Spring Holder SystemThe Spring Holder System, to be used with 9 pcs of ø3”/75mm diamond discs, is a special device developed for grinding and polishing concrete floors. Thanks to the smart design, installed on the grinding machine, it allows to achieve a perfect and homogeneous result, even if the floor is not perfectly flat. This is possible because these discs are pushed by the springs through the small depression that may be present in the floor.The art. “AP010803” and “AP010904” include Vacuum Hood.

BETON COLOUR DYE

Concentrate powder colours to be dilute in 4 l of Acetone to colour concrete floors. The BETON COLOUR above showed colours are indicative. They are not RAL because they are not varnish but the result of a chemical reaction with the concrete. As a result the tonality can change according with the kind of concrete. We recommend to make a preliminary test to be sure of the colour reached.

Polished Copter is a conversion kit for power trowel machines that allows the use of abrasives pads and diamonds. With Polish Copter is possible to clean, grind and polish the concrete surface in few steps.

Instructions for new floors:• When the floor is cured remove the excess of “milk” with SUPERBLACK HD using water.• Start grinding with DA1 and DA2 series ( if necessary start with more aggressive grit such as DA0 or DA00).• If requested colour the surface with Concrete Color Dye.• Continue polishing with Green Jumper series 3,4 and 5.• Apply Beton Guard Lithium.

Instructions for old floors:• Begin grinding with CK3 using water.• Proceed with CK4, CK5.• If necessary colour the surface.•Grind with CK6.• Apply Beton Guard Lithium.
