- Cng sut vn chuyn ti a hin nay ca ng ng l 2 t Sm3 kh t nhin/nm
- Tng cng sut hai Nh my in C Mau 1 v 2: 1500 MW. Tng ng 1,5 t Sm3 kh/nm
- Cng sut Nh my m: 800 triu tn m Ure/nm, tng ng 500 triu Sm3 kh/nm.
2. Tng quan h thng gin PM-3. Cng ngh x l kh giu CO2
2.1. Tng quan h thng gin PM-3
- V tr: nm trong cm m PM-3 CAA thuc Block 46-Cai Nuoc
- H thng gin cm m PM3 bao gm 2 cm gin:
Cm gin pha Bc (Northern Field Platforms): t hp Bunga Orkid-Pakma (Bunga Orkid-Pakma Complex)
Cm gin pha Nam (Southern Field Platforms): t hp Bunga Kekwa-Raya (Bunga Kekwa-Raya Complex)

2.1.1. Cm gin pha Bc

Cm gin pha Bc bao gm cc gin v tinh (gin u ging) v gin x l, hnh 4.
Kh v du th c khai thc t cc gin v tinh (BO-B, BO-C, BO-D) c a v gin BO-A bng ng ng. Gin BO-A l gin x l trung tm ca cm gin pha Bc, ti y kh s c tch nc, condensate, qua h thng hp ph thy ngn ri c dehyrate bng TEG. Mt phn sn phm kh ca gin BO-A c s dng lm gaslift, phn chnh c vn chuyn bng ng ng 24 inch v gin BR-E thuc cm pha Nam.

2.1.2. Cm gin pha Nam
Cm m pha Nam bao gm 2 gin x l (BR-A, BR-E) v 6 gin v tinh (gin u ging), trnh t x l kh, du th nh sau:
- Kh t nhin, du th t cc gin v tinh ca cm m pha Nam c tp trung v gin BR-A (gin X l trung tm cm pha Nam), ngoi ra BR-A cng tip nhn nguyn liu condensate t BR-E. Qu trnh x l trn BR-A:
Du th c qua h thng bao gm ba cp tch pha lin tip tch nc, kh khi du. Du th qua x l c xut qua kho cha ni v chuyn ch FSO (Floating Storage and Offloading).
Kh c tch du, sau c nn bi h thng my nn Flash gas Compressor trc khi qua thit b tch pha p sut cao (HP Separator) nhm loi b du cn ln trong kh. Kh c tch thy ngn (cm hp ph thy ngn, MRU) ri a qua gin BR-E tip tc x l, lm ngt.
- Kh t nhin t cm m pha Bc ( c x l ti BO-A) s c vn chuyn bng ng ng (u ng t ti BO-D) v gin BR-E (gin X l kh cm pha Nam). Gin BR-E c vai tr x l, lm ngt kh c hm lng CO2 rt cao bng cng ngh mng Membrane, chi tit cp trong phn 2.2. Cng ngh x l kh giu CO2 trn gin BR-E

2.2. Cng ngh x l kh giu CO2 trn gin BR-E
Gin BR-E thuc cm gin pha Nam, l gin x l kh (Gas Processing Platform) quan trng ca h thng gin PM-3. Gin BR-E c vai tr x l, loi b CO2 vi hm lng rt cao trong kh t nhin (~ 40% mol CO2).
- Cng sut x l kh (thit k): 680 MMSCFD
- Nguyn liu: kh t nhin c hm lng CO2 cao (~40 % mol CO2)
- Nguyn liu kh u vo gin BRE bao gm cc ngun:
Kh t cm gin pha Bc: 430-460 mmscfd, hm lng CO2 39-41% mol
Kh ng hnh cm pha Nam: 100 MMSCFD, hm lng CO2 37-39% mol
Kh t gin BR-B: 35 MMSCFD, hm lng CO2 69% mol
Kh t gin BK-C: 30 MMSCFD, hm lng CO2 17-30% mol
- Sn phm chnh: 350 MMSCFD Sale gas, hm lng CO2 8% mol
Vi c im kh nguyn liu c thnh phn CO2 cao n 40% nh vy, x l, loi b CO2, ti gin BR-E s dng h thng mng Membrane tch chn lc CO2 (v c H2S) ra khi kh t nhin.
2.2.1. Nguyn l ca qu trnh tch CO2 bng thit b mng
Qu trnh tch loi kh bng cng ngh mng da trn tc thm khc nhau (permeability) ca mi kh qua lp mng lm bng vt liu v c (ry phn t, silica) hay hu c (polycarbonate, cellulose acetate). Nhng kh thm thu tt s qua mng d dng, cn nhng kh kh thm qua mng s b gi li.

Trong bng trn th ngi ta coi tc thm qua mng loi cellulose acetate v polysufone ca oxi bng 1. Qua tc thm ca cc kh khc nhau qua cng mt loi mng l khc nhau, v vi mi kh th qua loi mng khc nhau c tc thm cng khc nhau. V d: vi mng cellulose acetate th tc thm ca hydrocarbon l chm nht, so vi kh oxi th tc thm tng i ca CH4 chm hn 5 ln (O2/CH4=1/0,2), cn C2H6 chm hn 10 ln (1/0,1); trong khi CO2 thm nhanh hn 6 ln (6/1), nc i qua mang nhanh nht (100/1). C th nhn xt cc kh c kch thc phn t nh hay cng phn cc th tc thm qua mng cng nhanh.
2.2.2. Cu to thit b mng
Mng dng trong tch kh c hai loi: dng tm (flat sheet) v dng si rng (hollow fiber). y ch gii thiu thit b dng tm c s dng ti BR-E.
Thit b dng tm bao gm cc tm mng qun quanh ng trung tm, thnh ng c l (hnh 8) [4]

Hnh 9. ng membrane bao gm 2 module dng tm
Thng thng, din tch b mt cc mng ny khong 1000 ft2/1 ft3 th tch, ng knh khong 4-12in (10-30,5 cm) v di 36-42 in (90-107 cm) [3].
Kh cn x l i vo mt ngoi mng, theo hng xuyn tm qua feed spacer, kh CO2, H2S d dng thm qua mng s i vo ng trung tm v c dn ra (dng Permeate Gas), cc kh cn li trong dng residual (hydrocarbon) i ra bn ngoi dc theo b mt gia cc tm.
Mt vi module mng nh trn c ghp ni tip nhau to thnh mt thit b ng membrane, hnh 9 [4].
2.2.3 Qu trnh tch CO2 trn gin BR-E
Kh nguyn liu sau khi c hp ph loi b hydrocacbon nng v Hg ti cm Memguard tip tc c tch loi CO2, H2S nh h thng membrane.
Thit b membrane ca gin BR-E s dng cng ngh SeparexTM ca UOP, trn gin BR-E c hai h thng membrane ni tip nhau:
H thng Membrane s cp (Primary Membrane). Bao gm 6 thit b mng lp song song, mi thit b cha 12 ng mng.
H thng Membrane th cp (Secondary Membrane). Bao gm hai thit b mng lp song song, mi thit b cha 26 ng mng.
Kh nguyn liu qua thit b mng c tch thnh:
Dng Permeat gas: thu c t ng gom trung tm ca thit b, thnh phn ch yu l CO2 (>80%)

Dng Residual: l dng kh cng ngh loi b mt phn CO2, thnh phn ch yu l hydrocarbon.

