We would like to thank everyone who supported this event and we look forward to another successful show in 2017! Saturday May 28 to Saturday June 4 – Used Book Sale – during hours of opening. Book donations for the sale are being accepted at the library. Books must be current and in good condition. Children’s Storytime – Tuesdays at 10:15 am – Bring your little one every Tuesday morning for story time, sing-alongs and crafts. Children’s Drop-in Storytime at the Gravenhurst Farmer’s Market Starting Wednesday June 8 from 9 am to 1:30 pm – Join Jennifer and Emily for great stories, songs and creative activities. Free Live Turtle Event with Scales Nature Park – Saturday June 11 at 1 pm – visit the turtles and find out how to protect turtles at risk. All ages welcome. Celebrate World Wide Knit in Public Day with GPL’s Needlecraft Club – Saturday June 18 from 10 am to 1 pm at Kinsman Park (in front of McDonald’s) All are welcome to join us to knit, crochet, spin etc., in public. Bring a lawn chair and a bagged lunch. Volunteers wanted for our Gravenhurst Farmer’s Market Used Book Sale – every Wednesday throughout the summer – 8 to 11 am and 11 to 2 pm shifts available – please call the Library to sign up (705-687-3382).
