FitnessHoopnotica® Hoopdance Blending the invigoration of cardio with the mind-body connection of yoga, Hoopnotica Hoopdance is a creative new way to burn calories (up to 450 an hour), improve balance, reduce stress, and enhance strength. Basic movements and easy to learn Hoopnotica hoopdance skills such as waist hooping, moving around in the hoop, hip hooping, and more are included. FitnessMuay Thai Kickboxing Muay Thai (pronounced moy tie), often re-ferred to as the science of eight limbs, is a martial art originally from Thailand. Tech-niques include: kicks, punches, and the extensive use of knees and elbows. Muay Thai distinguishes itself from western kick-boxing and other standup martial arts by three things: the clinch, the Thai low kick, and the Thai roundhouse. Custodial Maintenance and Repair Students will learn the basics of Custodial Maintenance and Repair as it relates to the following areas: General Maintenance, Safety, Heating and Air Conditioning, Mechanical Equipment, and Building Operations. Instruction is provided by a team of specially trained staff representing various skills and trade areas. 96 class hours will provide a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training. Training will include a four week Mentor Program as a Substitute Cleaner. Session begins October 17, 2013 at a Greece school. Monday and Thursday evenings 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Pharmacy TechnicianThrough partnerships with CVS/pharmacy and Unity Hospital, this program provides comprehensive retail and hospital pharmacy instruction by a team of pharmacy technician professionals. Curriculum components include: Retail/Hospital Pharmacy, Pharmacy Math, Software Introduction, and Customer Service. A CVS/pharmacy Technician Training Lab at the Community Learning Center is utilized for instruction and student practice. Classroom, on-site hospital, and retail pharmacy class hours total 100. Testing for National Professional Certification in Customer Service is conducted at the conclusion of the course. Session begins September 16, 2013. Bank Teller/Customer Services RepresentativeCurriculum for this program was developed through a partnership with ESL Federal Credit Union. Learn the computer, customer service, and math skills you’ll need to succeed and advance in the banking industry. Individuals taking this 100 hour career certificate training program will be prepared for entry level positions as Bank Tellers and/or Customer Services Representatives in banks and credit unions. ESL Federal Credit Union training materials will be used in class. Assessment for National Professional Certification in Customer Service will be conducted at the conclusion of the course. Ages 4-16Instructional classes for boys and girls ages 4-16. Parent pool participation is not permitted in this program. Parents of chil-dren ages 10 and under must accompany children in the locker room and stay with them until they are checked into class by the Swim staff.

About Our FeesFees are due when you register. There is a $20 charge for returned checks.If we cancel a course you will receive a total refund.

If you withdraw more than 5 business days before a class begins, you have the following options: 1. you may transfer to another course, at no charge; 2. you may receive a voucher for the full amount paid, to be used toward future registrations; 3. you may receive a refund minus a $5 service fee for courses with a cost under $150; a service fee of $20 for courses with a cost of $150 and over.

If you withdraw less than 5 business days before a class begins you will receive a voucher minus the service fee, good toward future registrations.

Withdrawal requests can only be honored prior to the third class. You will receive a pro-rated voucher minus the service fee.