T khi thnh lp vo thng 07/2006 n nay, Cng ty Kh C Mau l mt n v ca
Tng Cng ty Kh Vit Nam chu trch nhim qun l v vn hnh H thng ng
ng dn kh PM3 C Mau cung cp ngun kh t nhin cho cc khch hng bao
gm 02 Nh my in C Mau v Nh my m C Mau.
Trong qu trnh vn hnh h thng, cng tc nghin cu khoa hc nhm ci tin nng
cao, hp l ha cc vn lin quan n cng tc vn hnh, cng ngh, qun l, phi
hp, o to...ca Cng ty Kh C Mau lun c Lnh o quan tm, khuyn khch
to iu kin CBCNV pht huy sng to.
Sng to l mt trong bn gi tr ct li ca Cng ty Kh C Mau. Trn nn tng ,
CBCNV Kh C Mau lun tch cc pht huy cng tc nghin cu khoa hc ci
tin v nng cao nng sut lao ng, hiu qu kinh t. Cng ty Kh C Mau l mt

Tng cng ty Kh Vit Nam cng nhn v ngh cc mc khen thng hng nm
Tnh t nm 2007 n nay, Cng ty Kh C Mau c khong gn 50 sng kin c
Hi ng KHCN Tng cng ty Kh Vit Nam cng nhn v rt nhiu sng kin cp
cng ty, cc ci tin hp l ha sn xut c p dng ti n v. Trong s , c 01
sng kin c khen thng mc c bit v c ngh tham gia hi thi sng to
du kh Vit Nam, 13 sng kin c khen thng mc 1, 18 sng kin c khen
thng mc 2 v 15 sng kin c khen thng mc 3.
Vi tng s CBCNV chnh thc hin nay khong 103 cn b (tnh n thng
06/2015), t l sng kin tnh trn u ngi l gn 02 ngi/01 sng kin. Mc khc,
vi c th l mt Cng ty vn chuyn v phn phi kh t nhin, p dng v vn
hnh bng cng ngh k thut hin i nn cc sng kin ca Cng ty Kh C Mau
a phn tp trung ch yu trn lnh vc KHCN v c tnh ng dng cao. Bn cnh
cn c cc sng kin thuc cc mng v an ton, t chc qun l v cng tc o
to c p dng mang li nhiu hiu qu ng k.
Cc sng kin, ci tin khi c p dng trin khai ti n v mang li nhiu hiu
qu v kinh t, k thut, an ton cng nh nng cao hiu qu ca ton b h thng
qun l, cng tc o to v phi hp.

Trong s cc sng kin ni trn, c mt s sng kin ni bt v tnh ng dng v hiu
qu kinh t, k thut, an ton in hnh nh sng kin phn mm tnh ton Phn mm
tnh ton cng ngh trong qu trnh ch bin, vn chuyn v tn tr cc sn phm kh
(GCAP) mang li hiu qu kinh t hng triu USD, cng nh c s dng rt
hiu qu trong hot ng cng ngh vn hnh ca Cng ty Kh C Mau. Sng kin
tnh ton cn bng vt cht ca H thng cng mang v hiu qu kinh t hng triu
USD, ng thi c s dng rt hiu qu trong vic kim sot chnh lch o m,
giao nhn gia thng ngun v h ngun cho n thi im hin ti.
Ngoi ra cn rt nhiu sng kin khc mang li hiu qu kinh t cao, c tnh ng dng
rt tt s c trnh by chi tit trong phn sau.
I. SNG KIN CI TIN NM 2007 2008 1. Sng kin phc hi, ci tin v ti s dng tm thi b gia nhit ca cng trnh
2-3 triu m3 kh B Ra - Ph M s dng cho nh my in C Mau trong giai on Cng trnh PM3 C Mau cha lp t thit b gia nhit Water Bath Heater.

a. Hin trng cn khc phc, ci tin
K hoch thi cng lp t thit b gia nhit Water Bath Heater ca nh thu v Ban qun l d n chm hn d kin, trong khi nhu cu ca H thng in Quc gia cao, i hi phi a Nh my in i vo vn hnh sm. Tuy nhin theo yu cu trong hp ng cung cp kh thng phm th kh cung cp phi trn 200C so vi nhit im sng m bo ph hp vi cc yu cu k thut ca cc thit b ca Nh my in vn hnh an ton, hiu qu.
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng ki
Tn dng v ci tin li b gia nhit ca Cng trnh 2-3 triu m3 kh B Ra Ph M a vo s dng cho Cng trnh PM3 C Mau trong giai on cha lp t thit b gia nhit Water Bath Heater.
c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php
Sng kin ny lm tng doanh thu cho Tng cng ty kh gn 600 t VN, li ch kinh t cho tp on xp x 1.000 t VN, c Hi ng khoa hc Tng cng ty cng nhn tng khen, v c bit c ngha ln l cp kh kp thi cho Nh my in sn xut n p ng nhu cu in b thiu ht trong ma kh nm 2007 ca c nc.
2. Sng kin thit k, lp t b t ng chuyn i trng thi iu khin cc PCV t h thng PCS sang Local PID Controller
a. Hin trng cn khc phc, ci tin
Cc van iu p (PCV) cp kh cho cc Nh my in C Mau c iu khin bng b Stardom ca h thng PCS (h thng iu khin Cng ngh); trong qu tr bo dng h thng SCADA hay cc thit b thuc h thng PCS, hoc khi b Stardom ny li th cc PCV khng th iu p c c th lm shutdown hon ton cc Nh my in C Mau
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin
Cng ty Kh C Mau thit k, lp t b t ng chuyn i trng thi iu khin cc PCV t h thng PCS sang Local PID Controller khi b iu khin Stardom li th h thng iu khin PCV t chuyn i sang b Local PID Controller, hoc ch ng chuyn i thc hin cc Cng tc bo dng sa cha lin quan.
c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php
Sng kin ny ngn nga c ri ro lm shutdown hon ton cc Nh my in C Mau trong qu trnh vn hnh v bo dng sa cha cc thit b lin quan; hin ti Cng ty Kh C Mau vn ang p dng hiu qu sang kin ny.
3. Xy dng phn mm tnh hydrocarbon dewpoint (nhit im sng) v phng n gim ti thiu Fuel gas s dng cho Water Bath Heater ti GDC
a. Hin trng cn khc phc, ci tin
Qu trnh gia nhit cho kh thng phm cung cp cho khch hng theo quy nh ca hp ng mua bn kh phi m bo > 200C + nhit im sng. Vic gia nhit theo kinh nghim thiu chnh xc v lng ph kh nhin liu (Fuel Gas).
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin

