let you be reachable when you want. Forward all
your calls or select just one—all the time or just when you don’t answer.

Managing your calling features and voicemail
On your device or laptop
Open the myAT&T app on your device or go to att.com/myatt and sign in.
Expand My digital phone by clicking the + in that box.
Select Check or manage voicemail & features in the My Voicemail & Phone Features box.
Select the tab for what you want to do:

On your phone
Once activated online, you can control these features from your phone:
Call blocking—press *60 and then follow the prompts.
To turn off, press *80# Call protect—dial *61 to add the number to your digital phone call block list.
All call forwarding—press *72 and then follow the prompts.
To turn off, press *73# No-answer call forwarding—press *92 and then follow the prompts.
To turn off, press *93#
Accessing your voicemail
On your phone Home Phone: Dial *98 (or dial your home
phone number).
Any Phone: Dial your home phone number.
When you hear the greeting, press *. Enter your PIN and follow the prompts.
Forgot your PIN?Attempt to enter a PIN and press #. If you incorrectly
enter your PIN, you’ll be prompted to press 1 and
then enter the Authentication Code you chose when
you first set up your mailbox. Once entered, follow
the prompts to create a new PIN.
Changing your PINDial your home telephone number. When you hear
your greeting press * Enter your PIN and press # Press 4 for mailbox settings.
Press 2 for administrative options.
Press 1 for security.
Press 1 to change PIN.
Read your voicemail messagesDownload the Voicemail Viewer app to your qualifying iOS
or Android™ device or forward your voicemail messages
to your email to access and read your messages on your
smartphone, tablet or computer. Go to att.com/vmviewer
or your device’s app store.
Integrated voicemailCombine your AT&T Wireless and home voicemail into a single
voicemail box for maximum convenience! The default is your
home phone voicemail greeting. To use a different greeting for
your wireless phone number:
Press and Hold 1 on your wireless phone to access your mailbox.
Press 4 for Mailbox Settings.
Press 3 for Greetings and follow the prompts.
