with 90% accuracy.

2. …create data table using computerized spread sheet on excel with 90% accuracy.

4. …create a graph with data collected and inputted in excel with 90% accuracy.

5. …distinguish the factors affecting the growths and decline of tourist using “SWOT”

analysis with 80% accuracy.

Select Media, Materials, and Methods

Media: Microsoft Office Excel 2007

Materials: 24 computers minimum and hopefully every computer for every students,

spread sheet table template for 4 groups, and example of finished activity projected on

the board.

Methods: Students will be divided equally into 4 groups. Teacher will give and explain

Each member of the group will identify and collect their data as well as factors they want to

concentrate in individually. Then the group will learn to divide the work from data entry, spread

sheet preparation, factor identifier per year, and presenters of their findings. Then each group

will share their tourist decade with graph chart and the SWOT analysis finding’s.

performances.

1. …collect data of total tourist year end arrivals to Guam by decades with 90% accuracy.

Teacher will examine each groups performance by checking for data recorded on all

years ended given by teacher.

2. …create data table using computerized spread sheet on excel with 90% accuracy.

Teacher will assess if students were able to record data successfully on excel spread sheet

3. …input data collected into excel by individual groups with 90% accuracy.

Teacher will move around to see if the whole groups understand the activity and

assignment by comparing if the each group has their data, spread sheet, and discussing

4. …create a graph with data collected and inputted in excel with 90% accuracy.

Teacher will assess by seeing if each group has a chart or graph showing the recorded

data for observation.