S ra i ca phn mm to iu kin tnh ton nhanh, chnh xc ng thi t c th xy dng c phng n gim thiu Fuel Gas s dng cho thit b gia nhit (Water Bath Heater).
c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php
Phn mm vn ang s dng rt hiu qu n nay gip Cng ty Kh C Mau tit kim 100.000 150.000 USD mi nm.
4. Phng php kim sot r r kh trn tuyn ng v kim sot chnh lch sn phm giao nhn thng qua tnh ton Cn bng vt cht.
a. Hin trng cn khc phc, ci tin
Trong qu trnh vn hnh cng trnh PM3 C Mau, vic xc minh chnh xc ca cc thit b o m ti gin v cc h tiu th gp nhiu kh khn, bn cnh vic kim sot r r kh trn tuyn ng bin di 298 km ngm di bin l mt qu trnh v cng phc tp.
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin
Cng ty Kh C Mau xy dng file tnh ton cn bng vt cht kim sot chnh lch giao nhn kh gia PVGas C Mau, ch m Talisman v khch hng in, m C Mau, ng thi qua c th xc nh c vic c tn ti r r kh trn ton tuyn ng PM3 C Mau hay khng kp thi khc phc x l.
c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php
Vi sng kin ny, Kh C Mau xc nh 3 ln h thng o m ti BRA ca TML o sai v khu tr c 1,5 triu USD, hin ti vn ang p dng c hiu qu kim sot h thng.
II. SNG KIN CI TIN NM 2009
1. Phn mm tnh ton cng ngh trong qu trnh ch bin, vn chuyn v tn tr
cc sn phm kh (GCAP)
a. Hin trng cn khc phc, ci tin
Trong hot ng sn xut ti cc n v ch bin, vn chuyn v tng tr cc sn
phm kh, cc k s cng ngh thng xuyn phi quyt cc bi ton rt phc tp
lin quan n ti u ha vn hnh, xc nh v qun l cht lng sn phm, d bo
v n nh kh. Cc vn ny ch c th c gii quyt bng cc phn mm cng
ngh nh HYSYS, PRO II, GCAP. Cc phn mm c bn quyn ny thng c
bn vi gi rt cao (PVGAS ch c mt phn mm HYSYS bn quyn duy nht) v
kh khn khi s dng v cn phi tri qua cc kha o to. Mc khc, cc phn mm
cng ngh i kh li khng gii quyt c mt s bi ton c th gp phi trong
hot ng thc tin nh tnh ton linepack v n nh kh.
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin
Tc gi xy dng mt phn mm vi mc ch s dng cho cc k s cng ngh,
cng nhn vn hnh tnh ton trong qu trnh: ti u ha vn hnh, xc nh cht
lng cc sn phm kh, d bo v n nh kh, gm cc ni dung c th nh sau:

c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php
Phn mm c s dng ti Cng ty Kh C Mau t nm 2007 n nay, em li
hiu qu kinh t cao, tng nng sut lao ng v tit kim thi gian lm vic.
KCM s dng phn mm tnh ton nhit im sng ca kh, nc trong kh
nhm o bo cht lng kh, gp phn ti u ha nhit vn hnh thit b gia nhit,
tit kim lng kh nhin liu fuel gas 100.000 150.000 USD/nm. Ngoi ra, phn
mm cn c s dng tnh ton kim sot chnh lch u vo/ra thng qua tnh
ton cn bng vt cht, gip pht hin 03 ln h thng o m thng ngun b sai
lch, lm li 1.551.857 USD.
Nh p dng phn mm, KCM thc hin nhp nhng cng tc d bo n nh, ti
u lng kh nhn t thng ngun v lng kh giao cho khch hng nh vo mc
tnh ton d bo, n nh ca phn mm.
KCM cng s dng phn mm trong qu trnh tnh ton tng cng sut ng ng,
trong cng tc o to ni b ca cc k s cng ngh Kh C Mau.
Phn mm hin vn tip tc c pht trin v hon thin ti Kh C Mau v cc n
v khc ca PVGas cng nh c th c p dng ti cc n v Sn xut ca Tng
Cng ty Kh Vit Nam.
2. Phng n tng cng sut ng ng dn kh PM3 C Mau t 5.50 MSCMD
ln 6.0 MSCMD ng thi tng lu lng kh cp cho 02 Nh my in C Mau
trong gi cao im ln ti a 270kSm3/hr
a. Hin trng cn khc phc, ci tin
ng ng PM3 C Mau c thit k vi cng sut 5.50 MSCMD vi lu lng
ti a khong 228 kSm3/hr, ch bng 86% cng sut ca 02 Nh my in C Mau
l 270 kSm3/hr (6.4 MSCMD). Do trong thc t, KCM ch c th cp kh cho 02
Nh my in C Mau 1 & 2 vi lu lng ti a 250 kSm3/hr (92% cng sut thit
k ca 02 Nh my in) trong 06 gi cao im mi ngy.
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin
Sau khi thc hin cc th nghim v tnh ton cng ngh cn thit, KCM a ra
xut tng cng sut ng ng theo 02 giai on nh sau:
Giai on 01: Vn hnh cm o m Nh my in theo ch song song thay v ni tip, ng thi m phn Nh my in nhn p sut cp khong 35 Barg nng cng sut t 5.50 MSCMD ln 5.80 MSCMD, lu lng ti a trong 08 gi cao im mi ngy t ti 270 kSm3/hr (100% cng sut 02 Nh my in).
Giai on 02: Trin khai thay th cm PCV nng cng sut t 5.80 ln 6.0 MSCMD ng thi gim hin tng rung ng v ting n ti cm PCV.
c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php

Kh C Mau hon thnh 02 giai on v m bo cng sut vn hnh h thng
mc 6.00 6.10 MSCMD (trc khi c my nn kh trm LFS). Tnh n ngy
31/09/2009, sng kin lm tng doanh thu ln n 4.2 t VN do tng sn lng
kh tiu th ca Nh my in trong cc gi cao im, ng thi gim s thiu ht
in trong gi cao im, gp phn hon thnh k hoch Tng Cng ty.
Tnh trung bnh trn ngy trong ma cao im khi m nhu cu tiu th kh ca khch
hng in tng cao, vic tng sn lng ln 500 kSm3/ngy lm tng doanh thu cho
Cng ty Kh C Mau khong 1.7 t VN/ngy, ng thi gip PetroVietNam sm
thu hi lng kh m Petronas nhn gip t nm 2003 -2008 (5.10 BSCM).
Sng kin lm tng kh nng linh hot ca ng ng trong qu trnh vn hnh,
tng lng kh linepack c th tch tr kh khi nhu cu tiu th thp v nh kh khi
nhu cu tiu th cao ln.
Cng sut ng ng tip tc c nng ln mc 6.250 MSCMD khi c my nn
trm tip b LFS.
3. Phng php xc nh chnh xc thi im nhn Pig trong qu trnh phng Pig
a. Hin trng cn khc phc, ci tin
Thng thng, cc Nh thu phng Pig u tnh ton thi im nhn Pig theo tc
ca Pig da trn lu lng kh, p sut v nhit u vo ng ng ti thi im
phng Pig. i vi cc ng ng di, tn tht p sut ln hoc lu lng kh vn
chuyn qua ng ng thay i thng xuyn khng theo n nh th phng php
trn c sai s kh ln, c th ln n 30% thi gian d kin ban u.
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin
Phng php sng kin m nhm tc gi a ra l xc nh lng kh linepack (cha
trong ng ng) ti thi im bt u phng Pig bng phn mm tnh Linepack
(GCAP).
Vi gi thit lng kh Passing qua Pig bng 0 th thi im Pig v chnh l thi im
khch hng tiu th ht ton b lng kh Linepack trong ng ng ti thi im
phng Pig.
Kt qu ca phng php kh chnh xc. i vi Foam Pig th khong thi gian tnh
sai lch khng qu 1%, i vi Bidi Pig th sai s khng qu 11%.
c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php
Phng php ny c th c p dng tnh ton thi im nhn Pig i vi tt c
cc ng ng dn kh v hin ang c p dng rt hiu qu ti Kh C Mau trong
cc t phng Pig nh k. Vic xc nh chnh xc thi im nhn Pig gip tit kim
nhiu nhn lc, thi gian trc ch nhn Pig, c bit i vi cc ng ng dn kh
di hoc trng hp tiu th kh khng n nh trong thi gian phng Pig ng thi
gim thiu c ri ro khi Pig n sm hn d kin nu nh tnh bng phng php
c sai s ln.
4. Thit k v lp trnh cho h thng t ng iu khin chuyn i Local/Remote
cho cc van PCV nhm hn ch vic gy gin on cp kh cho 02 Nh my in
C Mau 1 & 2
a. Hin trng cn khc phc, ci tin

