You’re Among Friends…

Portlandia Toastmasters hosts a weekly meeting which can help you develop your communication and leadership skills among a group of friends, people who are there for the same reason you are. This shared commitment to a worthwhile goal gives Toastmasters Clubs a special energy. Members draw strength from one another and take pride in helping each other grow in an atmosphere of fellowship and enjoyment.

This spirit of camaraderie and mutual support is one of the most satisfying benefits of Toastmasters membership.

As you get started, Portlandia toastmasters will provide you with someone to help you with your first few projects. You can rely on this experienced member for advice and guidance for she/he has faced the same challenges you are facing and understands how you feel. The other members of the club are also there to help you become an accomplished communicator.

“Don’t be shy!! Show