H thng iu khin PCV cung cp kh cho Nh my in C Mau I v II ti GDC
c lp cc b iu khin ri hn ch nhng ri ro khng mong mun trong
qu trnh iu khin. Tuy nhin li c nhng hn ch nh sau:
H thng khng th t chuyn i ch lm vic khi xy ra s c.
Qu trnh chuyn i phi thc hin bng tay nn vic n nh h thng l kh thc hin.
Khng thc hin vooting cc gi tr o nn chnh xc trong qu trnh iu khin l khng cao.
Qu trnh u ni phn cng khng thc hin share tn hiu.
Qu trnh theo di vn hnh h thng kh khn v cc b iu khin c b tr trong t iu khin.
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin
H thng iu khin t chuyn i PCV c thit k trn nn tng cc thit b c
sn nh gi nguyn cc controller cho cc PCV v thay cc cng tc la chn bng
cc relay. Phng n ny s dng PLC S7 300 thc hin vic vooting gi tr o
nhm loi b mi s sai lch iu khin. H thng cn lp thm b share tn hiu
nhm loi b s ph thuc ln nhau v phn cng.
c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php
Sng kin c s dng cho tt c cc h thng iu khin PCV ti cc trm kh.
Ngoi ra cn c th ng dng cho cc phm vi iu khin khc. V mt k thut, vic
p dng sng kin c th hn ch ti thiu mc shutdown trm, kh nng nm bt
v lm ch cng ngh cao cng nh quy trnh vn hnh khng phc tp, ngi vn
hnh nhanh chng thun thc, d dng. V mt hiu qu v mt kinh t, sng kin
lm gim thiu nhng thit hi v mt kinh t v k thut do vic shutdown trm (nh
hng rt nhiu n gi tr kinh t do gim sn lng kh cp, thi gian khi phc...),
t lm hn ch c vic gy nh hng n thit b khch hng cng nh cc
mc tiu AT CL MT ca Cng ty. Ngoi ra cn c th tit kim c lng fuel
gas tiu tn do c th iu p ti trm LFS thp xung m vn m bo an ton.
III. SNG KIN CI TIN NM 2010
1. Chuyn i cc solenoid Pilot Valve hin ang s dng bng loi redundant solenoid pilot valve iu khin ng m cho cc shutdown valve v blowdown valve ti trm kh GDC C Mau
a. Hin trng cn khc phc, ci tin:
Tt c cc SDV v BDV ti trm kh GDC khi lm vic ch remote. V vy vic
ng cc SDV do li h thng v thit b phi c hn ch ti a, c bit l phn
ng hoc m cho cc SDV/BDV.
Cc solenoid valve dng iu khin vic ng m cho cc SDV v BDV c s
dng loi Solenoid Pilot vavle n, loi ny ch c 01 cun coil. Do vy khi khi cun
coil ca Solenoid b hng th s dn n ng van SDV hoc m BDV lm nh hng
n qu trnh cp kh cho khch hng. Vic cc solenoid hot ng trong mi trng
-
c in lin tc vi iu kin kh hu m t v khc nghit th vic h hng l khng
th trnh khi.
Thc t xy ra 03 ln soleloid valve ti GDC v LFS hng v gy shutdown cho
Nh my in 01 ln.
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin
Ni dung ca sng kin l thay th cc Solenoid valve c Redundant Pilot valve ngha
l s c 02 cun coil lp song song, s dng chung mt ngun in iu khin. Nu
01 trong 02 cun coil b hng th s cn cun cn li d phng nn SDV s khng
ng (hoc BDV s khng m). Khi c tn hiu kch hot shutdown th 02 cun coil
ca solenoid vavle u kch hot ng thi ng SDV/m BDV.
c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php
Sng kin hin ang c p dng rt hiu qu ti KCM v c th p dng m rng
i vi cc SDV/BDV s dng solenoid in iu khin ti cc trm kh hay trong
cc dy chuyn cng ngh ca cc Nh my ch bin kh, Nh my lc du, Nh my
m khi m s c h hng mt thit b c th nh hng n c dy chuyn.
V mt k thut, vic p dng sng kin ny ti KCM c th hn ch mc ti thiu
Shutdown trm, tng tin cy lm vic ca cc SDV v BDV ng thi tng kh
nng d phng cho h thng v tt c cc thit b thay th mi u cng mt nh sn
xut so vi thit b c trn h thng hin ang s dng v c tnh ng b vi nhau.
V mt kinh t, mi ln Shutdown trm s nh hng rt ln c v kinh t v k thut.
Hn na vic Shutdown GDC gy tn hi ti h thng thit b ca khch hng, nh
hng ti vic thc hin mc tiu AT-CL-MT ca Cng ty. Do vic p dng sng
kin ny lm gim thiu nhng thit hi v kinh t khng ng c.
2. Xy dng phn mm trc nghim v HTQL AT CL - MT
a. Hin trng cn khc phc, ci tin:
Cng ty Kh C Mau v ang p dng HTQL tch hp AT CL MT. Hu ht
cc cng vic u c a vo quy trnh (QT). Vic CBCNV nm vng cc QT lm
vic l cha kha m bo tt c cc hot ng ca Cng ty lun trong tnh trng
an ton, cht lng v hiu qu, gp phn xy dng v duy tr nn vn ha An ton
Cht lng Hiu qu ca Cng ty.
Trc y vic nh gi nhn thc ca CBCNV v cc QT tc nghip v QT h thng
ch di hnh thc ph bin ri k xc nhn, khng nh lng c. Hn na, t
bn thn mi CBCNV khng t chc chn rng mnh nm vng hay cha t
hc thm.
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin
Xy dng phn mm o to, kim tra phc v cho cng tc o to, hun luyn ca
Cng ty v t o to ca ton th CBCNV.
Phn mm c lp trnh bng ngn ng Visual Basic, c s d liu c qun l
bng phn mm MS Office, kt ni d liu theo phng php ADOBD.
C s d liu c hn 1000 cu hi cho hn 100 quy trnh ca Cng ty do cc c
cng, Trng ca v k s c nhiu kinh nghim ca Cng ty son tho di dng
-
trc nghim. Cc cu hi c a ra bao qut ton b quy trnh ng thi cng c
thng xuyn cp nht ph hp vi tnh hnh thc t.
Cc bi thi c thit k ring cho tng cp , tng b phn ph hp vi yu cu
cng vic ca tng v tr khc nhau tron Cng ty theo QT v o to hun luyn ca
Cng ty.
c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php
Sng kin c p dng hiu qu v s dng thng xuyn ti Cng ty Kh C Mau
gip nng cao hiu qu trong cng tc o to cc quy trnh tc nghip v HTQL ca
CBCNV, gp phn xy dng v duy tr nn vn ha An Ton Cht Lng Hiu
Qu ca Cng ty.
3. Thay i phng php iu khin b t b t phng php bn t ng bng
iu khin t ng hon ton v thit k li t t b t loi 01 ngn bng loi t
b 02 ngn ti GDC C Mau
a. Hin trng cn khc phc, ci tin:
B t b cng sut phn khng s dng phng php iu khin bn t ng: kt hp
c b nn v b ng thng qua controller 06 cp. Cc t b c cng sut kh ln 30
Kvar (tng i ln so vi s dao ng ti trong GDC C Mau). T in cha b t
b loi tch hp tt c thit b u chung trong mt ngn t.
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin
Thay i b t b cng sut phn khng s dng phng php iu khin t ng
hon ton thng qua controller 12 cp.
Tng tnh b nhuyn cho b t: Gim cng sut b t loi 30KVAr/1 t xung loi
20 KVAr/ 1 t
Thay i thit k t t b t 01 ngn thnh loi 02 ngn cha cc t v ngn cha
thit b iu khin.
c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php
Sng kin c Cng ty in lc kim tra thc t cho thy 02 b t b lm vic
n nh v c th p dng c vi tt c h thng in dn dng v cng nghip
gip nng cao cht lng in nng, tng tui th cc thit b, m bo an ton cho
ngi vn hnh cng nh cng tc BDSC v khc phc s c. Ngoi ra cn gip cch
ly thit b d chy ra khi b t v ngn nga c nguy c chy n xy ra.
IV. SNG KIN CI TIN NM 2011 1. Phi hp vi Chi cc khai thc v bo v ngun li thy sn, B i bin phng
6 tnh Min Ty t chc tuyn truyn bo v an ninh an ton cho ng ng dn kh trn bin
a. Tnh trng k thut/qun l hoc t chc sn xut hin ti:
Cng ty hng nm thc hin cng tc tuyn truyn bo v an ninh, an ton ng
ng dn kh trn bin theo cc Ngh nh ca chnh ph.
Hng nm Cng ty theo cc Ngh nh ca Th tng chnh ph phi t chc cc
bui tuyn truyn tp trung cho Ng dn, Thuyn trng v cc doanh nghip hot
ng kinh doanh trn bin bit c cc cng trnh kh, ta ca ng ng dn
-
kh trn bin, ku gi ng dn cng vi Cng ty bo v tt cng trnh kh ca
Quc gia. Ph bin cc ri ro, cc bin php phng nga, pht hin r r kh trn bin.
Cng ty lp K hoch bo h lao ng trin khai cng tc tuyn truyn tp
trung 02 a im ti cc ca bin cho tuyn ng bin ti C Mau.
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin:

cc lp tp hun do 02 n v ny t chc hng nm cho Ng dn, thuyn trng v
kin thc v bin gii bin o, phng chng lc bo v cch khai thc ngun li
thy sn c hiu qu v bo tn ngun ti nguyn thin nhin.
V vy nhm tc ngh Ban Gim c Cng ty phi hp vi hai n v trn
lng ghp chng trnh tuyn thng bo v an ninh, an ton cng trnh kh vo cc
lp tp hun ny m bo tuyn truyn trc tip cho i tng ti cng, ng ph
khi c Chi Cc thy sn mi tham gia. Trc y khi tuyn truyn tp trung ti 02
thi im th ti cng, thuyn trng, ng dn khng tham gia c th c ngi nh
nh: v, con, anh em,.tham gia.T lm tng hiu qu tuyn truyn.Cng ty hin
ang thc hin ti C Mau, Sc Trng, Bn Tre, Tr Vinh.
Cng ty lp k hoch trin khai phi hp vi B ch huy B i Bin phng cc
tnh Kin Giang, Bn Tre, Tr Vinh, Bc Liu, Sc Trng phi hp t chc tuyn
truyn trong nm 2012 khong 42 lp.
c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php
Cc bui truyn thng phi hp vi BBP v S TN & PTNT cc tnh thc hin
trong nm 2011 c 29 lp thu ht s tham gia ca 1.846 ngi (Thuyn trng v

Hiu qu mang li tuyn truyn ng i tng l ng dn, thuyn trng, ti cng.
S lng ngi tham gia tng ln do t chc c nhiu lp ti nhiu a phng.
Chi ph t chc gim.
Trong nm 2011 khng xy ra cc v vic gy mt an ninh an ton cho cng trnh
ng ng dn kh PM3 C Mau.
Sng kin ny p dng cho cng tc truyn thng bo v an ninh, an ton cng trnh
kh trn bin. Hin nay ang c p dng v mang li hiu qu cao.
2. Phng n nng cng sut cp kh ng ng PM3 - CM chun b cp kh cho Nh my m CM.
a. Tnh trng k thut/qun l hoc t chc sn xut hin ti:
Trm phn phi kh GDC tip nhn kh t h thng ng ng PM3-C Mau cung
cp, phn phi kh cho cc h tiu th ti C Mau, bao gm Nh my in C Mau
1,2 vi cng sut mi Nh my l 750 MW, lu lng tiu th ti a 2 Nh my l
260 kSm3/hr v 1 Nh my m vn hnh thng mi c cng sut 800.000 tn/nm,
lu lng tiu th ti a l 61 kSm3/hr.
Khi cha c nh my m, hai nh my in hot ng vi cng sut ti a nn
cng sut ng ng PM3_C Mau l 6.0 Mscmd do c th cung cp cho nh my
in vi p sut 33 Barg. Khi m vo hot ng th do yu cu nghim ngt v p
sut u vo ca Nh my m l 40 Barg nn cng sut ca ng ng gim xung
cn 5.7 Mscmd.
Trong iu kin thc t, hai nh my in thng vn hnh cng sut ti a vo
gi cao im chiu. p sut cp cho cc h tiu th nhanh chng st xung gi tr ti
thiu ca nh my m. Trong khi st p t u vo GDC v nh my m l
rt cao. V vy yu cu t ra l phi m bo p sut cp cho cc h tiu th v tng
cng sut cho h thng ng ng PM3 - C Mau. iu ny c ngha l phi ko di
thi gian chy ti cao ca nh my in trong khi p sut cp cho nh my m vn
m bo.
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin:
p ng yu cu gim thiu tn tht p sut cp kh trn tuyn ng cho m C
Mau, nng ti a cng sut vn chuyn ca ng ng PM3_C Mau, nhm tc gi
a ra phng n lp t ng ng bypass 18 inch kt ni t u vo trm GDC
n dy chuyn cp kh cho nh my m C Mau.

Hin ti tn tht p sut t u vo GDC n u vo Nh my in C Mau l 5
Barg vi lu lng tiu th 6.0 mscmd. ng ng bypass s khng i qua cc cm
thit b nh Filter/Separator hay Heater gim tn tht p sut ti mc ti thiu.
Khi lp t ng bypass th tn tht p sut ch cn khong 2 Barg. Mc ch ca
ng bypass ny nhm gim bt s ri p cho nh My m trong trng hp nh
my in chy ti cao. Khi p sut u vo GDC xung thp 10oC) hoc cht lng
kh khng m bo.
c. Hiu qu v kh nng p dng gii php.
Tng sn lng cp cho cc H tiu th t 5.7 Mscmd ln 5.85 Mscmd. Gp phn
y nhanh qu trnh thu hi kh t pha Malaysia.
p sut cung cp cho cc H tiu th c m bo ng theo thit k ban u, tng
tnh an ton v n nh cho h thng. Ko di thi gian duy tr ti cao ca hai Nh
my in C Mau trong gi cao im. H tr tt cho vic vn hnh n nh h thng
in Quc Gia.
Bin php sng kin ny c p dng hiu qu cho h thng ng ng dn kh
PM3 - C Mau t thng 11-2011 cho n khi my nn Trm tip b LFS c lp
t (thng 12/2013). T thng 12/2013 n nay ng bypass ny vn c s dng
nhng vi tn sut thp hn. Trong trng hp my nn Trm tip b LFS shutdown
hoc khng vn hnh, nu p sut u vo GDC thp th ng bypass m vn c
vn hnh duy tr cp kh n nh v tng cng sut cho cc H tiu th.

3. p dng phn mm Ms Groove cho cng tc qun l kho vt t, thit b.
a. Tnh trng k thut/qun l hoc t chc sn xut hin ti:
Hin ti, Cng ty KCM ang s dng phn mm Bravo 4.1 qun l vt t trong
kho. Phn mm ny ch theo di cc vt t xut nhp tn trong kho nhng khng cp
nht y cc thng s k thut cc vt t trong kho cng nh cp nht cc vt t
chng loi mi ca cc nh sn xut. Bn cnh, ngi c nhu cu s dng vt t v
th kho khng th trao i trc tuyn cc thng s k thut, s lng tn kho, k
hoch xut kho vi nhau. Do , vic xut kho tn nhiu thi gian dn n chm tin
cho cng vic bo dng, sa cha.

Bn cnh, cc ti liu, vn bn iu c lu tr trn my tnh ca vn th phng.
Hin ti, phng ang dng mng ni b truy cp vo my tnh vn th t xa
ly d liu. Do , khi my tnh vn th tt l khng th kt ni v ly d liu khi
cn thit.
Phn mm Groove s gip cho ngi dng c th ly trc tip ti liu v chia s ti
liu mt cch nhanh chng v d dng ngay c khi khng c internet. Mt tin li
khc ca phn mm Groove l trao i trc tuyn ca nhm Workspace gip lin lc
cc thnh vin trong nhm, bo co cng vn, chnh sa trc tuyn cng vn trc
khi in ra file cng trnh ngi c thm quyn ph duyt
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin:
Tc gi tng hp tt c cc thng s k thut sn c trong kho thnh nhng file
excel v ti ln Workspace ca phn mm Groove. Bt c thi gian no, ngi s
dng cng c th truy cp vo Internet xem thng s k thut, s lng v ln k
hoch xut kho gi cho th kho sp xp thi gian xut kho hp l v nhanh chng.
Tp tin ny ch c th kho c th chnh sa cc d liu v files excel qun l kho.
Bn cnh , Tc gi cn to 1 file excel cp nht cc thng s ca cc sn phm mi
ca nh sn xut phc v cng tc mua sm; Tp tin ny tt c cc thnh vin iu
c th tham gia v chia s. Thng qua y, c th ln k hoch xut nhp kho, bo
co tn kho, truy tm cc thuyt b thng tin c trong kho.
Thm vo , cc ti liu lin quan ca phng c dung lng ln c th to nhiu

ch c php thao tc trn cc sheet c phn quyn, khng th thao tc trn
cc sheet khc), sau ng dng s t ng tng hp ca Cng ty. Ngi c giao
nhim v ch cn in ra v bo co Ban Gim c.

T nhng kh nng p dng mang li nhng hiu qu rt cao cho vic qun l k
hoch ca cng ty. Thng tin lun c chia s, cp nht mi lc, mi ni l yu t
quan trng cng vic c x l kp thi, trnh tnh trng b st, chm tin .
C th trung bnh mi qu trong nm 2010 c 11 u vic chm tin , n nm
2011 gim cn 6 u vic. Hin nay ch cn 4 u vic chm tin /qu.
Gim thi gian cho cng tc theo di tin v lp k hoch ca cc b phn. C th
tit kim 16 gi (2 ngy cng) /ngi/thng = 2 x 500.000 (ng) x 12 thng = 12
triu ng/ngi/nm.
To t ph trong cng tc o lng, thng k ca Cng ty. Nhn vin ch ng
trong cng vic v ngi qun l c th kim sot cng vic ca cc thnh vin.
Hin nay cng ty ang dn chuyn sang phn mm qun l cng vic c thit k
trn giao din web vi nhiu tnh nng hiu qu hn gii php ny.
5. Lp t cng mng dng chung cho cng ty Kh C mau
a. Tnh trng k thut/qun l hoc t chc sn xut hin ti:

Trong qu trnh lp t u t Burner cho Water Bath Heater, nh thu Oakwell

Theo quy nh ca Lut Phng chy v cha chy (PCCC), Ngh nh 35/2003/N
CP th cc Cng trnh kh phi bt buc xy dng Phng n cha chy v lp k
hoch t chc thc tp thng xuyn. Ngay t khi mi i vo hot ng th Cng ty
Kh C Mau phi hp vi cc C quan qun l v cng tc PCCC xy dng
cc Phng n v thc tp nh k cc Phng n ny. Tuy nhin, c s tnh ton
xy dng Phng n ch yu da vo nh gi nh tnh, da vo suy lun l chnh
m cha nh gi nh lng c. Do , s nh hng n cht lng ca Phng
n c xy dng, cng nh c kh nng nh hng n phng n ng cu nu tnh
hung xy ra tht.
Theo ch o ca B Cng An ti cuc hp rt kinh nghim v din tp cha chy

Kh C Mau thc tp phng n cha chy phi hp nhiu lc lng cp B Cng
An, vi s tham gia ca cc lc lng trong tnh C Mau v 5 tnh Min Ty (Bc
Liu, Cn Th, Hu Giang, Sc Trng v Kin Giang). Phng n thc tp ny phi
c Cc Phng chy, cha chy v cu nn, cu h (PCCC & CNCH) ph duyt
trc khi thc tp. V vy, c Cc PCCC & CNCH th cn xy dng phng
n trn c s tnh ton khoa hc, logic, tnh ton nh lng.

PM3 C Mau, cng nh c lp sn s dng khi c tnh hung r r kh v chy
n tht xy ra (khi p dng ch cn thay mt s khc cho ph hp vi tng tnh hung,
da trn cc m hnh xy dng sn).
Nu khng p dng M hnh v Phn mm trn th rt kh c ph duyt Phng
n cha chy phi hp nhiu lc lng. Khi , cn phi thu Trung tm ng dng
khoa hc cng ngh - B Cng An xy dng Phng n (ging nh Nam Cn Sn
thc hin nm 2010), tit kim c chi ph b ra thu ht khong 300 triu ng.
V. SNG KIN CI TIN NM 2012
1. Ci t ta ng ng dn kh PM3- C Mau phn trn bin vo my nh v trn cc tu nh c c cng sut > 90 CV.
a. Tnh trng k thut/qun l hoc t chc sn xut hin ti.

ng dn khng ch n s tuyn ng c cp pht.
Qua t kho st ROV tuyn ng bin hi thng 7/2012 va qua ghi nhn li rt
nhiu hnh nh li nh c mc vo tuyn ng v c 01 vt try xc ln trn ng
ng.
V vy bin php tuyn truyn hin ti l cha hiu qu. S v vi phm hnh lang
tuyn ng vn cn xy ra.
b. Ni dung/bn cht gii php ngh cng nhn l sng kin.
Mc ch: Hng dn cho Thuyn trng, Thuyn vin cch ci ta ng ng
dn kh PM3-C Mau ln my nh v pht hin tuyn ng dn kh khi tu nh

ng ng dn kh khi tu di chuyn gn n khu vc tuyn ng.

thc v Bo v ngun li thy sn C Mau v 5 Tnh Min Ty Nam B phi hp

2. Xy dng Website trao i kinh nghim, hc tp, kim tra online Cng ty Kh C Mau
a. Tnh trng k thut/qun l hoc t chc sn xut hin ti.
Cng ty Kh C Mau pht trin v s dng phn mm Kim tra H Thng An ton
cht lng mi trng trn nn ng dng Windows s dng ngn ng lp trnh Visual
Basic kim tra kin thc H thng an ton cht lng mi trng ca Cn b cng
nhn vin Cng ty. Do phn mm c thit k di dng ng dng n, ch cc
my tnh c ci t phn mm ny mi c th s dng c v c s d liu c
cp nht ring r gy kh khn cho ngi dng.

3. Thit k board mch x l cho Beacon ti cc trm kh thuc Cng ty Kh C Mau
a. Tnh trng k thut/qun l hoc t chc sn xut hin ti:
Board mch x l cho Beacon ca h thng Safety ti cc trm kh C Mau thng
xuyn b h hng do lm vic trn mi trng gn bin, kh hu khc nghit. Vic
sa cha khi Board b li, h hng gp rt nhiu kh khn do.
Board mch x l c thit k loi chuyn dng. Do vy kh khn cho vic
t hng khi thay th.

Board mi vo khong 7 triu ng.
Nh vy vi vic thit k mi Board mch x l cho Beacon, mi nm s tit kim
cho cng ty vi s tin l: {24 * (24 7)}/2 = 204 triu.
V vy, Phng n thit k mi Board mch x l cho Beacon ti cc trm kh C
Mau s ch ng cho vic thay th v sa cha khi c h hng xy ra, ch ng c
vt t d phng m khng ph thuc vo cc nh cung cp thit b. Nng cao c
tm hiu bit v vic thit k, ch to Board mch. Tit gim c chi ph vt t d
phng thay th cho Cng ty.
4. Thit k v lp t h thng iu khin By-pass m cng bc cc van PCV ti trm kh LFS C Mau
-
a. Tnh trng k thut/qun l hoc t chc sn xut hin ti:
H thng iu khin cc PCV ti trm LFS c ly tn hiu iu khin t h thng
Process Control System. Qu trnh vn hnh iu kin bnh thng th khng c
nh hng n vic cp kh cho h thng. Tuy nhin khi c cc s c xy ra nh:
Treo CPU ca PLC, Card Power Supply ca h thng PLC b h, Card Analog Output
b h, UPS b h gy mt ngun ca ton b h thng iu khin, vic gy gin
on cp kh cho h thng l khng th trnh khi.
Thc t s c xy ra vo ngy 03/02/2012 gy mt in ton b h thng iu
khin v ng ton b cc PCV ti LFS.
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin:
h thng iu khin cc van PCV lm vic c lin tc v duy tr vic cp kh

b nh hng ln n hot ng ca c dy chuyn.

Quy trnh vn hnh khng phc tp, ngi vn hnh nhanh chng thun thc, d
dng.

LFS) do vy kh nng ngng cp kh cho cc h tiu th l khng th trnh khi.
Gi s GDC cp kh vi lu lng trung bnh nm 2012 l 5.0 MSCMD th 1 ln
dng kh trong 1h c th lm gim sn lng khong 208.000 KSm3 tng ng
mc thit hi cho Cng ty l: (208*39.5)*1.2 (1.2 USD l n gi vn chuyn kh)
= 9.859 USD = 207 triu VN.
Nh vy khi phc li h thng sau khi khc phc s c th thit hi cho cng
ty l: 207 triu * 2h = 414 triu.

5. Thit k lp t b ngun cho h thng ICMS ti cc trm kh thuc Cng ty Kh C Mau
a. Tnh trng k thut/qun l hoc t chc sn xut hin ti:
H thng o s liu n mn ng ng ICMS (h thng qun l n mn tch hp) s
dng Pin c tui th trung bnh ngn, thi gian thay th nhiu (2 ln/1 nm) v c
bit l trong qu trnh s dng thng xuyn xy ra tnh trng Pin cp ngun cho h
thng ICMS b ht lm gin on cho vic ly s liu t ng, gy nh hng n
vic kim sot n mn ca h thng.
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin:
thun tin cho vic bo dng, sa cha v ly s liu n mn ng ng c
thun tin v khng nh hng bi nhng li mt s liu do Pin ca h thng gy ra
v khng ph thuc vo nh cung cp khi t hng. Tp th tc gi nghin cu v
a ra gii php thit k lp t b ngun DC cung cp cho h thng ICMS ti trm
kh C Mau cho ph hp yu cu thc tin.
c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php.
Gii php ny s dng cho tt c cc h thng o s liu n mn ng ng ti cc
trm kh, hoc cng c th p dng trong cc dy chuyn cng ngh ca NM lc du,
NM m, NM ch bin kh khi c s dng h ICMS.
Thi gian p dng ti Kh C Mau: Thng 8/2012 n nay mang li nhiu hiu
qu.
Hiu qu v mt ky thut:
B ngun lun c sn trn th trng do vy d dng cho vic sa cha v thay th
khi c h hng xy ra. H thng ICMS lm vic lun n nh v c ly ngun t
h thng UPS.
Hiu qu v mt kinh t:
Phng php ny ngoi vic m bo h thng ICMS hot ng c n nh cn
tit kim c chi ph BDSC cho Cng ty, c th nh sau:

Cc trm kh C Mau c 6 h thng ICMS, vi chu k thay th 2 ln/ 1 nm. Chi ph
mua Pin khong 6,5 triu/1Pin trong khi chi ph lp mi 1 b ngun khong 1,5
triu ng
Nh vy vi vic lp mi b ngun thay th cho Pin, mi nm s tit kim cho cng
ty vi s tin l: {6 * (6,5 1,5)} * 2 = 60 triu.
Phng n lp t b ngun cho h thng ICMS ti cc trm kh C Mau s ch ng
cho vic thay th v sa cha khi c h hng xy ra, ch ng c vt t d phng
m khng ph thuc vo cc nh cung cp thit b. Tit gim c chi ph BDSC cho
Cng ty.
VI. SNG KIN CI TIN NM 2013
1. Xy dng phng n cp kh an ton v hiu qu khi trm nn LFS i vo hot
ng bng phn mm m phng OLGA.
a. Hin trng cn khc phc, ci tin:
Vic lp t b sung trm nn kh ti LFS (p sut u vo/ra my nn theo thit k
tng ng l 31.92 barg v 86.2 barg) s gip tng cng sut vn chuyn ca ng
ng PM3 C Mau t 6.07 MSCMD nh hin ti ln ti a 6.46 MSCMD (vi p sut
u gin BRB l 138 barg); v A0/PVPCM s linh hot hn trong vic huy ng cc
t my ca NM in CM trong cc gi cao im (thay v 3 gi lin tc 100% cng
sut 4 t my 1,500 MW nh hin ti th c th tng ln ti 6 gi lin tc). Tuy nhin
s gp 3 trng hp:
Trong trng hp my nn shutdown kh nng dn n NM m shutdown l

Xy dng c di p sut vn hnh ti thiu u vo my nn m bo
trong trng hp my nn shutdown th A0/PVPCM c thi gian gim
ti tiu th m bo an ton cho dy chuyn Kh in m. (Nu khng
m bo iu kin ny, A0/PVPCM khng kp gim ti tiu th v dn n

anode l gn 100 mt. Vic ng b kt qu kho st ROV v phng Pig c th
xc nh ta cc Anode hy sinh.

c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php:
Cng ty Kh C Mau p dng sng kin ny a vo sn xut gp phn nng cao hiu qu cng tc qun l ng ng. i vi cc tuyn ng bin, vic phng Pig xc nh ta cho cc im khuyt tt l rt tn km chi ph v kh thc hin. Bng vic ng b d liu phng Pig thng minh vi kt qu kho st ROV c th xc nh ta cc im khuyt tt. reset thit b.
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin
gii quyt vn trn tp th tc gi nghin cu v a ra gii php xy dng

Trn thit b Westermo EDW-100 t ti gin BR-A, tin hnh m cng kt ni thit
b theo giao thc telnet, port 23. Thit lp ch ng nhp bo mt.Trn Router
Cisco t ti KCM v Router Cisco t ti gin BR-A, tin hnh m cc kt ni cho
php gi tin telnet c nh tuyn ng a ch thit b. Thit k nt nhn nhanh trn
giao din HMI, nt nhn ny s gi phn mm thc hin sa li kt ni c lu tr
trn Scada server. Trn SCADA Server xy dng phn mm mng c kh nng kt
ni trc tip vi thit b qua giao thc telnet port 23. Phn mm s t ng ng nhp
vo thit b vi username v password c ci t sn. Sau khi ng nhp thnh
cng, phn mm s thc thi lnh khi ng li thit b Modbus gateway khc phc
li. Sng kin ny c th p dng tt c cc n v s dng thit b t xa c h

c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php
Vi chi ph u t h thng thp nhng mang li hiu qu cao trong cng tc vn
hnh h thng, hp l ha sn xut, gip KCM ch ng trong vic x l, khc phc
s c thit b gin BRA. T , gim chi ph c nhn s ra gin khc phc li
thit b v thi gian khc phc li thit b nhanh.
4. Nng p sut bnh kh chun C6 t 23.3 bar ln 50 bar & C9 t 15.8 bar ln 64.5
bar
a. Hin trng cn khc phc, ci tin
H thng phn tch sc k kh GC hot ng chy chun 1 ln/ ngy nhm cp nht
cc h s t kt qu phn tch kh chun so vi kt qu kh t chng ch bnh kh
chun. Kh chun c ly t bnh kh qua van iu p (Regulator) gim p xung
gn 2 bar. Kh mu sau i qua h thng gia nhit ca my GC (Preheat Coil) t
n nhit 70C, tip n qua h thng cc Column tch cc thnh phn kh theo
c ch hp ph, cc kh ny ln lt c a qua h thng Detector xc nh
khi lng phn trm Mol. V sau thi qua h thng x (Vent), kt thc qu trnh

chy chun GC. Hin ti bnh kh chun C6 dng chy chun GC cho nh my in
c p sut 23,3 bar, bnh kh chun C9 dng chy chun GC cho nh my m c p
sut 15,8 bar. Vi p sut hin ti, hng nm lng kh chy chun cho ton b dy
chuyn hn 700 triu.
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin
Nng p sut bnh kh chun C6 t 23,3 bar ln 50 bar v C9 t 15,8 bar ln 64,5 bar.
Theo tnh ton thng s trn phn mm HYSYS th t thnh phn ca kh chun C6+
v C9+, cho thy vic tng p sut ca bnh kh chun C6+ t 23,3 bar ln 50 bar v
bnh kh chun C9+ t 15,8 bar ln 64,5 bar vn m bo chnh xc ca thnh
phn kh chun v cc iu kin phn tch ca my phn tch sc k Kh GC. V vy,
t sng kin a ra phng n nng p sut bnh kh chun t 23.3 bar ln 50 bar,
v ang p dng ti Kh C Mau.
c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php:
Bng vic nng p sut bnh Kh chun, hng nm tit kim c 400 triu ng chi
ph vt t tiu hao nguyn liu cho h thng phn tch sc k kh.
5. Tnh ton li chiu di free span ti a cho php cho cng trnh PM3 C Mau
a. Hin trng cn khc phc, ci tin
Qua tm hiu ti liu tnh ton free span s PM3.G-VSRE-ED-03-3-CA-010 ca d
n PM3 C Mau, chng ti nhn thy cc thng s c s dng trong tnh ton
cho cng trnh giai on thit k l cha ph hp vi tiu chun DNV RP F105
(Tiu chun c s dng tnh ton chiu di free span ti a cho php cho cng
trnh PM3 C Mau). Vic la chn cc thng s ny khng ph hp ny lm nh
hng n chiu di free span ti a cho php, ko theo nh hng n tnh ton vn
ca ng ng. Trong khi chi ph cho cc cng vic lin quan n tuyn ng bin l
rt tn km.
b. Ni dung gii php ngh cng nhn sng kin
gii quyt vn trn, tp th tc gi nghin cu k tiu chun, tm cc ti liu
kho st v lp t cng trnh tnh ton li chiu di free span ti a cho php cho
cng trnh PM3 C Mau.
Vic tnh ton chiu di free span ti a cho php ph thuc vo cc thng s nh
sau:

Tha mn ng sut tnh (static stress): nh gi chiu di free span ti a cho
php trong trng hp ng ng chu tc dng ca p lc nc, ca bn thn
trng lng ng, Khi ng ng chu ti trng tnh th ng sut tc ng ln
ng do cc ti trng ny gy ra phi nh hn gi tr cho php.
Tha mn nh hng ca mi vt liu (fatigue): nh gi chiu di free span
ti a cho php trong trng hp ng ng chu mi trong thi gian tui th
cng trnh. Tt c cc ti trng ng gy ra s to nn dao ng nh cho ng
ng. Cc dao ng ny s to nn s mi ca vt liu. Chiu di free span ti
a cho php phi m bo trong thi gian tui th cng trnh (30 nm), ng
ng s khng b ph hy do s mi ca vt liu gy ra.
Bng cc cng thc tnh ton c xy dng trn phn mm MathCad 14 v Excel h tr vic tnh ton, Kh C Mau a ra v tr cc im free span khc bit so vi kt qu kho st ban u. ng thi, kim chng li kt qu tnh ton, Kh C Mau thu DNV l n v ng kim ca d n PM3 C Mau, cng l t chc ban hnh tiu chun DNV RP F105 kim chng li kt qu tnh. Kt qu cng c Cng ty Dch V Kh v Ban K thut Sn xut nh gi l ph hp vi tiu chun v iu kin thc t ca cng trnh PM3 C Mau.
c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php
Kt qu kho st ROV nm 2012 cho thy c 10 im free span vt qu chiu di
ti a cho php. Cc im ny phi c sa cha ngay trong nm 2013 vi chi ph
d ton ban u l 54.954.000.000 VN. Kt qu tnh cho thy khng c im free
span no vt qu gi tr cho php c DNV Vit Nam xc nhn. Nh vy vic tnh
ton li chiu di free span ti a cho php tit kim c hng chc t ng cho
mi 2 nm kho st ROV. Kt qu tnh cn l cn c trin khai vic bo dng
sa cha ng ng theo nguyn tc Risk Based Inspection.
VII. SNG KIN CI TIN NM 2014
1. Xy dng phng n nh gi nh hng ca p sut n tiu th nng lng
cho cc trm kh KCM.
a. Hin trng cn khc phc, ci tin:
Nng lng tiu tn cho ton b h thng kh (LFS v GDC) khi c trm nn ph
thuc rt nhiu vo ch vn hnh ca my nn (p sut ci t u y v u ht).

Sau xc nh tng nng lng tiu hao ton h thng. Tip theo kho st tiu hao in nng ti LFS v so snh vi nng lng tiu hao ca kh nhin liu (fuel gas). Cui cng i chiu vi kt qu kho st thc nghim v a ra kt lun.
c. Hiu qu v Kh nng p dng gii php
Gii php xut xc nh c gi tr p sut ci t u ht v u y ca my
nn trong cc gi cao im/ thp im tng nng lng tiu hao cho ton h thng
l nh nht. V mt kinh t th nng lng tit kim c ph thuc vo s ngy vn
hnh my nn thc t. Tng s tin tit kim hng nm c tnh: 7 thng * 30 ngy
* 3 kscm* 39.5 GJ/kscm * 7.609 USD/GJ =189,300 USD/nm (3.98 t ng).
